In the context of this program of political education titled
"Synthesis",we have tried so far to figure out how a future in
geopolitical independence would unfold for us gays.We did so as people
living in present times,based on the limitations of present times by
which we do not really know what the future will really look like.In
the course of the present Synthesis and of its supplementary notes,we
shall try to figure out how gays of the future who would have at last
achieved political independence would see us,and when the occasion
arises would advise us.If gays of the future ever pull out such a
trick like establishing an independent State of theirs,they will not
always have very positive views about gays of the past.To
them,political independence will represent something normal,
whereas our current situation will appear as abnormal and even as
absurd in their eyes.At this point,we leave the floor to these voices
from the future.

for the era prior to year 2000,as to establish at what date more or
less political independence became a fashionable idea among gays.If

in our times and in year 2147 and in this place which makes up our
country,they wouldn`t recognize the north american continent in which
the said country was established.Both
the United States and Canada disintegrated in the second half of the
21st century,owing to
raising prices and scarcity in raw materials of which they were both
large consumers.Their
industrial economy,civilisation and political system simply collapsed
one after another like
dominoes.Two decades of interregnum followed during which the regional
section of a more worldwide gay independence movement dating back to
year 2040 was able to become the
geopolitical successor of some parts of Canada and of the north
Eastern United States in year
2088.Fifteen new States now occupy what was formerly the United States
and Canada,and
one is our country."

of your minds.The teenager population we have in year 2147,and in this
gay independent State of ours,is composed of individuals who were all
born abroad and on the hethro side.They are immigrants and all too
often refugees in this country.They already know all too well how you
lived back then in 2007 and under foreign hethro rule.They don`t want
to hear about your life of mediocrity and misery.Though they generally
put up a brave figure,they are deeply traumatised by their experience
on the hethro side.They consequently shall be taught only about heroes
and exploits of our gay independence in a geopolitical form.And for

"You gay people from year 2007 surely ask yourselves what has become
of us in this independent gay State and in year 2147.Let say that
those solutions to the problems of your times,problems which are now
history - and bad history at that to us - already contained the seed
of future,new and unsuspected difficulties.We have been formaly and
geopolitically independent for 59 years now.But we have so far not
developped an intermediary segment between the individual and the
State as exists on the hethro side.We do have officially registered
polygamous unions and clans some of them very large,true.But these are
not as strong and coherent like families on the hethro side.This
country of ours is the kind of place where the President`s motorcade
may pull up anywhere,and invite some lad to come on board for further
discussion about the said lad`s future and carreer.And no group really
stands between the above mentionned lad and the President.No segment
of this society of ours really commands the loyalty of the
individual,as the family structure does on the hethro side.My fear,and
the one of other social workers in this country of ours,is that
favourites may at some point rot completely our politics.So far it has
not happened,because those who rule us have admitted favourites only
as providers of pleasure,and not of political advice.But as we know
well hethro history,
we do not regard ourselves as above the human weaknesses encountered
in hethro societies.At some point,we might well have some Rasputin
character of ours,who may be the cause of our downfall".

historian: "By what we know,the idea of a gay secession was already
under discussion among gays towards year 2020.Yet,no separatist gay
movement which could be qualified as permanent,mainstream and
organized on an international basis appeared untill year
2040.Furthermore,the said movement had no real opportunity of acting
upon its designs untill the United States and Canada disintegrated,the
first in 2057 and the second in 2063.So,the curricullum of historical
studies in this country of ours and in year 2147 is divided in three
sections: history of discussions,ideas and projects covering the
2020-2039 period,history of gay independentist organisations having
outlived the said period and covering the 2040-2056 period,and lastly
modern human and gay history,covering the 2057-2087 period,during
which the foundations of the present day gay State were
established.You people from year
2007 would read our history books.But to you,they would appear as
blueprints for the future rather than as history books".

