Executive Summary
Members own government-contracted security agencies. Through twenty-
five years of
existence, followers have planned and executed dozens of faith-based
firebombings and
assassinations. One member was convicted of plotting with the first
World Trade Center
bombers. Other adherents are employed in toll booths and kiosks at
sensitive New York
City landmarks. On multiple occasions members have defrauded state
governments of
millions of dollars and sent the proceeds to finance terrorist
operations abroad. Firing
ranges, gun smuggling, and an aircraft landing strip are the norm in
the thirty-some
isolated rural compounds throughout North America. The group is Jamaat
al-Fuqra,
(“Community of the Impoverished”) and it has been left off of the
State Department’s
annual Patterns of Global Terrorism since 1999.

Overshadowed by a world of al-Qaeda and weapons of mass destruction,
Jamaat al-Fuqra may be the best positioned group to launch an assault
on the United
States, or more likely, help al-Qaeda to do so.
Jamaat al-Fuqra is an extremist Islamic organization largely composed
of African-
Americans recruited from United States prisons. Al-Fuqra formed in
1980 when an
ammunition-belted Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani preached at a Brooklyn,
New York
mosque. Gilani is part of a holy Muslim family that traces their
lineage to Muhammed.
Gilani, who became revered by a loose-knit Islamic community in
Brooklyn, recruited
from the existing ranks of domestic organization Dar ul Islam by
advocating for a holy
war against the Soviet oppressors in Afghanistan. The recruits, who
signed
documentation transferring the majority of their income to help
foreign Islamic
organizations, quickly set to work waging terrorist assaults against
Jewish, Hindu, and
even moderate Muslim clerics and temples in the United States.
Exceptional members
fought against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan and received extensive
terrorist and
guerilla training while overseas.
Gilani preaches a Wahabbist, anti-Western worldview that ordains
violence as the only
means of purifying Islam. Members
Members of Jamaat al-Fuqra are Allah’s soldiers in a battle
against the cultural and religious taint of the Western world; and al-
Fuqra documents and
speeches are inundated with references to Zionist conspiracies and a
call to arms. Al-
Fuqra and Sheikh Gilani have been linked to al-Qaeda and other
international terrorist
organizations.
Composed of American and Canadian citizens, Jamaat al-Fuqra has
established a wide
ranging network throughout North America centered around four primary
compounds in
York, South Carolina; Red House, Virginia; Hancock, New York; and
Baladullah,
California. Individual compounds have earned a place on local law
enforcement radar
following arrests for illegal weapons possession, arms smuggling, and
high-profile fraud
investigations. Suspicions of a relationship between Jamaat al-Fuqra
and the Virginia
snipers, as well as with Richard Reid the notorious shoe bomber, have
served to keep

national authorities vigilant. Nonetheless, the compounds of Jamaat al-
Fuqra remain
relatively free of government oversight and interference: all the
better to serve as a
capable, seamless, wide-spread terrorist network.
Possibility of Attack in the Next Five Years: High
Jamaat al-Fuqra has not conducted any documented fire-bombings or
assassinations since
the early 1990s. Recently, Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani issued statements
asking Muslims
in America to exercise caution, to wait, and to trust in Allah.
Nonetheless, as an
extremist terrorist organization perfectly positioned to provide
support to a foreign
operation, Jamaat al-Fuqra cannot be discounted as a viable threat in
the United States.
As the State Department indicates, Jamaat al-Fuqra is “an Islamic sect
that seeks to purify
Islam through violence…Fuqra members have attacked a variety of
targets that they view
as enemies of Islam, including Muslims they regard as heretics and
Hindus. Attacks
during the 1980s included assassinations and firebombings across the
United States.
Fuqra members in the United States have been convicted of criminal
violations, including
murder and fraud.”

With that history behind them, Fuqra must be considered a
dangerous domestic threat.
Members of al-Fuqra were recipients of munitions, explosives,
guerilla, communications,
and related terrorist training in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the
Middle East. Members
have fought for Islamic causes around the world. Others, under the
guise of studying
Islam, have joined the international Islamist movement. The Royal
Canadian Mounted
Police report “Members of the Fuqra are taught there is a Satanist-
Zionist conspiracy to
destroy Islam and that the Fuqra is God’s chosen instrument to defeat
the enemies of
Islam.”

In practical and spiritual matters, Jamaat al-Fuqra is well versed to
coordinate
an assault against the United States. Their prolonged spell of silence
has confounded
intelligence experts. Perhaps al-Fuqra waits for another terrorist
organization to assist in
a domestic plot.
But on the surface, Jamaat al-Fuqra’s connection to other terrorist
organizations is
tenuous. Rodney Hampton-El, convicted in the New York City landmark
bomb plot
shortly after the first world trade center bombings, was a member of
Jamaat al-Fuqra. In
the plot, Hampton-El associated with a number of other terrorists,
including the
prominent Egyptian Islamic Jihad leader Omar Abdel-Rahman. His
association with the
Abdel-Rahman suggests Fuqra members are not only in touch with other
terrorist
organizations, but also willing to work with them. Additionally, in
the 1989 murder of an
Arizona imam, Fuqra members were assisted in their reconnaissance by a
member of al-
Qaeda, Wadih el-Hage.

Dig deeper, and you discover founder Sheikh Mubarak ali
Gilani has concrete links with many international Islamist
organizations operating
throughout the world, having attended a ‘terror’ conference with many
of them, including
Osama bin Ladin. United States authorities have feared, since the
first world trade center
attack, that Jamaat al-Fuqra is connected to al-Qaeda.
An official in the Indian government recently suggested Jamaat al-
Fuqra would be highly
likely to play an important role in any encore of the September 11,
2001 bombings.

well positioned to contact terrorist organizations. Recruits to Jamaat
al-Fuqra sign
documentation when they join indicating they are willing to allow
their income to be
directed toward the furtherance of Islam in the international world.
Large chunks of
funds stolen by al-Fuqra members from the California and Colorado
state governments
quickly disappeared. United States intelligence believes those funds
were directed
toward the support and furtherance of terror efforts in Pakistan and
the Middle East.
Jamaat al-Fuqra’s leadership, based in Pakistan, is well placed
ideologically and
strategically to enter into an association with another major
terrorist group. Jamaat al-
Fuqra’s physical capital, located throughout the United States and at
sensitive national
security locations, is just as well placed to put a plan in action.
Jamaat al-Fuqra’s attacks traditionally consist of:

• Fire and pipe bombings at temples or places of religious worship
anathema to al-
Fuqra, such as Hindu or Jewish temples.
• The assassination of clerics preaching religious interpretations
unacceptable to al-
Fuqra, like Tucson, Arizona, cleric Rashid Khalifa.

With another terrorist organization involved, the level of destruction
increases. A Fuqra
member, working in concert with foreign elements, plotted an attack
to:
• Destroy several New York City landmarks with simultaneous,
coordinated
explosions.

Prosecutors unearthed chilling documents in a trial of Fuqra members
caught plotting to
bomb a Hindu temple in Toronto. The documents described a plot to kill
as many people,
Hindu or otherwise, as possible. There is no question multiple al-
Fuqra members would
consider participating in a large scale terrorist assault, whether
domestically or
internationally. Given the religious bias and mores of the group, al-
Fuqra members
would have little pause about using indiscriminate violence to
accomplish what they
consider the cleansing of their religion.

Chapter 1: Background
Section 1.1: Jamaat al-Fuqra Overview
Jamaat al-Fuqra (“Community of the Impoverished”) is an extremist
terrorist
organization founded by Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani in Brooklyn, New
York, in 1980.
Gilani’s followers gained military experience in Kashmir, against the
Russians in
Chechnya and Afghanistan, and against the Serbs in Bosnia. He has
established training
camps in Abbotabad, Pakistan, and other parts of the country, and al-
Fuqra has developed
significant training facilities in America as well.

Sheikh Gilani initially plundered the ranks of an existing American
Islamic organization,
Dar ul Islam, by preaching a message of violence against the
corruption-spreading
western establishment. Jamaat al-Fuqra members gained national
attention in the early
1980s when Stephen Paster, one of the few white members of the group,
blew his own
hand off while destroying a Seattle hotel owned by the followers of a
prominent Indian
guru. It was not until the Colorado Attorney General’s office
investigated a massive
worker’s compensation fraud operation that greater depths of al-Fuqra
were uncovered.
A 1989 raid of a storage locker uncovered semi-automatic weapons, 30
pounds of
explosives, target dummies with vests marked “FBI” and “Zionist Pig”,
detailed plans of
a 1984 Hare Kirshna Temple firebombing, plans to assassinate a Tucson
Muslim cleric,
papers linking al-Fuqra to the non-profit front Muslims of the
Americas, and a series of
training manuals on guerilla warfare, communications equipment,
terrorist operations,
and explosives.

Four months later, the Tucson, Arizona cleric was assassinated in the
same manner described by the detailed plan confiscated in Colorado. A
widely
publicized report released in 1993 by the Anti-Defamation League also
did a great deal to
make known the operations of Jamaat al-Fuqra.

Since 1993, when the first world trade center bombing turned the
attention of American
intelligence to terrorism and toward al-Fuqra in particular, Jamaat al-
Fuqra's silence has
been notable. No documented firebombings or planned assassinations
have been
attributed to al-Fuqra in that time. High profile cases involving al-
Fuqra in the years
since include arms smuggling, charter school fraud, and an unplanned
homicide.
Ramadan Abdur Rauf Abdullah shot and killed a deputy sheriff who
stopped him in the
act of breaking and entering. It was not a terrorist act. Abdullah had
lived in Muslims of
the Americas compounds in New York, Virginia, and California, and was
only 17.

Meanwhile, even the organization’s founder has been quiet
domestically. In 1995,
Mubarak ali Gilani made the last of his frequent trips to the United
States, and has since
employed the internet to maintain close contact with his operatives in
America. Recent
statements from Gilani lack the original invective that characterized
his earlier
pronouncements.
Jamaat al-Fuqra members live on rural compounds spread throughout the
United States,
on plots of land owned by two non-profit entities, or by officers
within the group. The
compounds are usually marked by a sign representing one of the two non-
profits at the
entrance, white-robed residents, and firing ranges.

