JOSEPHINE COUNTY: Land of Sovereigns or Land of Slaves?

I have placed on this forum, a series of articles regarding the
ongoing corruption in the Courts, District Attorney's Office and
Sheriff's Office routinely exercised in Josephine County Oregon.
It is all True. It bears my affidavit, my oath in service to the
Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth..
It is powerful because IT IS TRUTH.
Are normal citizens capable of dealing with such level of Truth?
Or are they conditioned to tinker around with superficial, ego
gratifying, DO NOTHING talk, expending their energies while the policy
makers bring us to the brink of economic and social destruction?
Truth requires action. It is a disturbing energy to the indolent, the
lazy, the enslaved who dream they are free, but feel the pain of their
daily chains..
Look at the number of replies to my articles. It is shameful. Many
will be offended because they feel I am talking over their heads.
Perhaps I am. That is the sad commentary of public school educated
who have been trained not to think, but to react. It indicates the
spirit of a broken people, those who quake in fear at the PR image of
their slavemasters.
What is my attitude toward such apathy?
Samuel Adams said it best at the Philadelphia State House on the 1st
of August 1776, "If ye love wealth better than liberty, the
tranquillity of servitude better than the animating contest of
freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms.
Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set
lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our
countrymen."
Make no mistake about it. The events described in my articles are
true. They indicate the actual state of tyranny now operating in
Josephine County today.
This is all that I ask of those of you who wish to take back control
over their destiny. There is no risk involved. No danger to you.
Just a simple act of responsible citizenry.
Phone, write, email, fax the following: and demand that your elected
official answer, under oath or affidavit upon their private, unlimited
commercial liability the 23 questions of JURISDICTION, over Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women who stand
in Common Law and have not granted JURISDICTION to the Court or
Corporation which seeks to bind them into slavery. Questions which
they have refused to answer for seven years. See:
