Briefly: my state model is to be build by grouping people per 50 or
60, by their own will they can assemble. Each group appoints someone
to run a vote. Then they elect a delegate, they can replace that delegate
any moment. Minimum 50 such delegates can form a local government.
They are suggested to divide internally into grouplets of 10, each
discusses/prepares/ammends proposals, and pass these on to the other
grouplets. Those pass it back when disagreed until agreement between
2 grouplets emerges. Then unto a 3rd grouplet, and so on. Then a whole
meating of the council and debate & vote, then it's decided.
These delegates can when they want to form governments over larger
areas (the minimum council would in a city be about 10 streets or so,
i did some calculations on this:
http://www.socialism.nl/post/002/ see 092-... )
See this for pictures: http://www.socialism.nl/gov.html
See this for video on it: http://www.socialism.nl/nonprint/video/
The delegates can form sections of any size, that will elect one
of them for a larger area council. All these councils all can work
in the same way. Then augmenting this is a Referendum system, the
binding Referendum. If ppl get a 10% petition they can have a
Referendum, the non-votes are filled in by the representatives.
This is allready prepared fully in Constitution proposal. I also
wrote a 25.000 lines C and Zsh code GNU/Linux referendum program,
which is designed against corruption and was already succesfully
tested by a Dutch political party (D66). But that party is corrupt
also, hence nothing happened.
One of the beautiful things about that state-model, is that you can
just start to erect it !! We can group in the street right here,
we can elect one delegate. Then we did our part ! If others do
their part in my city, even if just a few thousand, we can form
one council ! People may see this and join, and we get more and more
delegates trickling into the system, making it more and more a
honorable peoples Government ! That's a system of rising up that can
actually be done, and no bloodshed needed whatsoever !!!
With that kind of thing spreading like ... a virus among the people,
before we know it we might nationally have thousands upon thousands
of delegates, and are to form just such a council as the national
top Government. All we need then is enough public support, enough
support from law enforcement and the military, and then we *are*
the goverenment (I mean "we the people", obviously it is *not* to
be controlled by any single point, it provides its own control that's
the whole point).
And what's that government going to do ... end this vaccin stuff,
prosecute crime, do the normal things governments do.
And then we are of course needing to restructure the economy and
financial systems, which will destroy all power of the elites.
Thanks for bothering to read my e-mail, i very much appreciate that.
It doesn't happen very often that I get a reply ...

Here is the whole scheme that people could get passed into their
mailboxes, so they know what they get themselves into if they want
to engage in this kind of revolution, and how exactly to do it:
http://www.socialism.nl/~joshb/sheet3.txt
It is all designed to keep it peaceful, amicable, even enjoyable.
If it really comes to a revolution, we should do this. If we after
that still want to use the Swiss model, we can easily decide for
that also. Because it's an absolute democracy, the ppl actually
rule.
Normally i would not favor such direct action revolution with a
view of actually achieving sovereignty. Normally i'd prefer to
go through politics, do the 30 years thing, and it'll work too
(also prepared). But in an emergency, maybe we have to go for
real revolution immediately.
Please considder if you think the ideas are good enough prepared.
Then when you think it becomes the best option you could suggest
it to what seems to be your considderable audience. I know it is
very well prepared, it will work. So this is just something ou
can keep up in your sleave to pull out when the situation merits
it in your view.
