WASHINGTON (Legal Newsline)--The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office
says it stands by its analysis that medial malpractice limits would save
American taxpayers billions of dollars.
-Eddie Haskell

The rightwing douchebags didn't pass tort reform in 12 years of power. Why?
Because they are the ones benefitting from frivolous suits.
As usual, the Republicans have nothing to offer the American people, and Eddie's
ass is still pumping canal water. Now get back on your knees, Eddie, so I can
blow another load of splooge in your eager face.
Felcher, malpractice costs represent less than half of 1% (0.46
percent of total health care expenditures) and malpractice settlements
have grown modestly with inflation. In fact, in states that have
adopted caps on jury awards, doctors are prescribing too many
aggressive and intensive treatments that increase costs, but don’t
improve outcomes. Take a look:

Good for him. That was completely legitimate, but as a democrat you no more
know the difference than you know right from wrong. You people are totally
immoral. No moral compass whatsoever. Adrift with no moral oars at all.
Nothing.
Even nym hijacking is legitimate in your world.
-Eddie Haskell
Why not? You Types do it.
S. Olson
Damn, make shit up on the fly. See what I mean? No morals whatsoever.
-Eddie Haskell

<chuckle>
That's total bullshit, Mrs. Olson. In states where caps have been placed
they have reduced costs associated with defensive medicine, and your bogus
figure doesn't take that into account, but you just keep on quoting from the
trial lawyer defense league and throwing billions in the shitter.

S. Olson
In other words, Felcher denies it. We should believe HIM instead. He
wants to cut something that amounts to one-half of one percent of
health care costs and thinks that''s significant. Sheesh. What more
can you expect from a guy who posts:
"I wipe my own ass, and with Scott toilet paper. Why? Because them
other brands just ain't worth a shit."

Still quoting from the democrat trial lawyer defense league pamphlet I see.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) -- President Barack Obama Saturday proposed an
additional $313 billion in cuts to Medicare, Medicaid and other programs to
pay for health care reforms expected to cost about $1 trillion over the next
decade.

True, but I didn't say that, Mrs. Olson.
Now, which one of you went first, you or Crankston?
Mrs. Olson: The word is 'm-o-p-p-i-n-g,' you fucking idiot.
Eddie Haskell: Oh, yeah? Well, you're an idiot that never gets any.
Mrs. Olson: I don't? Gee, you better check your goat, Felcher. Because
Lamont and I got that a long time ago.
-Eddie Haskell
LOL....Health care reform will become a reality, Felcher. And there is
nothing you can do about it, except maybe pray for a Democrat to die
like GOP Cocksucker #311 did yesterday.
S. Olson
Still copying the same post over and over and over, I see. Won't help
you.
That is not from any 'pamphlet' Festus. That is straight from the
Congressional Budget Office, Well Point, which insurers people and
says that jury awards are not driving up premiums and ecomomists.
In a state where this has already been done, Texas, it has some of the
most expensive health care in the country.
S. Olson
Damn, still can't stop.
You or Durbin either. It's the democrat way.
-Eddie Haskell
Deleting the facts over and over won't help you, Mrs. Olson
> That is not from any 'pamphlet' Festus. That is straight from the

No, this is what the CBO actually says and you have to keep deleting in
defense of the fact that democrats are in bed with trial lawyers that are
driving up medical costs so you have to parrot your DNC talking points.

More illegals than any state in the country except CA, Mrs. Olson.
-Eddie Haskell
We won and think government can do something for people. You lost and
pray for people to die. It's as simple as that.
Got it?
S. Olson
LOL....what you are talking about is one-half of one percent on health
care, Felcher. You think we should waste our time on .5%?.
S. Olson
No, democrats won and now want to put you under their thumb like the
authoritarians that they are.
> You lost and pray for people to die. It's as simple as that.
Are you still going to cut Medicare for the old to fund your healthcare, or
did that bastard Lieberman stop you?
-Eddie Haskell
Aside from the fact that your figure is a typical DNC lie designed to cover
the fact that they are in bed with the trial lawyers, how is saving billions
a waste of time?

No retort.
I win the debate.

You couldn't win the first play of a three-card monte game, Felcher.
What you never tell us is how emocrats plan to put you 'under their

Illegal immigrants use the healthcare system much, much less than U.S.
citizens, Felcher. Everybody knows it except you.