Section 1.2: Jamaat al-Fuqra and the Orthodox Black Muslim Religious
Movement
in America
Jamaat al-Fuqra is in many ways an offshoot of the orthodox African-
American Muslim
religious movement in America, but is in no way affiliated with Louis
Farrakhan or his
Nation of Islam. In fact, members of the Nation of Islam were
reportedly named in al-
Fuqra hit lists recovered during investigations in the early 1990s.
Nonetheless, many
early recruits to al-Fuqra may have joined the organization because of
the groundwork
laid by the Nation of Islam among the African-American community.
The Nation of Islam (NOI) was created by founder Wallace Fard Muhammad
in 1930.
Among the tenets of the NOI is the belief that black people were the
only nation to have
been denied knowledge of their past history, language, culture, and
religion. One of the
most famous figures in Nation of Islam history is Malcolm Little, also
known as Malcolm
X, who was introduced to the religion while incarcerated.
By the 1970s, Wallace Fard Muhammad’s son Warith Deen Muhammad had
taken up
control of the organization. Through a series of renamings and re-
orientations W.D.
Muhammad systematically drew the Nation of Islam toward mainstream
Sunni Islam, and
away from the black separatist rhetoric that drove his father. A young
member of the
NOI named Louis Farrakhan walked away from the organization before
returning with
heavy support in 1978 to re-establish what W.F. Muhammad had
accomplished.
Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam remains under his control, and
differs from
mainstream Islam in several significant respects. For example, W.D.
Muhammad is
believed to have been an incarnation of God while mainstream Islam
holds that no man
can be God. In another example, the Nation of Islam teaches that the
black man was the
original man of the Planet Earth and Caucasians were created by a
devious scientist
named Yakub, a belief not matched anywhere in the Koran. The important
aspects of the
Nation of Islam, however, are linked to the paranoid distrust of other
races and the
placement of the Muslim, particularly the black Muslim, on a pedestal
above all others.
Section 1.3: Origins of Jamaat al-Fuqra
Al-Fuqra took root at the height of the Soviet Union’s conflict with
Afghanistan, when
Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani delivered a number of incendiary sermons at
a mosque in
Brooklyn.
Gilani described Islam as a path to a better life and found a number
of willing converts in
the poverty stricken, urban African-American community. Among the
converts were
several, including a man named Abu Talat, who had served in Vietnam.
American students began visiting Sheikh Gilani in Pakistan in the
early 1980s. The
register of the library of Jamia-e-Neemia, a prestigious madrassa,
lists the names of 11 of
his first visitors. The American converts wore long beards and robes
and brought

prestige to Gilani, who used his American connections to become a
person of note within
his already distinguished family.

Section 1.4: Jamaat al-Fuqra Ideology
The United States State Department put it most succinctly when they
declared Jamaat al-
Fuqra was dedicated to purifying Islam through violence. This is
evident not only in the
group’s actions, but in their words. Recruits sign an oath saying “I
shall always hear and
obey, and whenever given the command, I shall readily fight for
Allah's sake.”

The Fuqra worldview holds that Western culture, and particularly
America at its head, is
the enemy of those who would protect Islam. Every significant
interaction between the
West and Muslims is viewed hostilely, such as the 1999 NATO airstrikes
in Yugoslavia
where Muslims of the Americas officer Abu Talut writes: “The reason
for their attack on
the KLA is none other than the KLA intends to establish an Islamic
state. All of this is
none other than an attack on Islam, from both ends. A young man on an
Albanian
newsgroup has said rightly that evil cant save us from evil.”

Gilani, the ubiquitous
founder, directs his followers with quotations like the following: “We
are fighting to
destroy the enemy. We are dealing with evil at its roots and its roots
are America.”

instructed his
cadres that their foremost duty was to wage Jehad against the
‘oppressors of Muslims’.

The Fuqra worldview is also profoundly conservative. Rashid Khalifa, a
Tucson,
Arizona cleric, was assassinated because he supported a moderate
reading of the Koran.
Abu Talut provides a window into more pragmatic conservative Fuqra
beliefs: “Islam
prohibits all forms of intoxicants and gambling, fornication and
adultery, usury (interest,
doubled and multiplied on loans such as car notes and house
mortgages). In most un-
Islamic societies, these social maladies are lawful. Yet, the damage
and misery done to
people's lives are incalculable.”

Conservative and violent, al-Fuqra is capable of committing violence
toward any
proponent of a belief set that does not match their own.
Section 1.5 Jamaat al-Fuqra Organization
A 1991 raid of an al-Fuqra storage locker discovered documents
referring to
“Muhammed Commandos Sector 5”.

Al-Fuqra members, who believe themselves to be
soldiers of Allah, are organized into cells. The 1991 raid indicates
at least 5 cells, called
“Muhammed Commados” exist. One five-person cell was captured at
Niagara Falls in a
chance search by customs agents. Inside the Fuqra vehicle were
documents and materials

for a planned bombing of a Hindu temple in downtown Toronto. Each
individual cell
trains, plans, and acts together, in order to avoid undue interaction
with other cells.
Fuqra cells are hidden within the structures of two non-profit front
organizations,
Muslims of the Americas and the International Open Quranic
Universities. Both were
founded by Sheikh Gilani, and a definitive money link was established
between al-Fuqra
and Muslims of the Americas by the Colorado attorney general’s
office.
Section 1.5a Muslims of the Americas

Muslims of the Americas (MOA) is a tax exempt group that operates
communes of
African-American Muslims throughout the United States and Canada. The
compounds
are for the most part located in largely rural, undeveloped areas.
Compounds are known
to exist in Hancock, New York; York, South Carolina; Baladullah,
California; Red
House, Virginia; and a number of other locations, possibly including
sites in the
Caribbean. The Colorado Attorney General’s office suggested as many as
30 ‘jamaats’
were in existence. Founded by Sheikh Gilani, residents of MOA
compounds profess to
be seeking peace, isolation from Western corrupting influences, and at
the same time
have a desire to rejoin mainstream society. Commune spokesman, in the
pages of
American newspapers, repeatedly deny accusations of terrorism in the
midst of the
organization.
However, Muslims of the Americas officers are not immune from criminal
activities. In
1998, the leader of the Balladullah, California compound, Khadijah
Ghafur, received
from Fresno County a charter to operate Gateway Academy Charter
School. In the fall of
2000, Gateway Academy opened its doors for classes. The school
received $1 million in
state funding in its first year of operation. In the fall of 2001, an
additional 13 schools
opened throughout the state on Gateway’s original charter. By
exploiting a loophole in
California’s charter school law, Khadjiah Ghafur added schools in
several different
counties in California, all on the authority of Fresno County. Fresno
County officials
were unable to inspect the additional schools due to a lack of
funding. In that year,
Gateway reported 1,200 students under its charter. $5.5 million
dollars in state aid
poured in. Meanwhile, Gateway and its affiliated schools charged their
pupils tuition,
hired ex-convicts as teachers, and educated their students in Islam.
Parents believed their
children were attending private religious institutions. By the time
the state caught on,
millions of dollars had left Gateway’s coffers and been sent overseas.
The final
destination is unknown, but Muslims of the Americas residents all sign
documentation
that might provide a clue.
Residents of MOA compounds pledge tithes to the organization. 70% of
money received
from welfare by the residents goes directly to Muslims of the
Americas. Other
documents pledge income of residents toward the advancement of Islam
around the
world. Investigations of the Colorado Attorney General’s office
revealed the al-Fuqra
money stream was directly tied into the MOA money stream. And all of
it was traced
back to Sheikh Gilani. Shiekh Gilani maintains ties with terrorist
organizations, used to
host a guerilla training ground, and advocates for violent opposition
to western

civilization. The money stolen from the state of California likely
found its way to the
founder of Jamaat al-Fuqra. In 2004 Khadjiah Ghafur and two other MOA
officers were
arrested on tax fraud and grand theft charges. In the meantime,
spokesmen of affiliated
Muslims of the Americas compounds maintain their worldly innocence,
and speak of al-
Fuqra violence as a thing of the past.
However, documented links between Muslims of the Americas and al-Fuqra
are many.
Not the least of the links was established by the Colorado state
Attorney General’s
Office, whose lead investigator said of the group “Muslims of the
Americas is, in reality,
only a front organization. It’s just a cover for the fact that they
carry out terrorist
activities.”

Section 1.5b International Open Quranic Universities
The International Open Quranic Universities, a network of schools
founded by Sheikh
Gilani, are located on Muslims of the Americas compounds. The
Universities publish al-
Fuqra texts and Islamic educational materials. Schooling in the sytem
is profoundly
slanted to the al-Fuqra worldview. One woman, a spokeswoman for the
York, South
Carolina compound, attended the International Open Quranic
Universities. Her thesis
topic, for which she received her advanced degree, detailed every
facet of the Satanist-
Zionist conspiracy to blame Muslims for the World Trade Center
bombings.

The link between the Open Quranic University and al-Fuqra is never
more clear than in a
video found in the early 1990s. A recruitment video seized in 1992 and
used in a Toronto
bombing trial shows Sheikh Gilani declaring “We give [recruits] highly
specialized
training in guerrilla warfare…We are at present establishing training
camps…You can
easily reach us at Open Quranic University offices in upstate New York
or in Canada or
in Michigan or in South Carolina or in Pakistan.”

Section 1.6 Jamaat al-Fuqra and American prisons
Jamaat al-Fuqra is adept at acquiring recruits from American prisons.
Due to a growing
trend of Islamic charities funding the preaching of radical Islam in
American prisons, the
incarcerated and recently converted have become easy targets for an
organization
promising a welcoming community and a better life.

