I agree, but it really makes no difference here that 30+ of his peers
either felt threatened or were vindictive because of him being an
irritant - in light of then current events - it was correct for them to
bring this to the attention of the school administrators. Then, in
turn, it was 'best' for the school officials to notify the city/state
authorities instead of risking the lives of *whomever* he intended to
attack - and their looking stupid for *not* reporting something in
hindsight.

Again, at that point it is up to the city or state authorities to
determine whether or not a *reasonable* person (we know teenagers are
not reasonable) would be affected in the same way as these irrational
teenagers reported they were. Then, they apply the rule of law to
whatever offense best describes the suspected crime.

Burford you're right..... A crime was alleged but upon investigation it was
found that nothing wrong had occurred and no action was taken.

I believe 'alleged crime' or 'possible crime' or something a little
tamer than "crime" could be used to better describe the idea, but to

Eagle I suspect somewhere deep inside Aardvark is a nice person who has been
acting in a loud brash way in a attempt to defend himself from perceived

Unfortunately, it chose not to take it. It preferred to troll me, obsess
about me and stalk me. I know enough about its character (or *lack* of
character, I should have said) now that even if it changed its ways right