I keep wondering what the number of illegal aliens in Texas has to do
with how much it costs. And I wonder how many American illegals use
the Mexican health care system.
S. Olson
Translation: Haskell keeps showing me how cost will go up because of more
government mandates but I will always ignore it because being a democrat is
a religion with me and Hussein my idol.
"Consider how Washington received the Congressional Budget Office's study
Monday of how Harry Reid's Senate bill will affect insurance costs, which by
any rational measure ought to have been a disaster for the bill. CBO found
that premiums in the individual market will rise by 10% to 13% more than if
Congress did nothing. Family policies under the status quo are projected to
cost $13,100 on average, but under ObamaCare will jump to $15,200. "

-Eddie Haskell
Groan.. True or not, they get care and typically don't pay and that has to
be born by everyone else.
Furthermore, Obamacare will cover illegals because while provisions are
written into to the bill denying coverage to illegals, republican amendments
requiring to proof of citizenship were shot down twice by the democrats.
What does that tell you, Einstein?
Smoke and mirrors. Trickery. Nothing but trickery.
-Eddie Haskell
LOL....actually, Felcher has NEVER tried making the case that premiums
will go up because of health care reform until now.
> "Consider how Washington received the Congressional Budget Office's study

That's from the Wall Street Journal editorial page, which is widely
known to be very conservative. It has things wrong too. The premiums
that WILL rise are the ones in what is called 'the nongroup market,'
which accounts for 17% of the total healthcare market. And even THOSE
are actually going to be LOWERED because of federal subsidies. If the
subsidies weren't there, they'd rise. Felcher doesn't tell you that.
S. Olson
..is an indoctrinated parrot who runs around yelling "Tort Reform!," as if that
is the answer to our health insurance woes. Anybody who looks up the stats, and
has a rudimentary knowledge of arithmetic knows how insignificant an improvement
tort reform would bring. It would also serve to prevent bona fide victims of
botched medical procedures from getting any justice. But as usual, if it's
anti-consumer, the GOP likes it.
All businesses have to carry some kind of liability coverage, depending on what
they do. Doctors are paid well--they need to pay the cost of doing business like
everyone else.
Also, if we had single-payer, tort-reform wouldn't be an issue.
Really. If you were trying to heat the house, 'Tort Reform' would be a
grean leaf in the fireplace.
S. Olson
Groan.. I have already pointed out to you that premiums would go up but not
for some because the government will subsidize them. Can you not see the
insanity of that? They could leave it like it is and subsidize premiums and
as insane as that would be it would more sane than doing this. It's like
saying this bill will raise electricity rates, but not to worry, we'll help
you pay for it. Where does government money come from, Mrs. Olson, the tooth
fairy? This bill was supposed to REDUCE healthcare costs, not drive up them
only to subsidized. That's fuckin' crazy.
And we won't even talk about how this was supposed to reduce the deficit.
Utterly fuckin' ridiculous.
-Eddie Haskell
You're lying.
Fuck off.

Another lie.

The lie that it would only be so and so amount is a flat-out stupid fucking
argument on the face of it. Obviously, you are bought and paid for by ultra
RICH trial lawyers and the DNC.

Did you read that, shit for brains? Now, get down on your knees and go suck
a trail lawyer's cock because the DNC told you to with STUPID FUCKING
excuses for you to parrot because they are the democrat's cash cow.
I'm so SICK of you sycophants holding back progress because the democrats

You couldn't think for yourself if you had to, nor do you want to. The ONLY

That's because you'd have no legal recourse against the government,
shit-head.

I'd suck billions from democrat candidates across the nation so they tell
you what to think and believe. Too damned bad for our country, healthcare
and human lives.
Democrats gotta have power. Dear sweet god democrats gotta have POWER.
Fuck people.

My god..

You're helpless! HELPLESS!
LMAO!
S. Olson
Well, let's face it, Felcher. Anybody who boasts about what kind of
toilet paper he uses--as you do--is really not the kind of person you
want to take seriously.

Do they really? What are the numbers, Felcher? I was just asking what
they are.

More parrot squawks from Felcher. Medical malpractice liability amounts
to about 1.5 percent of health care costs.
http://washingtonindependent.com/55535/tort-reform-unlikely-to-cut-health-care-costs
...
The health economists and independent legal experts who study the issue,
however, don't believe that's true. They say that malpractice liability
costs are a small fraction of the spiraling costs of the U.S. health
care system, and that the medical errors that malpractice liability
tries to prevent are themselves a huge cost- both to the injured
patients and to the health care system as a whole.
"It's really just a distraction," said Tom Baker, a professor at the
University of Pennsylvania Law School and author of "The Medical
Malpractice Myth." "If you were to eliminate medical malpractice
liability, even forgetting the negative consequences that would have for
safety, accountability, and responsiveness, maybe we'd be talking about
1.5 percent of health care costs. So we're not talking about real money.
It's small relative to the out-of-control cost of health care."
Felcher thinks we should waste or time on piddly-ass crap because the
Fat Junkie told him to.
LOL