Section 1.7 Jamaat al-Fuqra’s Fraudulent Operations

Jamaat al-Fuqra’s attempt to provide charter school educations was not
the group’s only
effort to defraud American governments. The 1989 raid of a Buena
Vista, Colorado
storage locker was predicated by a five-years long defrauding of the
Colorado state
department of labor and employment through fraudulent worker’s
compensation claims.
Ultimately, Colorado law enforcement agencies convicted five al-Fuqra
members in 1993
for defrauding the Colorado government of nearly $350,000. Prosecuting
agencies
indicated the amount had been laundered through Professional Security
International
(PSI), a security firm owned by members of Jamaat al-Fuqra, and
Muslims of the
Americas. Departed funds were tracked through PSI to couriers who
traveled to Pakistan.
The security firm enabled al-Fuqra operatives to obtain federal
licenses to buy weapons.
The Fuqra is also suspected of having two more security firms located
in New York.
There is a similar fraudulent operation allegedly underway at a
compound in Red House,
Virginia, where an array of Muslims of the Americas residents have
been convicted since
2001 of arms smuggling and illegal weapons possession.
Section 1.7a Jamaat al-Fuqra, Finances, and for-Profit Organizations
Jamaat al-Fuqra has made a great deal of money smuggling arms,
defrauding state
governments, and tithe-ing its members of the majority of their
income. Laundered funds
regularly flow from Canada and the United States to Lahore, though
money laundering
activity has supposedly been blocked following American fiscal efforts
post-September
11

The Colorado workers compensation fraud operation funneled funds
through a Fuqra-
owned security organization, Professional Securities International.
Colorado
investigators tracked the funds from Colorado through to Pakistan. Not
only did the
security firm allow Fuqra members to obtain federal licenses to
purchase weapons, but
the firm had won contracts from the Defense Department, the Veterans
Administration,
the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Department of
Health and
Human Services. Fuqra maintains two other security firms today, Dagger
Investigating
Services, and 786 Security Company Inc. Intelligence sources believe
the firms
represent new money laundering opportunities for Fuqra members.

Section 1.7b The Money Trail to Pakistan
Al-Fuqra recruits sign documentation pledging percentages of their
income to Islamic
efforts abroad. Those efforts include charitable organizations that
fund extremist Islamic
terror organizations.
An Indian who served in the Indian army and in the country’s primary
intelligence
agency recently published a book suggesting Pakistan’s ISI was
directly funding
Kashmiri and Sikh extremists. When the United States became involved,
the ISI passed
on those responsibilities to private contractors, including Jamaat al-
Fuqra.

A stream of arrests by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms
yielded three Red
House, Virginia residents in 2001. Felon Vincente Paul Pierre used his
wife to purchase
firearms. Both were convicted. Pierre had been convicted in the
Colorado workers
compensation scam eight years before. It was his handwriting,
prosecutors revealed, that
had marked the Colorado target dummies with the phrases “FBI” and
“Zionist Pig”.
Section 1.8 al-Fuqra and al-Qaeda
Al-Fuqra and al-Qaeda were recently linked in a Royal Canadian Mounted
Police Report
of April, 2003 that cites a document from 1998.

contacts that are difficult to ignore. Not only has Sheikh Gilani been
present at a terrorist
conference also attended by Osama bin Ladin, but the ideological and
theological
similarities between the two have brought them into accord many times
in their history.
Osama bin Ladin got his start fighting the Soviet Union in
Afghanistan, precisely where
Sheikh Gilani brought his first American followers. In later years,
bin Ladin and al-
Qaeda turned their attention toward the United States. Sheikh Gilani
and his followers
were already there, conducting faith-based violence. By that time, the
core of al-Qaeda’s
leadership was composed of former members of the Egyptian Islamic
Jihad, formerly
headed by the now incarcerated Sheikh Rahman.
The cadre of Mohammad Commandos 5 included a large poster of Rahman
among their
munitions
29
, and a member of al-Fuqra worked with Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman
during
the first World Trade Center attack. Al-Fuqra members were not only
admirers of
Rahman, but they were his associates. Rahman’s followers now form the
core of al-
Qaeda’s leadership. Those connections, and others like them indicate
there is a great deal
of room for accord and communication between al-Fuqra and al-Qaeda.
Section 1.8a Popular Arab Islamic Conference
Sudanese terrorist Hassan Abdullah al-Turabi created the Popular Arab
Islamic
Conference as a way to bring together Sunni, Shiite, and secular
terrorist groups. The
1993 PAIC conference in Khartoum hosted mullahs from Iran and
Afghanistan and
members of Hamas, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the Popular
Front for the
Liberation of Palestine, and the Democratic Front for the Liberation
of Palestine. Two
generals, one of them a former chief of Pakistan’s intelligence
agency, and an adviser to
Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto led the Pakistani delegation. Osama bin
Laden, early in
his terrorist career was there. Sheikh Gilani was also present,
identitified by foreign
journalists in the company of Pakistani government officials.

established with
the El Rukn, a violent Chicago street gang. In 1987 El Rukn, a black
Muslim
organization, may have received $2.5 million from the Libyan
government to act as a
fighting force on call to serve the Libyan government against the
United States. When a
large portion of the El Rukn leadership was incarcerated, many of the
members sought
sanctuary with Jamaat al-Fuqra.

Jamaat al-Fuqra’s leadership rests solely in the hands of Sheikh
Mubarak ali Gilani in
Pakistan. Gilani himself is a charismatic character, the scion of a
noted family in the
Islam world. He has four wives, and has not returned to the United
States since 1995.
He has old and well maintained contacts with Pakistan’s intelligence
agency, the
Interservice Intelligence Agency (ISI),

and has made the acquaintance of Osama bin
Ladin and a number of other terrorist figures.
Numerous other individuals have made themselves notorious or
exceptional through their
actions. These include those who have conducted operations, trained
their fellows, or
served the cause as civilian criminals. The stories of the following
individuals offer
insight into the makeup of Jamaat al-Fuqra.
Section 1.9a Stephen Paster
In 1983, Stephen Paul Paster, one of the few whites in al-Fuqra and
the organization’s
chief explosives expert, blew off his hand while planting a pipe bomb
at a hotel owned by
supporters of a prominent Indian guru. Paster was also suspected of
two Seattle
bombings in 1984 but never charged. He was arrested in Colorado and
served four years
for the 1983 bombing. Following his release, Paster left for Lahore,
Pakistan where he
has since spent his time training Fuqra recruits in explosives. He
lives today with the

Khadijah Ghafur is the spokeswoman for the Balladullah, California
compound and
former superintendent of the Gateway Academy school system that bilked

California of over $6 million dollars. Ghafur joined the chorus of
Muslims of the
Americas spokespeople pledging her community’s innocence

Section 1.9c Abu Talut
A technical advisor to the Islamic Post, Abu Talut has a number of his
articles posted on
an Irish general news website. His voice, though at times moderate,
nonetheless suggests
a paranoid worldview that holds great distrust of Western governments.
Talut, who
fought in Vietnam, presumably for America, and Afghanistan, presumably
for Gilani and
the “Islamic Party” against the Soviet Union, looks at the NATO
airstrikes in Bosnia as a
direct assault upon the aspirations of the Muslim population there,
who had sought to
establish their own country. Evil, he laments, cannot save one from
evil. Every western
operation in regards to Muslims, he tells his reader, is conducted
solely for the sake of the
western government’s interests and at the direct cost of the Muslim.

Section 1.9d Suhir A. Ahmad
This woman, a spokeswoman for the Hancock, New York community,
received a
graduate degree from the Open Quranic Universities that showcases the
worldview of
Muslims of the Americas adherents. Her thesis ‘proved’ the vast
Satanist-Zionist
conspiracy to place blame for the World Trade Center Towers attack of
September 11,
2001 on followers of Islam.

Section 1.9e Rodney Hampton-el
Rodney Hampton-el is currently serving a life sentence in federal
prison for his role in
the planning of the New York City landmarks bombing immediately after
the first World
Trade Center attack. Hampton-el was one of a number of individuals
working with
Sheikh Omar Abdel Rahman, the blind sheik, who was a member of the
leadership of the
Egyptian Islamic Jihad. Hampton-el’s willingness to work with the
leader of an entirely
separate extremist Islamic terrorism indicates al-Fuqra members will
not discriminate
when the ultimate goal is the cleansing of Islam. Hampton-el was among
the first of
Gilani’s American followers to fight for the “Islamic Party” in
Afghanistan against the
Soviet Union.

Fongenie has not been seen in North America since he disappeared
following the arrests
of his co-conspirators for a plot to destroy a Hindu theater and
temple in downtown
Toronto in 1991. Fongenie, who was wanted by investigators prior to
the arrest of his
companions, is believed to have fled to Pakistan and the shelter of
Sheikh Gilani.
Section 1.9g James D. Williams
James D. Williams, later arrested, convicted, and sentenced to 69
years in prison, was the
chief of the Buena Vista, Colorado Fuqra cell. Williams was convicted
in 1993 but
jumped bail and remained free until his arrest in Virginia in 2000.
Chapter 2: Modes of Attack
Section 2.1 Bombings
Al-Fuqra’s first notable bombings were carried out by Stephen Paul
Paster in Seattle in
the early 1980s. Al-Fuqra bombings tend to target Hindu, Jewish, and
Hare Krishna
religious centers. Usually, bombs are placed near gas lines or high
population areas in an
attempt to cause as much damage as possible. Since a foiled bomb plot
in Toronto in
1991, al-Fuqra has not conducted any further known bombings. Stephen
Paul Paster,
who served four years in prison in the 1980s, went to Pakistan upon
his release where he
remains, an able explosives trainer for al-Fuqra recruits.
Section 2.2 Assassinations
Members of al-Fuqra conduct assassinations of Muslim clerics whose
interpretations of
the Koran are too liberal. In 1983, a moderate Muslim cleric was
assassinated in his
home near Detroit, Michigan. His two assailants, who set fire to the
nearby Mosque, died
of smoke inhalation before they could escape.

The 1989 Colorado investigation turned
up detailed plans to assassinate a cleric in Tucson, Arizona. The
cleric was warned his
life was in danger, but four months later he was stabbed in exactly
the manner described
by the Colorado documents.
Section 2.3 Attack Structure
Fuqra members form classic terrorist cells when conducting violent
operations, composed
of three to six persons. Active cells refer to themselves as “Soldiers
of Allah” and
employ carefully planned and sophisticated methods to communicate. Law
enforcement
officials arrested a three-person cell in Virginia in December of
2001, cuffing the Fuqra
members for illegal transport of ammunition for AK-47 rifles.

Chapter 3: Signatures and Recruiting
Section 3.1 African American
The creation of al-Fuqra was almost accidental in nature. Members of a
loose-knit
Muslim brotherhood in Brooklyn, New York, took Gilani in as their
spiritual advisor.

