Hi Folks!
I just wanted to know whether or not the Federal Government of the
United States has any criteria which it uses to determine whether or
not to recognize a newly created country and also to determine whether
or not to establish diplomatic relationships with that country, and if
it DOES have a such a criteria then what is it and/or where can I find
information about it?
Any and all information on this subject that is genuine, legitimate
and valid is and will be most helpful and most welcome