become of the LGBT movement of your times and in 2147,now that there
exists a gay independent State on the world map.The LGBT still
exists,but has become marginal and wholly irrelevant to sexual
politics.It started to loose its most active and dedicated gay
membership long before this country of ours was founded,and actually
and as early as 2025-2030.Gays either went to support the gay
independence movement which existed from year 2040,or remained
indifferent or skeptical towards the proposals and designs of the LGBT
movement.The majority of gays wanted an insurance which only
independence in a geopolitical form could provide them,and the LGBT
was either unwilling or unable - or a combination of both - to provide
it.Other sexual minorities,now and in year 2147,are in general
represented under their own name and outside our country.Some of their
members have tried to articulate a political independence ideology and
movement of their own and similar to ours,but so far nothing has come
out of it.Too many members of such other sexual minorities like the
bisexuals and the tv/ts have hethro descendants,which render
impractical any secession from their part and from the
said descendants who amount to an hethro majority once one adds up two
or three generations.While this country of ours does admit bisexuals
as sex tourists on its soil,it has so far denied them entry as
citizens or permanent residents,
owing to past dissagreements and conflicts".

the hethro side.They seek revolution in human and social matters on
our side,and do find it at times and in certain respects and aspects

gay demographics if you could
travel in time and visit us in this gay independent State of ours and
in year 2147.Our country is an exact replica,in a much more larger
size,of those urban districts and settlements you had almost a century
and half ago and under foreign hethro domination.This independent gay
State of ours has acquired all its population by way of immigration.At
the moment,its population is 93% male and 7% female.Our female
population was at its highest (11%) back in 2108.Both sexes loose
members each year,in the sense that some people do emigrate back to
the hethro side.But so far,ou male population has either gained in
numbers or remainded static.Whereas our female population often has a
migratory deficit,in the sense that in some years,more women leave
this country that they enter it.This has to do with the level of
emancipation of women on the hethro side,over which we have no
control.One result of this sex ratio of ours is the impossibility of
reestablishing on our soil a demographic regime like the one on the
hethro side.We have no kids and the youngest citizen of this country
at the moment is a 15 years old male.While this country of ours has a
sizable population of male teenagers,its female population is almost
entirely composed of adults".

Nations or UN does not arises for this gay country

ceased to be effective and even relevant to world
affairs already in your times.Its decline started with the invasion of
Irak by the United States in 2003,a war which was
incidently and in the end lost by the US much the same way the Vietnam
war of the 1960s and 1970s was.The existence of the UN depended upon
the one of a superpower like the US,which the world of year 2147
lacks.We live now in a multipolar world,based on the operation of the
global and regional balance of power".

2007,in telling you that not all gays adjust evenly to life in a gay
country.The younger group of immigrants or refugees ranging
from,say,age 15 to 29,and who make up our population among other
generations,adjust quickly as if they had always known how to behave
personally,politically and naturally in a gay independent State.This
has to do with youth of course.With a youth yet untamed by the manners
on the hethro side.But this also and often has to do with the fact
that many gay teenagers joigning us in this country of ours are also
joigning their friends from the same age group who came here first.And
who are showing the ways of this country of ours to their friends from
abroad whom they summoned to a life of personnal freedom and
geopolitical independence.Immigrants over the age of 29 and in this
country of ours simply do not believe,in the first weeks or months of
their life here in a gay Republic,in this freedom of which they are
the witnesses.The urban part,they could have swallowed since it exists
or existed once on the hethro side.But traveling over hundreds of
kilometers of suburban and countryside gay dwellings here in the
St.Lawrence valley and in north America,is unbelievable to them.They
withdraw first into depression and nostalgia of the old hethro country
which they left.But in the end,they reconcile.This gay country of ours
and in year 2147 is the place where gay generations gather and
reconcile.So that we have at last a gay continuity and eternity."

of ours.It has retained all the stereotypes and characteristics of

new features.Being gay outside this country and under foreign hethro
rule is now and often regarded as a form of political disloyalty
towards the hethro regime there.And it entails some consequences for
those gays who translate this lack of loyalty into such an action like
emigrating and settling here in our gay Republic.Many hethro countries
nowadays do not allow their gay citizens to return,and in that line of
thinking issue them only exit passports.Where the situation is
different and somewhat improved over what you had back in 2007,is that
having maintained in existence an independent State of theirs for over
half a century,gays are now feared.Which they weren`t back in your
times.With eyes and ears in every country on earth,this country of
ours is said to have one of the best foreign intelligence service in
the world.So,it is of a leser importance not to be always loved,since
it is clear that heterosexuals now fear us.On one hand,they do not
have the option of force against us because of our political
independence.While on another hand they do not know as much yet about
our culture,civilisation and country,compared with what we know about
them."