Most of the brotherhood were African Americans loosely affiliated with
Dar ul Islam and
the orthodox black Muslim movement in America.
Gilani appealed to African-Americans because he did not distinguish
between blacks and
whites (a practice described by the “Open” Universities of Gilani),
and because he

students, he married
the daughter of an African-American follower to prove he did not
discriminate.

Recruiting occurs primarily in prison. Agreements signed by Fuqra
members and

organization, to donate
welfare checks to the organization, and to pledge their funds,
whenever needed, for the
advancement of Islam throughout the world. Individuals selected to
live on Muslims of
the Americas compounds signed agreements to abide by the rules of
Jamaat al-Fuqra.

Section 3.4 American Citizens and Identification
Followers of Wahhabist Islam are difficult to identify through their
appearance. Though
ritual dress is required, if acting on a mission to fight the enemy
they may wear whatever
necessary. Thus, identifying al-Fuqra members is a difficult task.
The vast majority of al-Fuqra members are American citizens, and they
will be granted
the protection of the United States government in any criminal trial.
Members of the sect
speak fluent English, know how to move throughout America, and have
safe-houses in
nearly every state. Additionally, al-Fuqra members are well-versed in
the use of aliases,

and are proficient in the creation of false identification papers.
Moreover, the raid of
the Mohammad Sector Number 5 found training materials on how to blend
in with the
native, (infidel) population.
With the ability of al-Fuqra members to assimilate with local
populations, it will probably
be local law enforcement that first encounters al-Fuqra, as occurred
in the Colorado
investigations.
Chapter 4: Will Jamaat al-Fuqra attack?
Section 4.1 Jamaat Al-Fuqra’s Capability
Al-Fuqra has the know-how to conduct terrorist operations, the ability
to blend into the
rest of the American population, the capability of organizing detailed
missions, and little
difficulty acquiring the necessary funding. As a bonus, al-Fuqra
members work in
extremely sensitive transportation centers in and around one of the
foremost cities of the
world. Furthermore, they control excellent training facilities and are
willing to work with
other terrorist organizations.
Section 4.2 Terrorists Working Together
Terrorist organizations around the world have begun, more and more, to
work with each
other in accomplishing a common goal. Former CIA Director George Tenet
agreed that
the mixing and matching of capabilities, the swapping of training, and
the use of common
facilities among terrorist organization is common in the modern world.

Section 4.3 Gilani : Peacemaker
Sheikh Gilani responds innocently to criticism. “Once people join our
University, they
become real good citizens. They stop smoking, they stop stealing, they
stop living on
welfare. That is what I teach them.”

Fuqra researcher Mira L. Boland:
That benign face is the one Gilani’s current American followers seek
to present to
the world. Several Fuqra compounds boast signs at their gates for the
Quranic Open
University or Muslims of the Americas. Residents have told reporters
they came
seeking refuge from the mean streets. Law enforcement and intelligence
officials,
however, suggest the drop-off in Fuqra violence in recent years may be
due to its
sponsors’ “tightening the leash” after the earlier attacks drew police
scrutiny without
advancing Islamist objectives. Fuqra’s core of trained operatives in
the United
States, according to this view, have been directed to lie dormant
until needed to
support a “cost effective” strike.

Muslim faithful cautioned the Muslim population of America to wait, to
avoid anti-
American rallies, and to trust in Allah.

al-Fuqra has turned to a life of organized crime. Then again, it is
doubtful Gilani would
choose a secular rather than a religious incentive for his
organization, given his familial
background as religious icon in the Islamic community.
Section 4.4 The Scales

There are certain events that might tip Jamaat al-Fuqra toward
violence, and other events
that might convince al-Fuqra otherwise. On the one hand, continued
vigilance by United
States authorities with regard to known al-Fuqra members and compounds
might go a
long way toward reducing the effectiveness of the group as a support
organization. An
educational program for local law enforcement authorities describing
Jamaat al-Fuqra
and similar domestic terrorist organizations might help when and if
those public safety
officials do encounter the group.

Additionally, international decisions, such as war or peace with Iran,
might serve to sway
Jamaat al-Fuqra sentiments. Ultimately, it is difficult to imagine the
paranoid
sensibilities of current Fuqra members finding good within any action
of the United
States at the international level. A more effective approach might be
to take measures to
offset the education offered by extremist madrassas in the Middle
East. More pointedly,

prison system might be
in order.
Appendix: Case Study and Miscellany
A.1 Case Study: The Toronto Bombing
The Canadian prosecution of a foiled plot by a five-person al-Fuqra
cell is notable for the
details it reveals about al-Fuqra’s attack methods. It also provides
insight into the people
who make up Jamaat al-Fuqra.
A well dressed couple enter the India Theatre at 7:30pm. The woman
carries a large
shoulder bag with two charges, and when seated, places them under the
theater’s balcony
seats. A third man places three additional charges in the men’s
bathroom, beneath the
main-floor seating. Simultaneous charges are placed by the final two
men along the gas
lines of the Vishnu Temple. In “cold-blooded, calculating and callous”
words the five
plotters laid out the details of a plan to murder hundreds, perhaps
thousands of Toronto’s
citizens.

Robert Junior Wesley, Caba Jose Harris, Khidr Ali, Tyrone Junior Cole,
and
Glen Neville Ford were the five al-Fuqra members who were arrested at
the United
States-Canadian border near Niagara Falls when an impromptu search of
their vehicle
turned up suspicious documents.

The documents included hand-scrawled bomb plans with assignments for a
“hit team”,
“recon team”, and “guard team”. There were lists of materials needed
to make bombs, an
attack plan, aerial photos and floor plans of the target sites, and
videotaped footage of the
exteriors and interiors of the building. Three of the men produced
false identification at
the border. The owner of one of the cars, a Brooklyn, New York, man,
was arrested
when a search of his home in connection with the case turned up an
illegal cache of
weapons and 2,000 rounds of ammunition. A book confiscated from one of
the men’s
homes, written by Sheikh Gilani, partly explains the motivation for
the attack. “The
mission of this Jamaat al Fuqra is to lead Muslims to their final
victory over Communists,
Zionists, Hindus, and deviators.”

A money trail was established between Tyrone Junior Cole and Sheikh
Gilani, with Cole
sending a $2,000 bank transfer to Gilani. Glen Neville Ford testified
that Cole sent the
money to the sect’s founder in order to assist Muslims under siege in
Kashmir.

five men were all born in the Caribbean, and had moved to the United
States before
entering Canada. A sixth man, Max Lon Fongenie, was wanted for his
involvement in
the plot but fled. An America’s Most Wanted segment featured Longenie,
who is

assistance.
Lastly, documents left behind by the plotters indicate a strong and
abiding paranoia. For
example, the men believed the Persian Gulf conflict would inevitably

were simply props
for a humanitarian training video for oppressed Muslims in Kashmir,
and they explained
their clients were deeply religious men.

Three of the men, Harris, Cole, and Ford, were convicted on a lesser
charge and
sentenced to 13 years in prison. During their incarceration they have
been repeatedly
denied parole by skeptical Canadian judicial authorities. The two
other men were
acquitted, with the jury deciding they were innocent associates of the
three other, more
dangerous, men.
In this one, aborted episode are described a variety of the elements
that give Jamaat al-
Fuqra its identity. First, the physical elements: a five person cell
prepared to carry out a
well planned, researched, and detailed simultaneous bombing; a money
trail leading from
Jamaat al-Fuqra members to foreign, Islamic organizations; and a
physical trail leading to
a Brooklyn, New York man where an additional investigation turned up a
sizable
weapons cache, and the written ideological doctrine of the group’s
founder, present as
always to remind his adherents of their duties on earth. Next, the
spiritual elements:
religious men dedicated to cleansing Islam; and a viable target
preaching a doctrine
which they would kill over. Organizational elements: the Canadian jury
decided two
men were simply keeping the wrong company. It is probable that a
majority of Muslims
of the Americas members are unaware of the terrorist history and
future of their
organization. Lastly, the distorted worldview: a paranoid
understanding of the Western
world to govern and sanctify the men’s actions.

On January 26, 1972, a JDL team firebombed the New York City offices
of a US-Soviet cultural exchange agency. Killed in the fire was a
27-year-old secretary (who happened to be Jewish). Thirteen others

Mohammed Mehdi with a lead pipe, sending him to the hospital with a
broken back. It took nearly a year for the police to make an arrest,
even though a perpetrator had appeared on television to boast of the
deed. A short time later, Mehdi's offices in Manhattan were almost
totally destroyed in an apparent arson attack. (note 38)

On February 21, 1975, a US federal court found Kahane guilty of
violating terms of a probation stemming from his 1971 felony
conviction for manufacturing firebombs. He had been forbidden from
having anything to do with bombs, dynamite or other weapons, or
encouraging violence. Citing incriminating letters written by Kahane
in which he had urged followers to assassinate Russian and Arab
diplomats, the judge sentenced the rabbi to one year imprisonment.
Kahane served eight months of this term in a Manhattan halfway house,
which he was allowed to leave every day to eat in kosher restaurants.
Kahane used this period of "imprisonment" to conduct JDL business.
(note 39)

In 1975, 21-year-old JDL member David Kamaiko hijacked an executive
helicopter in New York City, demanding $2 million ransom to buy guns
for the JDL. Kamaiko shot the pilot before he was himself subdued.
(note 40)

In 1978, Canadian JDL leader Joseph Schachter bombed the home of
right-wing activist Donald Andrews. (note 41)

On April 11, 1982, JDL member Allan Goodman opened fire with a machine
gun at a Muslim house of worship in Jerusalem, killing two Palestinian
Arabs: an elderly man and a 20-year-old youth. After entering the
mosque, he continued firing, critically wounding several people.
Goodman, from Baltimore, Maryland, had received paramilitary training
at the JDL's Camp Jedel in New York state. In an interview, Kahane
said of the crime, "There was nothing wrong with what he did...the act
was perfectly correct." (note 42)

In 1987, three members of the Jewish Defense League were arrested for
their involvement in at least six bombing attacks carried out the New
York area between 1984 and 1987. The accused were Jay Cohen, Sharon
Katz and Victor Vancier, head of the JDL in the New York area. After
admitting his role in the terror bombings, Vancier was sentenced in
October 1987 to ten years imprisonment. Another JDL member, Murray
Young, was sentenced to five years in prison. (note 43)

