The earlier gay independence movements likely to appear in this
century shall either fail,or will
not last fort long,or both.This will occur because of their lack of
political experience,as well as
of general knowledge of history.The later gay independence movements
on another hand may
well succeed,if they understand why the earlier ones failed.Thus,they
will have to ponder general
reasons for failure,but also specific ones having to do with the issue
of sexual orientation.
People without a precise sexual orientation,such as they are found
among sexual minorities
other than gay,are in no position to secede from organised
heterosexual societies.And will
only constitute a burden to a gay independence movement.As individuals
and generations,
so-called bisexuals are only transitory in history,the future embodied
in their hethro heirs
being a mere carbon copy of the hethro past.And in no way better from
the standpoint of our
interest.