demographer: "In this year 2148,the global demographic situation of
our human specie is quite different from the one you had in your
times.Back in 2008,the world population stood at 7 billion and was
still raising.Around year 2100,it stabilised around 12 or 13 billion
(the figures are still in debate).Since then,it has at times remained
static and at other times declined.Now and in year 2148,it stands at
9.7 billion.Labor and manpower shortages on the hethro side have
resulted in the case of certain countries in their curtailing of
emigration,including the departure of gays to that gay Republic of our
times.That is the only aspect under which gays achieved more or less
equality with heterosexuals on the hethro side.Emigration of gay
minors from the hethro side and to our country is forbidden by most
hethro countries nowadays.As a result,about 60% of those teenagers who
live in our country nowadays left their hethro countries of origin
illegally.Whereas the figure for illegal departure in the case of
adults stands at about 25%."

overwhelmingly male (current sex ratio 93-7 in favour of males).And
thus ought to have a higher level of crime than an hethro society with
a 50-50 sex ratio,which is not the case.Now,you people from year 2008
surely ask yourselves
wether we have specific types of criminal offences brought about by
the exclusive homosexual lifestyle of the
inhabitants of this country.Fifty or sixty years ago,about at the time
this country became independent,we had
blood feuds over the ownership of the most handsome newcomers and
between various clans and cliques.It
went as far as the use of fireams and explosives.With no hethro
population or government over them,gays felt
for the first time in history that they were strong,and ceased to
figure and cow in fear as they did while they were still a minority.We
no longer have blood feuds,but we still have a fairly common pattern
of abduction,especially among our teenager population.Clans and
cliques simply abduct from each other those hansome newcomers whom
they covet.We are trying to correct that situation by registering
every teenager under a specific clan or clique,so has to hand back to
his proper group anyone who has been abducted by a rival gang.Most
teenager gangs of this country are law-abiding,but a few are admitedly
criminal,just like on the hethro side and among hethro teenagers..

and dependents.Some say that we have created
a near perfect society on the basis of our lifestyle.Let`s say that in

in the individual freedom which is the trademark of our lifestyle and
orientation.Whereas on the hethro side,socialistic policies generaly
founder because they have originated in a limitation of individual
freedoms".

gay person encountered on our heterosexual side
belongs more to the variety of the loner.Whereas in the gay
Republic,gays - especially those of the younger generation

and thoroughly enjoy their strenght in their raw numbers.They
congregate and stare at you in the face,which they don`t do on the
heterosexual side.And though they are not as xenophobic as I would
have expected at first and as members of a independent gay nation,I
didn`t felt at ease with them in the beginning of my stay among them.I
was struck,as are many heterosexual tourists in that country,by a mild
psycological illness called there Hethro Tourist Paranoia.You think
that everybody in that gay Republic suspects you of not being gay,by
the mere way people look at you on the street.That`s one thing I
learned while experiencing what it meant to be alone as an
heterosexual among an entirely gay population."

challenged on two grounds: either having displayed heterosexual
tendencies,or having descendants.Such facts unavoidedly come to the
knowledge of our authorities,either because they are on record in the
case of having descendants,or because they are common knowledge in the
case of displaying heterosexual tendencies.Fewer members of other
sexual minorities claim refugee status and/or citizenship in our

example this five star hotel called the Di Caprio.But most of its
customers are foreigners are sex tourists from other countries and
hailing from other sexual minorities whose dwellings are on the hethro
side.We don`t mind taking their money,so long as we are spared with
their permanent presence in our country.Ominously,and in the lobby of
the Di Caprio,stands this
sign: "Do not seek thy community in this place where it got
started.For it is no longer there".