FBI officials believe that the JDL was behind the bomb blast in
mid-August 1985 that killed Tscherim Soobzokov in Paterson, New
Jersey, and a similar (although non-fatal) bombing attack in early
September 1985 directed against Elmars Sprogis in Brentwood, New York.
Soobzokov and Sprogis were falsely alleged to have been "Nazi war
criminals." (note 44)

In January 1991, Kurt Haber-identified in newspaper reports as a
"Jewish Holocaust survivor"-was charged with making criminal threats
against the Arab-American Anti-Discrimination Committee. (note 45)

Alex Odeh Murder

Perhaps the most widely-publicized crime in which the JDL has been
implicated is the murder on October 11, 1985, of Alex Odeh, West Coast
regional director of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee.
Odeh was killed in a bomb blast when he entered his group's office in
Santa Ana, southern California. (note 46)

An FBI official announced in 1985 that the Jewish Defense League was
believed responsible for the murder of Odeh and at least two other
terrorist incidents on the East Coast. "We are attributing the three
bombings to the JDL," said FBI official Lane Bonner. (note 47)

Similarly, an FBI report released in July 1986 cited "elements" of the
Jewish Defense League as responsible for the murder of Odeh. (note 48)

Three JDL members were identified by US federal investigators in 1988
as the perpetrators of the bombing that took Odeh's life. The accused
assassins, who were born in the USA but fled to Israel to avoid
punishment, are Keith Fuchs, Andy Green and Robert Manning. (note 49)

Law enforcement officials in Los Angeles and New York have named
Robert Manning-an important Jewish Defense League activist-as a
suspect in at least four political bombings in 1985, including the one
that killed Odeh. Manning, authorities said, had a two-decade history
of violent activities that also included threats against producers of
a television show. (note 50)

After joining the southern California chapter of the Jewish Defense
League as a charter member in 1971, Manning quickly earned a
reputation as a particularly tough street fighter. JDL chief Irv Rubin
praised him as a "pretty strong boy. I've seen him fight. We tangled
with Nazis in the streets, Arabs in the streets. He was a real active
guy." (note 51) In a 1988 court document, a federal prosecutor wrote:
"It became known that [Manning], while purporting to act on behalf of
the Jewish cause, on several occasions placed or threw explosive
devices at locations of Arab antagonists." (note 52)

The Israeli government sought to obstruct the FBI's investigation of
the Odeh slaying, the federal agency charged in November 1987. (note
53) Manning himself tried to evade extradition by claiming heart
trouble, by taking 20 sleeping pills, and by charging that he was
being wrongfully persecuted simply because he is a pious, orthodox
Jew. In spite of all this, Manning was finally extradited to the
United States in July 1993. (note 54)

Official Confirmation of JDL Terrorism

The US Justice Department's Federal Bureau of Investigation has
repeatedly characterized the JDL as a terrorist and criminal
organization. A report issued in 1985 by the FBI's Terrorist Research
and Analytical Center confirmed: (note 55)

In FBI terrorism analyses published since 1981, responsibility for 18
terrorist incidents has been attributed to groups seeking to publicize
past and present injustices suffered by the Jewish people. While
claims for some of these acts have been made in the names of the
"Jewish Defenders,' "United Jewish Underground," and "Jewish Direct
Action," 15 of the incidents were attributed to the Jewish Defense
League (JDL), by far the most well known of these groups.
Also in 1985, the FBI named the Jewish Defense League as the second
most active terrorist group in the United States. (Only Puerto Rican
terrorists were more active during this period.) The FBI linked the
JDL to 37 terrorist attacks carried out from 1977 to 1984. (note 56)

Two years later, the FBI announced that Jewish extremist groups had
carried out 24 terrorist acts from 1981 through 1986, 17 of which were
the work of the Jewish Defense League. (note 57)

Another US federal government agency, the Department of Energy,
similarly characterized the JDL in a report issued in 1986: (note 58)

For more than a decade, the Jewish Defense League (JDL) has been one
of the most active terrorist groups in the United States. Although the
JDL maintains that it is a political action group concerned with
dramatizing the plight of Soviet Jewry and, in more general terms,
protecting Jews and Jewish interests worldwide, the FBI has long
classified it as a terrorist organization.

...The underlying purpose of the JDL is to reverse the mythical image
of the Jews as victims. This militancy also fuels the anti-Soviet
campaign designed to create and foment new sources of tension in
Soviet-American relations ...

The JDL, however, has also attacked Arab, Iranian, Iraqi, Egyptian,
Palestinian, Lebanese, French, and German targets in the United States
... In 1978 [for example], Egyptian diplomats were targeted...Attacks
have also been staged by League chapters in France, Britain, Italy and
Israel.

In more recent years, the official report went on,
The JDL has pursued a dual-track strategy of acts of civil
disobedience and generally peaceful protest, along with acts of
outright terrorism...Bombing is the JDL's favorite tactic, accounting
for 78 percent of all JDL incidents. Shootings are next, accounting
for 16 percent, followed by arson, vandalism, and kidnaping,
accounting for one percent each ...

Since 1968, JDL operations have killed seven persons and wounded at
least 22...Sixty-two percent of all JDL attacks are directed against
property; 30 percent against businesses; four percent against
academics and academic institutions; and two percent against religious
targets.

Typically, an anonymous caller will claim responsibility for a
specific terrorist act for either the JDL or one of its alleged
subgroups, only to have an official spokesman for the JDL deny the
group's involvement the following day.

In the past, although the JDL was among the most active terrorist
organizations in the United States, the threat it posed appeared to be
primarily symbolic...Recent events, however, suggest that this view
requires revision. The increase of militant Jewish terrorism
represents not only an escalation of violence, but a significant
change in targeting patterns, as well as a dramatic shift in tactics.

...The group appears to be concentrating its efforts on persons and
institutions it considers to be enemies of Judaism and Israel. The
targets now [1986] include alleged former Nazis and war criminals;
Palestinian and Arab individuals and institutions; and persons and
so-called research centers promoting views about the Holocaust that
minimize the dimensions of Jewish suffering.

Perhaps the most far-reaching change, however, is the increasing use
of assassination, both to draw attention to the terrorists' causes and
to eliminate perceived enemies of the Jewish people and Israel.
Mordechai Levy and the Jewish Defense Organization
Besides Kahane, two of the most prominent JDL activists have been Irv
Rubin and Mordechai Levy. Each has been repeatedly arrested for
criminal activities.

Until 1982 or 1983, Mordechai (Mark) Levy was one of the most active
of Jewish Defense League activists. (note 59) Among his numerous
arrests was one in 1981 as a suspect in a car bombing. (note 60) On
one occasion he dressed up in a full regalia Nazi uniform to apply for
a parade permit to march at Independence Hall in Philadelphia,
apparently in an effort to alert the local Jewish community to the
"dangers of neo-Nazism." (note 61)

After leaving the JDL (supposedly because it was not "militant
enough") he founded the Jewish Defense Organization. He claimed that
his group, based in New York City, had more than 3,000 members. (The
real figure was probably no more than a few dozen.) In the years that
followed, Levy and rival Zionist militant Irv Rubin engaged in
increasingly bitter feuding.

In August 1989, Levy was arrested following a dramatic night-time
confrontation with Rubin and other JDL members. Fearing that Rubin was
trying to kill him, Levy went to the roof of the building where he
lived and began spraying the lower Manhattan street with semiautomatic
rifle fire, wounding an air-conditioning repairman as he sat in his
parked van. (note 62) Levy was later sentenced to four and a half
years imprisonment for injuring the 69-year-old repairman. (note 63)

On April 22, 1993, Jewish Defense Organization members attacked
demonstrators who had gathered in Washington, DC, to protest the US
Holocaust Memorial Museum. At least one person was seriously injured.
A JDO spokesman told reporters that several members of his group had
attacked and beat "four or five" of the 150 or so persons who had
rallied to express their opposition to the Museum. (note 64)

One of the victims was David Willcox, a 52-year-old employee of the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. He was standing on a street
corner when three men wearing black "paramilitary" uniforms and skull
caps with the Star of David attacked, beating him on the head and legs
with metal pipes. Willcox required hospitalization and 12 stitches in
his head.

Two JDO members later confirmed the attack against Willcox. JDO
spokesman Michael Schneider told a reporter that his group would
continue to do "whatever is necessary " to "defend" Jews, including
attacking "enemies" in the street. The FBI said that it is
investigating the attack against Willcox as a possible act of
"domestic terrorism," while city police announced that they were
looking into the incident as a possible "hate crime." (As we go to
press, though, no arrests have been made.)

Irv Rubin

Since the early 1970s, Irv Rubin has been perhaps the most prominent
Jewish Defense League activist and spokesman. After a time as leader
of the group's JDL's West coast operations, he emerged as "national
chairman" of the post-Kahane JDL. By 1979, Rubin had managed to get
arrested 39 times in connection with JDL activities. (note 65)

In March 1992, Irv Rubin was arrested on suspicion of conspiring to
commit murder. He was released a few days later after the Los Angeles
district attorney's office determined that police lacked sufficient
evidence to hold him. (note 66)

In August 1992, Rubin's JDL succeeded in forcing a Los Angeles
restaurant and nightclub, the Largo, to cancel a concert on behalf of
the Palestine Aid Society, to raise money for humanitarian assistance.
Rubin warned Largo proprietor Mark Flanagan that he could "expect
trouble" and an "angry protest" unless he cancelled the event. Soon
after, Flanagan discovered that his business' door locks had been
destroyed by still-dripping fast-acting molecular glue. Then, just
hours before the event was to begin, Flanagan canceled the concert out
of fear that patrons might be victims of a possible JDL attack. (note
67)

Violence Against Holocaust Revisionists

Among the most persistent targets of Jewish terrorists in recent years
have been those who reject the generally accepted Holocaust story that
six million Jews were systematically murdered in Europe during the
Second World War.

In recent decades, a growing number of scholars have been citing an
impressive body of evidence that raises serious doubts about many
supposedly well-documented aspects of the Holocaust story. These
"Holocaust revisionists" include acclaimed best-selling British
historian David Irving, French professor Dr. Robert Faurisson and Dr.
Arthur Butz of Northwestern University. (For more about Holocaust
revisionism and the arguments of revisionist historians, write for a
catalog of books, tapes and other material from the Institute for
Historical Review.)

