I suggest also a good book for those wanting to see how this works is "The
Brazilians", which is generally an introduction to Brazilian culture for
those wanting to survive in that country.
There is an entire chapter called "Controlling the Brazilian Mind", which
details how a very small group of individuals who own and operate Globo (a
large media network including Television, Radio and Newspapers) control
huge portions of Brazilian society and government by controlling the flow
of information throughout the country.
Though, the "New World Order" is hardly the goal of all this. The primary
goal is the same as it is here in the USA: governance and profiteering by
a few wealthy individuals.
So, really, it is more along the lines of an "Old World Order" as the
ultimate goal looks a lot more like Europe in the Dark Ages than something
from Huxley's "Brave New World".