future,here again a demographer: "Back in your times,in year 2008,the
concept of State intervention in population
policies was almost unknown.Except perhaps in China and with its one
child per family policy,demography was then
determined exclusively by private and individual initiative and
enterprise,a concept foreign and abhorent to the gay
culture.But now,and in year 2148 and with a gay independent State on
the world map,the situation has changed.
In that later country,demography is entirely nationalized.It cannot be
otherwise with a population which renews itself
solely through immigration,which is a State function.Hethro countries
still cling at least in principle to the concept of
private initiative in population politicies and in reproduction.But
they have curtailed such a private initiative after a
series of disastrous experiences,among which the downfall of their
industrialized societies towards the middle of the 21st century.Also
after a gay State appeared on the world map in 2088,and in direct
response to the challenge it posed to them.We have mentionned earlier
the fact that most hethro States do not allow their minors to emigrate
to the Gay Republic.In connection with that,they have in most cases
terminated the parental authority of members of sexual minorities
other than gay.Some do also levy punitive taxes on hethro couples who
happen to have gay descendants.So,it cannot be said nowadays,even from
an hethro perspective,that human reproduction is a private matter."

religious denominations - such as for example christianism - have been
rejected as antipatriotic and stateless by our nation.A certain number
of pagan cults have arised in the context of this freedom which is now
ours and in this country of ours.Some are related directly to our
lifestyle,and some are not.For the time being then,this gay
independent State of ours remains secular.And out of the acceptance of
this destiny of ours with all the consequences entailed,there remains
a variety of doctrine of Bioethics which is taught to the teenager
immigrants and refugees gathering and dwelling on our sovereign
soil,alongside the theory of evolution and human progress.It
encompasses renunciation to the hethro privilege,including and
especially as it purports to so-called reproductive rights on the
hethro side.Without it,no gay independent nation could have come to
existence.And none could survive in this world,dominated for the most
part by the hethro interest".

future,here again an historian: "I live in year 2148 and in a gay
independent State.And there I am teaching history
in Colony 74 (for gay teenagers and immigrants,about 100 kilometers
north-East of our capital city).It is obvious that
with a gay independence movement barely a century old,and a gay
independent State with only 60 years of existence,
that there is practically not enough gay history to teach to our
youngsters.We have thus to resort to hethro historical models to
supplement the spiritual and political diet of our youth.Which is why
our youngsters are encouraged to seek,
discover and study hethro historical role models which bear some
ressemblance with our experience in self-determination.The two most
popular models studied in Colony 74 are the Polish and the Kurdish
ones.I am in charge in the Polish studies there,with 83 students at
present.There,they study history in the timeless texts in their
original Polish version,notably the story of the secret and
underground Polish State of the WWII era.This course is very popular
among our gay youth.We also have a corresponding texbook in
English,"Story of a Secret State" by Jan Karski.My students identify
readily with Karski`s saga in the service of his country and in a
spirit of dedication and sacrifice to our just gay cause.All is not
bad,which was lend to us by previous human generations,never mind that
they were sometimes heterosexual and foreign to our culture".

movement of year 2040,to which we ow a gay independent State in this
year 2148,borrowed the concept of the nation-State to the hethro
political culture.At first,it did not modified it,regarding it as a
mere tool presenting no danger whatsoever to a gay cultural
identity.Later on,it became clear that the concept of sovereignty
would not be exactly the same in the case of a politically independent
gay culture and society,whose members,by the mere fact of their
orientation,have abdicated private control and initiative in matters
of demographics and reproduction.A gay nation-State not only has the
right but also the duty to take matters over,where
private initiative is non-existent.And this as a component part and
function of its responsibility and sovereignty.It follows
that in this gay country of ours and in this year 2148,facilities
having to do with human reproduction belong to the State.We have in
that respect a research institute,very active,and four human
reproduction facilities of the out-of-the- womb type,these not yet
activated in accordance with our current population plan.According to
that plan,we are to get for the time being all our human replacements
by way of immigration,which also is a State function".

"In this year 2148,reproductive technology if applied would allow for
the entire process of human reproduction to take place outside of the
womb.Facilities to that effect even exist in this gay independent
country of ours.But reproductive technology still doesn`t allow for
members of one sex to have a reproductive activity on their own,and
independently and cut off from members of the other sex.Reproduction
still requires a contribution from both sexes,no matter how rendered
minimal by the current state-of-the-art technology.Without a consensus
between the sexes,no reproductive activity can get started in this gay
independent country of ours.And one cannot talk about a consensus
while the female group brought in by immigration makes up only 7% of
our population.So human reproduction in this country,while being
studied in the form of its latest technological achievements,still
belongs to
some unforseable future.Just as it did in your times and in year
2008,and for various political reasons among which the lack of
consensus between the sexes".