Incidents of violence against revisionist "thought criminals" have
included:

George Ashley, a high school history teacher and supporter of the IHR,
has been the target of several terrorist attacks because of his
revisionist views. In April 1982, two bricks were hurled through the
front window of his suburban Los Angeles home. One month later, two
gasoline fire bombs were thrown against the front of his house, and in
December of 1982, JDL criminals ransacked Ashley's home, causing an
estimated $26,000 in damage. (note 68) Mordechai Levy later boasted:
"We warned him [Ashley] that if he continued his activity, he would
pay a consequence...We warned that if the school board does not stop
Ashley, we would stop him." (note 69) In July 1984, Ashley received
repeated telephone calls from someone who threatened to bomb his home.
A JDL member identified by police from tape-recordings of the threats
was later arrested. (note 70) In August 1984, JDL member Michael S.
Canale was arrested on suspicion of making a bomb threat against
George Ashley. (note 71)

In May 1985, Ashley's home was the target of a another bomb attack, in
which no one was hurt. The letters "JDL" were spray-painted on the
walkway leading to Ashley's front door. (note 72) This attack was
cited in a January 1986 federal government report: (note 73) The
following month [May 1985], the JDL claimed credit for bombing the
house of George Ashley, Los Angeles-area high school teacher who had
told students that the number of Jews killed by the Nazis during World
War II was considerably less than the commonly accepted figure of six
million, and that not more than a million Jews perished during the
war. Dr. Charles Weber, a contributor to the IHR's Journal of
Historical Review, had his car vandalized in two separate incidents
during the month of April 1985. A note from the JDL, which threatened
to escalate the attacks into a bombing, was left behind in the second
incident. (note 74) Dr. Reinhard K. Buchner, a professor of physics at
California State University, Long Beach, and a member of the IHR
Editorial Advisory Committee (1980-1983), was the victim of repeated
JDL harassment in 1981, 1982 and early 1983. He was spat upon,
physically attacked, threatened by phone, and harassed at his office
and home. (note 75) German-Canadian publisher Ernst Zündel, a
prominent revisionist activist, has been repeatedly attacked by the
Jewish Defense League. In December 1983, JDL thugs beat him on the
steps of Toronto's Old City Hall. The JDL carried out another attack
against him on February 6, 1984. In September 1984, Zündel's home in
Toronto was damaged in a pipe-bomb attack. A group calling itself "The
People's Liberation Army of the Jewish Defense League" claimed
responsibility in a phone call to a local television station. In
January 1985, a JDL mob attacked Zündel, his attorney Doug Christie
and Christie's female legal secretary at the entrance to a Toronto
courthouse.

The office of a German-American group was set on fire in 1985,
apparently because of the organization's skepticism about Holocaust
claims. According to a report on terrorism issued in January 1986 by
the federal Department of Energy, in June 1985 (note 76), an anonymous
caller stated that the JDL had intentionally set fire to the offices
of the German-American Political Action Committee in Santa Monica,
California. The German-American group probably incurred the JDL's
wrath by its advocacy of the view that "Jews were not gassed by the
Nazis...[and that] numbers and reports of predetermined extermination
are greatly exaggerated by professional liars."

Target: Institute for Historical Review

Since its founding in 1978, the Institute for Historical Review has
been the leading American publisher of books and other materials
questioning the Holocaust extermination story. For this reason, its
office in southern California, as well as individual IHR employees,
soon became targets of a systematic campaign that included a drive-by
shooting, three firebombings, vandalization of IHR employee-owned
automobiles, slashings of 22 tires of employee automobiles,
JDL-organized demonstrations outside the IHR office, and numerous
telephone threats during office hours and at night to IHR employees at
home. So intense did the harassment become that the family of one IHR
employee was forced to move. (note 77)

During the course of a JDL demonstration in front of the IHR office on
March 19, 1981, Mordechai Levy and other JDL protesters attacked the
car of the landlord's agent, who had arrived to ensure security. While
shouting threats, Levy smashed the right front passenger window of the
man's car as he drove off. (note 78)

A few weeks later, on April 5, 1981, JDL hoodlums staged another
violent demonstration outside the IHR office, during which an IHR
employee was thrown to the ground and beaten.

In the early morning hours of June 25, 1981, came the first
firebombing attack against the IHR office. Fortunately, the arson
device-similar to a "Molotov cocktail"-caused only minor damage. A man
claiming to represent the "Jewish Defenders" announced responsibility
for the attack in phone calls to news agencies. (note 79)

The second arson attack against the IHR office came on April 25, 1982,
in which a copy machine, a few pieces of furniture and some records
were damaged. In a telephone message to a local news agency, a group
calling itself "the Jewish Defenders" claimed responsibility. (note
80)

In an attack on September 5, 1982, the IHR office was riddled with
gunfire, demolishing two windows and damaging the front door.
Additionally, a small arson device caused some slight damage to the
front of the office. Later that day, as throughout the week, came a
barrage of murder-threatening telephone calls. Although the caller's
voice was identified as that of Mordechai Levy, typically, no one was
arrested in the case. (note 81)

Fire-Bombing Arson Attack

This terror campaign culminated in a devastating arson attack on the
Institute's offices and warehouse in Torrance on July 4, 1984 -- the
209th anniversary of American independence. Damage in the attack,
carried out in the early morning hours of the 4th, was estimated at
$400,000. (note 82)

In a special edition of the IHR Newsletter (August 1984), IHR Director
J. Marcellus summed up:

As a physical entity, the Institute for Historical Review has
virtually ceased to exist. Ninety percent of our book and tape
inventory-the largest collection of revisionist historical literature
to be found anywhere-has been wiped out. Every last piece of office
equipment and machinery-including desks, chairs, files and shelves-lay
in charred heaps of useless, twisted scrap. Manuscripts, documents,
artwork, galleys and film negatives-products of more than six long
years of a tough, dedicated effort to bring suppressed historical data
to people the world over-no longer exist. Tens of thousands of
books...estimated at over $300,000 in value, are gone...More than
2,500 square feet of space that was once the world's most
controversial publisher lies blackened in chaos and total ruin.
Two days later, JDL leader Irv Rubin showed up at the site of the
gutted IHR offices to publicly praise the arson attack. The JDL, he
declared, "wholeheartedly applauds the recent devastation of the
offices of the Institute for Historical Review." Denying any personal
responsibility himself, Rubin said that the criminal attack had been
carried out by a former JDL activist named Larry Winston (Joel Cohen).
"I believe, with all my heart, that he [Winston/Cohen] had something
to do with this" arson, Rubin declared. (note 83)
Although no one was ever arrested in connection with the 1984
firebombing, the sophisticated nature of the attack suggests that it
could have been the work of trained operatives of a foreign
governmental agency.

Apart from local news coverage, American newspapers and television
reported almost nothing about this act of criminal "book burning."
This skewed media treatment moved noted journalist Alexander Cockburn
to observe (in the pages of the liberal weekly The Nation): (note 84)
The outfit in the United States that does publish material belittling
generally accepted accounts of the Nazi extermination of the Jews is
called the Institute for Historical Review. I don't recall much fuss
when its offices in Torrance, California, were firebombed in July
1984. Perhaps this is what Mailer meant by "sophistication" in
handling such heterodox opinion.

At the same time, though, a few prominent voices courageously spoke
out against the attack. American historian John Toland-who received
the Pulitzer prize for general non-fiction in 1971 for his book The
Rising Sun -- wrote to the IHR: (note 85)

When I learned of the torching of the office-warehouse of the
Institute for Historical Review, I was shocked. And when I heard no
condemnation of this act of terrorism on television and read no
protests in the editorial pages of our leading newspapers or from the
halls of Academe, I was dismayed and incensed...I call on all true
believers in democracy to join me in public denunciation of the recent
burning of books in Torrance, California.

British historian David Irving, author of numerous acclaimed,
best-selling works of history, declared: "I was deeply shocked to hear
of the fire-bomb attack on your premises."

JDL Harassment of IHR Conference

In mid-February 1989, Jewish Defense League intimidation brought on
the cancellation of a three-day Institute for Historical Review
conference at two hotel sites in southern California.
Arrangements had been made months in advance to hold the Ninth IHR
Conference at the Red Lion Inn hotel in Costa Mesa. Several days
before it was to begin, the hotel received the first of a barrage of
telephone threats warning that if it permitted the IHR gathering to
take place as scheduled, there would be large, disruptive
demonstrations in front of the hotel. It didn't take many such threats
to persuade general manager Russell Cox to cave in to the Zionist
group, and to cancel the hotel's contract with the IHR. Cox then added
insult to injury by permitting JDL chief Rubin to hold a "news
conference" in the hotel lobby.

Arrangements were then hastily made to relocate the IHR gathering to a
nearby Holiday Inn hotel. However, just hours before it was to
commence- and as attendees were arriving-the Holiday Inn likewise
cancelled out, bowing to JDL threats similar to those made against the
Red Lion Inn.

At this point, and with help from former US Congressman John Schmitz,
IHR Director J. Marcellus made emergency arrangements with Joe
Bischof, proprietor of the "Old World Village" shopping center in
Huntington Beach, to hold the IHR Conference there. Bischof refused to
bow to JDL intimidation, including a demonstration at the site by a
handful of sorry-looking placard-waving JDLers led by Rubin, who
shouted insults at passersby. In spite of the disruption, and some
inconvenience for attendees, the Ninth IHR Conference proved one of
the most successful and high-spirited ever. (note 86)

JDL Thugs Attack Young Jewish Revisionist

On January 22, 1992, revisionist activist David Cole was attacked by
JDL thugs at a meeting held at the University of California at Los
Angeles. Before the meeting began, JDL leader Rubin first tried to
push the youthful Cole down a flight of stairs. JDL hoodlums also
harassed and pushed around meeting organizer Robert Morrissey. After
the meeting commenced, JDL punks tried to shout down the speakers, and
then threw food at Cole. Finally, a JDL thug assaulted Cole-who is
Jewish-hitting him in the face and bloodying his nose. (note 87)
The tumult was recorded on videotape by a camera crew of the CBS
television news program "48 Hours," as well as by news crews of two
local Los Angeles television stations. Neither of the two local
stations mentioned a word of the incident in their nightly news
broadcasts. Similarly, CBS officials decided not to air even a second
of this outburst, not even in a segment about Holocaust revisionism
that was part of the CBS television network's hour-long
magazine-format program "48 Hours" broadcast of February 26, 1992.
Network officials apparently decided that scenes of Zionist hoodlums
beating a young Jewish revisionist would not "fit" with the image of
revisionism that CBS wanted to project to its many viewers. (note 88)

Violence in Europe
The Murder of François Duprat

In France, François Duprat-a gifted young historian, educator, and
prolific writer-was murdered in 1978, thereby becoming the first
person to be killed because of his support for Holocaust revisionism.
Duprat had publicized the writings of former concentration camp inmate
Paul Rassinier, distributed a booklet, Did Six Million Really Die?,
and had published a revisionist article of his own, "The Mystery of
the Gas Chambers." (note 89)

As a result of such activism, the 38-year-old teacher was assassinated
on March 18, 1978, when the car he was driving was blown up in a bomb
blast. His wife, who was with him, lost the use of her legs in the
attack. A Jewish "Remembrance Commando" and a "Jewish Revolutionary
Group" promptly claimed responsibility for the murder. (note 90) So
sophisticated was the attack that it is difficult to believe that no
government agency was involved.

