How did the victims of Benghazi *accidentally* end up full of bullets?

So the White house threw up their hands and ignored the life threatening
situation rather than closing the embassy?

Your fairy tale is full of holes, go back to the drawing board with it.

I'd call that a major fucking stupid thing to do. Did Obama stamp is
little feet and cry when congress didn't give him *ALL* the money he
wanted?

Did Obama say I'll show congress.... I'll leave those people to die and
see how Congress like that? Or did they plan on getting them out like
the Brits did with their people? Go ask Obama a few of those things and
lest hear the Fairy Tales that Obama has to tell.

I'm sure it will be that he was sleeping or out to lunch or on
vacation.... because

*that's just how this White House rolls*

Let's go with the tragedy-not-scandal story for a moment.

It was reported by several news outlets that Libya was saying it was a
terrorist attack by an al Qaeda affiliate -- if not by al Qaeda itself -- in
the hours after the attacks. _Only_ the 0bama Administration was saying it
was a flash mob that was pissed about a stupid video. And, the
Administration was spewing this LIE hot and heavy for weeks until they
decided that that shit didn't float.

0bama NEVER said it was a terrorist attack. Not once. Not the first day, not
the second, not the third. Never. He did make a weak-kneed appeasment speech
about how terrorism would not be tolerated, but that's a far cry from
announcing without any shred of doubt that terrorists had attacked our
consulate.

The scandal is not the attack, it's the constant barrage of lies from the
Administration in the wake of the attack.

So, buy a f---ing clue, and grow up.

REFUSED?

They were calling for it, not sending it away. The Brits had closed their
consulate and gone home when their ambassador was attacked. Our consulate
asked for and was denied added security.

US Forces could have been on the ground in 4 hours, they were not too far
away. Planes from the Med could have been overhead in less than 2 hours,
they were not too far away.

I'm still chuckling from the first time I read that reply.... "refused"

Hillary and Obama refused to send help or close the embassy, Obama left
those people there and he went to dream about what it would be like to
have a real pair of BALLS.

Yes even the Brits had the BALLS to do something.

Obama is like the woman in McDonald's that was always in front of me and
could never decide which tasteless burger she was going to order, afraid
to make a decision.

Afraid that if he makes a decision it will be wrong, and I suppose he
learned that by being wrong most of the time. Liberalism is always the
wrong choice, and Obama is an ideologue that always chooses Liberalism.

No wonder he wouldn't choose to bring the embassy home or re-enforce it,
because he knew he would make the wrong choice so he did *NOTHING*

When the petty anklebiting starts to accumulate the word 'incompetent' comes
to mind. At least Reagan could use the onset of Alzheimers as an excuse for
not being too aware of what was going on in his government.

Seems like Obamas IRS has been busy...

IRS faces class action lawsuit over theft of 60 million medical
records
California HIPAA-covered entity sues big time
SAN DIEGO | March 15, 2013

This story has been updated.

The Internal Revenue Service could now be facing a class action
lawsuit over allegations that it improperly accessed and stole the
health records of some 10 million Americans, including medical records
of all California state judges.
According to a report by Courthousenews.com, an unnamed HIPAA-covered
entity in California is suing the IRS, alleging that some 60 million
medical records from 10 million patients were stolen by 15 IRS agents.
The personal health information seized on March 11, 2011, included
psychological counseling, gynecological counseling, sexual/drug
treatment and other medical treatment data.

"This is an action involving the corruption and abuse of power by
several Internal Revenue Service agents," wrote Robert E. Barnes,
attorney representing the John Doe Company, in the official complaint.
"No search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no
subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the
10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil
investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to
the IRS search. IT personnel at the scene, a HIPPA facility warning on
the building and the IT portion of the searched premises, and the
company executives each warned the IRS agents of these privileged
records," the complaint continued.

According to the complaint, the IRS agents obtained a search warrant
for financial data pertaining to a former employee of the John Doe
Company, however, "it did not authorize any seizure of any healthcare
or medical record of any persons, least of all third parties
completely unrelated to the matter," the complaint read.

The IRS did not respond to multiple inquiries regarding the case.

If the allegations are true, the IRS is in trouble, wrote Jim Pyles,
Washington-based healthcare privacy lawyer, in a statement to
Healthcare IT News. By both constitutional law and HIPAA, then I
think we have a problem.

Pyles added that the Fourth Amendment was drafted in response to the
General Warrants issued by the King of England under which his
officers could search for any evidence of crime without showing
probable cause. The drafters expressly sought to curb that practice
in the 4th Amendment which guarantees the right of the people to be
secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against
unreasonable searches and seizures, he explained. If the allegations
are true, they way overstepped the limits of the search warrant.

Just recently, IRS officials have been under fire over routinely
searching through Americans emails, an action the American Civil
Liberties Union bills as a violation of the Fourth Amendment. The
agencys justification of this process may foreshadow the fate of the
California lawsuit. According to New York Daily News, back in 2009 the
IRS wrote, The Fourth Amendment does not protect communications held
in electronic storage, such as email messages stored on a server,
because Internet users do not have a reasonable expectation of privacy
in such communication.
The class action lawsuit against the IRS seeks $25,000 in compensatory
damages "per violation per individual" in addition to punitive damages
for constitutional violations. Thus, compensatory damages could start
at a minimum of $250 billion.

"You guess the truth hurts?

Really?

"Hurt" aint the word.

For Liberals, the truth is like salt to a slug.
Sunlight to a vampire.
Raid to a cockroach.
Sheriff Brody to a shark
Bush to a Liberal

The truth doesn't just hurt. It's painful, like a red hot poker shoved
up their ass. Like sliding down a hundred foot razor blade using their
dick as a brake.

They HATE the truth."

I've been telling you for 5 years that Obama makes Jimmy carter look
good. We didn't need to wait for the StagFlation to know that this was
going no where. Like Jimmy Carter's leftist wage and price controls to
control energy Obama is doing that to control medical care and it is
about to be completely implemented so it can fail. Prices will
skyrocket and Obama/Democrats or a Progressive Republican RINO will
instal regulations to control wages and prices in the Medical industry.

That will trigger excessive use and no investment, which will mean
shortages and Rationing like Jimmy carters Gas rationing. People ran
out of gas and NOW people will die. And it will collapse at which timer
the Obama Socialist types will be calling for doing to the medical
industry what they did to Fannie and Freddie, they will call for
Nationalizing it. Remember the calls to Nationalize the Oil companies?

We don't need to wait for the failure to know Obama is worse than Jimmy
Carter it was obvious 5 years ago.

Get with the program, man.

This is serious.

Why was it being staffed by our Ambassador, you flaming asshole?

It was U.S. government property, was it acting as an embassy?

I really don't care if it was the CIA office in the basement of the
Quicky-Mart, it was where the "Ambassador" was working.

If it was NOT secure then it should either be made secure or evacuate
the people like the Brits did.

Surely a Harvard Constitutional Genius like Obama is smarter than a
bunch of Goat herders? And since that is a well known fact, we have to
assume that Obama wanted this Ambassador dead or one of Obama's minions
is an actual screw up.

The diplomatic post has been called, repeatedly, a consulate. The difference
in a consulate and an embassy is the size of the operation. Whatever, it
should have been protected but was not. There should have been swift
retaliation for the attack, there was not. The Administration should have