The Israel Connection

It is no secret that Israel provides training and weapons for local
"Jewish defense groups" in the United States and many other countries.
Victor Ostrovsky, a former intelligence case officer of the Mossad,
Israel's spy and secret service agency, confirms this connection in
his much-discussed book, By Way of Deception. (note 91) One department
of the Mossad, writes Ostrovsky, is the Tsafririm, which is
responsible for setting up Jewish defense groups, called "frames," or
misgerot, all over the world, now including some parts of the United
States, where anti-Semitism is regarded as a threat ... The main job
is to help the leaders of Jewish communities outside Israel plan for
their own security. Part of this is done through the hets va-keshet,
or "bow and arrow," Israel's paramilitary youth brigades.

... Often youths from other countries are brought over [to Israel] to
spend the summer learning about security, picking up such skills as
completing obstacle courses, pitching tents, and learning how to use a
sniper rifle and Uzi assault rifle. Still others learn upgraded
security skills, such as how to build a slick, for hiding weapons or
documents, when and how to do security checks, as well as fundamentals
of investigation and intelligence gathering.
Israel provides weapons for the many "Jewish defense groups," confirms
Ostrovsky, indirectly through known arms dealers.

Tagar/Betar

In Europe the most important Zionist terrorist group is Tagar, the
youth (or "student") branch of the radical Zionist movement Betar. The
Tagar/Betar group has carried out numerous criminal attacks against
"enemies," including Holocaust revisionists. Headquartered in Paris,
Tagar/Betar has close ties with the Israeli government, and
particularly with the political party of Begin and Shamir. Tagar is
reportedly controlled by Israel's covert operations agency, the
Mossad. (note 92)

Tagar activists have often boasted of their determination to "strike"
against anyone who "denies the Holocaust." Tagar admitted
responsibility for a physical assault against French revisionist
historian Olivier Mathieu during a television interview in February
1990. Three months later, Tagar thugs sacked the "Ogmios" bookstore in
Paris (which carried revisionist titles).

Tagar/Betar activists receive combat training along military lines
from Israeli army officers. Tagar members wear paramilitary blue
uniforms with white ties (the Zionist colors). Tagar/Betar has
operated in Europe with the knowledge and approval of high French
officials such as Prime Minister Laurent Fabius (who is Jewish). In
more than one Tagar/Betar attack against opponents, French police have
passively stood by. (note 93)

Tagar activists have operated in France under other names, including
"Jewish Defense Organization" and "Jewish Combat Organization."
Private para-military groups are strictly forbidden in France, except
Jewish ones. Between June 1976 and April 1991, such Jewish "militias"
have carried out 50 attacks. In effect, Jewish terrorists in Europe
can attack their "enemies" with impunity. (note 94)

Tagar has also been active in the United States. In February 1992, the
"Tagar Student Zionist Organization at the Ohio State University" in
Columbus organized a protest meeting against Holocaust revisionism.
The group distributed a leaflet-which, typically, contained factual
falsehoods-specifically attacking revisionist activist Bradley Smith.
(note 95)

Robert Faurisson

Dr. Robert Faurisson-Europe's most prominent Holocaust revisionist
(and a member of the Editorial Advisory Committee of the IHR's Journal
of Historical Review) -- was severely injured in a nearly fatal attack
on September 16, 1989. (note 96)

After spraying a stinging gas into his face, temporarily blinding him,
three assailants punched him to the ground and then repeatedly kicked
him in the face and chest. The 60-year-old scholar, who had been out
walking his poodle in a park in his home town of Vichy, suffered a
broken jaw and severe head injuries. Physicians operated for four and
a half hours to repair his jaw and treat a broken rib and badly
swollen face.

A group calling itself "The Sons of the Memory of the Jews" claimed
responsibility for the savage attack. In a statement, the group
threatened:

"Professor Faurisson is the first, but will not be the last. Let those
who deny the Shoah [Holocaust] beware." (note 97) While French police
officially would acknowledge only that "three young Jewish activists
from Paris" had carried out the assault, the attackers are strongly
suspected to have been with the Tagar/Betar organization. (note 98)
Prominent individuals and organizations in France, along with the
country's most influential daily newspaper, Le Monde, condemned the
attack. However, French-Jewish "Nazi hunter" Serge Klarsfeld sought to
excuse or justify the crime. "Someone who has provoked the Jewish
community for years should expect this sort of thing," he said. "One
cannot insult the memory of the victims without inviting the
consequences." (note 99)

While the September 1989 attack against Faurisson was the most
vicious, it was neither the first nor the last. Between November 1978
and May 1993, he was attacked on ten separate occasions. (note 100)

Other Terrorist Incidents in Europe

On November 5, 1980, an arson attack destroyed the office, warehouse
and printing plant in Sussex, southern England, of the firm that
prints Did Six Million Really Die? and other revisionist publications
of the Historical Review Press. Damage was estimated at 50,000 pounds.
A leftist journalist, Manny Carpel, was found guilty of the crime, and
sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment. (He served only a
little more than a year.) In January 1984, in Cologne, Germany,
Professor Hermann Greive, a non-Jewish authority on Jewish religious
writings, was shot to death by a member of Kahane's Kach group. The
murder was reportedly carried out in keeping with a Jewish scriptural
injunction that demands death for non-Jews who "pry" into Jewish
religious writings. (note 101)

On February 10, 1988, terrorists set fire to the automobile of German
historian Ernst Nolte while it was parked at the Free University in
Berlin, where he was a professor. An anonymous letter, signed with a
five-pointed star, declared: "We attack Nolte because he is one of
those who personally represents the continuity of fascism" and as
co-founder of a "reactionary" group called the "Academic Freedom
League." Nolte had been widely criticized for his moderately
revisionist views of Second World War history. (note 102)

On April 20, 1991, Betar/Tagar thugs carried out a violent attack
against several persons who were to attend a conference in Paris on
the French writer Marc Augier. (Under the pen name of Saint-Loup,
Augier wrote a series of books on the French "Legion of Volunteers,"
which fought on the eastern front during the Second World War.) Three
or four of the victims were hospitalized. One, a 67-year-old woman,
was in a coma for two months. Two Tagar members were arrested in
connection with the attack, but two and a half years later they had
still not been brought to trial. (note 103) A bookstore in Paris had
to be shut down for good in 1992 after repeated violent attacks by
Jewish militants. The bookstore was targeted because it sold
revisionist titles and was operated by revisionist publisher Pierre
Guillaume.

On October 19, 1992, a team of about 30 Betar activists shoved and
insulted pedestrians, smashed automobiles, and threw tear gas at
police in the central plaza of the German city of Rostock. The group
was led by the "Nazi-hunting" (and anti-revisionist) husband-wife team
of Serge and Beate Klarsfeld. The Betar activists, some of them
carrying Israeli flags, insulted passersby with shouts of "Dirty
Germans! Dirty Nazis!". (note 104) In December 1992, the chief of the
Jewish Defense League in Israel announced that he was sending teams of
killers to Germany to murder "neo-Nazis." Every German who cries "Heil
Hitler," or otherwise identifies himself as a Nazi, declared
33-year-old Rabbi Baruch Ben-Joseph (Baruch Green), is a target for
death. (note 105) Prominent German far-right political figures are not
the only persons on the Israel JDL's hit list, confided one JDL
member: "Persons behind the scenes are often more important, such as
the professor who denies or whitewashes the Holocaust in a book."
(note 106)

Conclusion

As this report shows, non-governmental Zionist terrorism has been a
problem for more than twenty years. It remains a serious problem
today.

Espousing Jewish supremacy, the Zionist terrornetwork operates
internationally, linking Israel, Europe and the United States. In
addition to the suffering and destruction resulting directly from its
many crimes, the network's campaign of bigotry fosters a dangerous
climate of hate and intolerance. Through intimidation, threat and
violence, Jewish-Zionist terrorists have succeeded in silencing
numerous voices. Many others have never spoken up out of fear that
they might likewise become victims.

Particularly alarming is the important support provided to these
criminal groups by the government of Israel. This official
collaboration poses a threat not only to the freedom and security of
individuals in many countries, but to the very freedom and sovereignty
of nations.

At the same time, though, the danger should not be exaggerated.
Zionist power is formidable but not limitless.
For one thing, Jewish militants are often so inept and mutually
suspicious that they squander much of their energy on attacks against
each other. (note 107)

Moreover, the number of individuals and organizations that Zionist
militants perceive as "anti-Semitic enemies" has increased so
dramatically in recent years that any one person or group is less
likely to be singled out for attack. (Even the much-feared
"anti-Semite" epithet has lost much of its impact. In 1991, an Israeli
government cabinet minister denounced President George Bush as
"anti-Semitic" because he wasn't acting quickly enough in approving a
$10 billion loan guarantee to Israel.)"

Liberating America From Israel

Nine-eleven would not have occurred if the U.S. government had refused
to help Israel humiliate and destroy Palestinian society. Few express
this conclusion publicly, but many believe it is the truth. I believe
the catastrophe could have been prevented if any U.S. president during
the past 35 years had had the courage and wisdom to suspend all U.S.
aid until Israel withdrew from the Arab land seized in the 1967
Arab-Israeli war.

The U.S. lobby for Israel is powerful and intimidating, but any
determined president-even President Bush this very day-could prevail
and win overwhelming public support for the suspension of aid by
laying these facts before the American people:

Israel's present government, like its predecessors, is determined to
annex the West Bank-biblical Judea and Samaria - so Israel will become
Greater Israel. Ultra-Orthodox Jews, who maintain a powerful role in
Israeli politics, believe the Jewish Messiah will not come until
Greater Israel is a reality. Although a minority in Israel, they are
committed, aggressive, and influential. Because of deep religious
conviction, they are determined to
prevent Palestinians from gaining statehood on any part of the West
Bank.

In its violent assaults on Palestinians, Israel uses the pretext of
eradicating terrorism, but its forces are actually engaged advancing
the territorial expansion just cited. Under the guise of
anti-terrorism, Israeli forces treat Palestinians worse than cattle.
With due process nowhere to be found, hundreds are detained for long
periods and most are tortured. Some are assassinated. Homes, orchards,
and business places are destroyed. Entire cities are kept under
intermittent curfew, some confinements lasting for
weeks. Injured or ill Palestinians needing emergency medical care are
routinely held at checkpoints for an hour or more. Many children are
undernourished. The West Bank and Gaza have become giant concentration
camps. None of this could have occurred without U.S. support. Perhaps
Israeli officials believe life will become so unbearable that most
Palestinians will eventually leave their ancestral homes.

Once beloved worldwide, the U.S. government finds itself reviled in
most countries because it provides unconditional support of Israeli
violations of the United Nations Charter, international law, and the
precepts of all major religious faiths.

How did the American people get into this fix?

Nine-eleven had its principal origin 35 years ago when Israel's U.S.
lobby began its unbroken success in stifling debate about the proper
U.S. role in the Arab-Israeli conflict and effectively concealed from
public awareness the fact that the U.S. government gives massive
uncritical support to Israel.

Thanks to the suffocating influence of Israel's U.S. lobby, open
discussion of the Arab-Israeli conflict has been non-existent in our
government all these years. I have firsthand knowledge, because I was
a member of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee in
June 1967 when Israeli military forces took control of the Golan
Heights, a part of Syria, as well as the Palestinian West Bank and
Gaza. I continued as a member for 16 years and to this day maintain a
close watch on Congress.

For 35 years, not a word has been expressed in that committee or in
either chamber of Congress that deserves to be called debate on Middle
East policy. No restrictive or limiting amendments on aid to Israel
have been offered for 20 years, and none of the few offered in
previous years received more than a handful of votes. On Capitol Hill,
criticism of Israel, even in private conversation, is all but
forbidden, treated as downright unpatriotic, if not anti-Semitic. The
continued absence of free speech was assured when those few who spoke
out-Senators Adlai Stevenson and Charles Percy, and Reps. Paul
"Pete" McCloskey, Cynthia McKinney, Earl Hilliard, and myself-were
defeated at the polls by candidates heavily financed by pro-Israel
forces.

As a result, legislation dealing with the Middle East has been heavily
biased in favor of Israel and against Palestinians and other Arabs
year after year. Home constituencies, misled by news coverage equally
lop-sided in Israel's favor, remain largely unaware that Congress
behaves as if it were a subcommittee of the Israeli parliament.

However, the bias is widely noted beyond America, where most news
media candidly cover Israel's conquest and generally excoriate
America's complicity and complacency. When President Bush welcomed
Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon, sometimes called the Butcher of
Beirut, as "my dear friend" and "a man of peace" after Israeli forces,
using U.S.-donated arms, completed their devastation of the West Bank
last spring, worldwide anger against American policy reached the
boiling point.

The fury should surprise no one who reads foreign newspapers or
listens to BBC. In several televised statements long before 9/11,
Osama bin Laden, believed by U.S. authorities to have masterminded
9/11, cited U.S. complicity in Israel's destruction of Palestinian
society as a principal complaint. Prominent foreigners, in and out of
government, express their opposition to U.S. policies with
unprecedented frequency and severity, especially since Bush announced
his determination to make war against Iraq.

The lobby's intimidation remains pervasive. It seems to reach every
government center and even houses of worship and revered institutions
of higher learning. It is highly effective in silencing the many U.S.
Jews who object to the lobby's tactics and Israel's brutality...

Today, a year after 9/11, President Bush has made no attempt to
redress grievances, or even to identify them. In fact, he has made the
scene far worse by supporting Israel's religious war against
Palestinians, an alliance that has intensified anti-American anger. He
seems oblivious to the fact that nearly two billion people worldwide
regard the plight of Palestinians as today's most important
foreign-policy challenge. No one in authority will admit a calamitous
reality that is skillfully shielded from the American people but
clearly recognized by most of the world: America suffered 9/11 and its
aftermath and may soon be at war with Iraq, mainly because U.S. policy
in the Middle East is made in Israel, not in Washington.

Israel is a scofflaw nation and should be treated as such. Instead of
helping Sharon intensify Palestinian misery, our president should
suspend all aid until Israel ends its occupation of Arab land Israel
seized in 1967. The suspension would force Sharon's compliance or lead
to his removal from office, as the Israeli electorate will not
tolerate a prime minister who is at odds with the White House.

If Bush needs an additional reason for doing the right thing, he can
justify the suspension as a matter of military necessity, an essential
step in winning international support for his war on terrorism. He can
cite a worthy precedent. When President Abraham Lincoln issued the
proclamation that freed only the slaves in states that were then in
rebellion, he make the restriction because of "military necessity."

If Bush suspends U.S. aid, he will liberate all Americans from long
years of bondage to Israel's misdeeds.

Germany and the Jews
The Role of the Jews in WWI and WWII

Introductory Note:
Benjamin H. Freedman was born of Jewish parents in 1890. He became a
successful businessman in New York City, and was at one time the
principal owner of the Woodbury Soap Company. He broke with organized
Jewry after World War II, and spent the remainder of his life and at
least 2.5 million dollars publicizing the facts of Jewish influence on
the United States. Mr. Freedman knew. He had been an insider at the
highest levels of Jewish organizations, and was personally acquainted
with Bernard Baruch, Samuel Untermyer, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin
Roosevelt, Joseph Kennedy, and John F. Kennedy, and many more of the
movers and shakers of his time.

This speech was given in 1961 at the Willard Hotel in Washington,
D.C., on behalf of a newspaper of that time, Common Sense.
Here in the United States, the Zionists and their co-religionists have
complete control of our government. For many reasons, too many and too
complex to go into here at this time, the Zionists and their co-
religionists rule these United States as though they were the absolute
monarchs of this country. Now you may say that is a very broad
statement, but let me show you what happened while we were all asleep.
What happened? World War I broke out in the summer of 1914. There are
few people here my age who remember that. Now that war was waged on
one side by Great Britain, France, and Russia; and on the other side
by Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey.

Within two years Germany had won that war: not only won it nominally,
but won it actually. The German submarines, which were a surprise to
the world, had swept all the convoys from the Atlantic Ocean. Great
Britain stood there without ammunition for her soldiers, with one
week's food supply -- and after that, starvation. At that time, the
French army had mutinied. They had lost 600,000 of the flower of
French youth in the defense of Verdun on the Somme. The Russian army
was defecting, they were picking up their toys and going home, they
didn't want to play war anymore, they didn't like the Czar. And the
Italian army had collapsed.

Not a shot had been fired on German soil. Not one enemy soldier had
crossed the border into Germany. And yet, Germany was offering England
peace terms. They offered England a negotiated peace on what the
lawyers call a status quo ante basis. That means: "Let's call the war
off, and let everything be as it was before the war started." England,
in the summer of 1916 was considering that -- seriously. They had no
choice. It was either accepting this negotiated peace that Germany was
magnanimously offering them, or going on with the war and being
totally defeated.

While that was going on, the Zionists in Germany, who represented the
Zionists from Eastern Europe, went to the British War Cabinet and -- I
am going to be brief because it's a long story, but I have all the
documents to prove any statement that I make -- they said: "Look here.
You can yet win this war. You don't have to give up. You don't have to
accept the negotiated peace offered to you now by Germany. You can win
this war if the United States will come in as your ally." The United
States was not in the war at that time. We were fresh; we were young;
we were rich; we were powerful. They told England: "We will guarantee
to bring the United States into the war as your ally, to fight with
you on your side, if you will promise us Palestine after you win the
war." In other words, they made this deal: "We will get the United
States into this war as your ally. The price you must pay is Palestine
after you have won the war and defeated Germany, Austria-Hungary, and
Turkey." Now England had as much right to promise Palestine to
anybody, as the United States would have to promise Japan to Ireland
for any reason whatsoever. It's absolutely absurd that Great Britain,
that never had any connection or any interest or any right in what is
known as Palestine should offer it as coin of the realm to pay the
Zionists for bringing the United States into the war. However, they
did make that promise, in October of 1916. And shortly after that -- I
don't know how many here remember it - - the United States, which was
almost totally pro-German, entered the war as Britain's ally.

I say that the United States was almost totally pro-German because the
newspapers here were controlled by Jews, the bankers were Jews, all
the media of mass communications in this country were controlled by
Jews; and they, the Jews, were pro-German. They were pro-German
because many of them had come from Germany, and also they wanted to
see Germany lick the Czar. The Jews didn't like the Czar, and they
didn't want Russia to win this war. These German-Jew bankers, like
Kuhn Loeb and the other big banking firms in the United States refused
to finance France or England to the extent of one dollar. They stood
aside and they said: "As long as France and England are tied up with
Russia, not one cent!" But they poured money into Germany, they fought
beside Germany against Russia, trying to lick the Czarist regime.
Now those same Jews, when they saw the possibility of getting
Palestine, went to England and they made this deal. At that time,
everything changed, like a traffic light that changes from red to
green. Where the newspapers had been all pro-German, where they'd been
telling the people of the difficulties that Germany was having
fighting Great Britain commercially and in other respects, all of a
sudden the Germans were no good. They were villains. They were Huns.
They were shooting Red Cross nurses. They were cutting off babies'
hands. They were no good. Shortly after that, Mr. Wilson declared war
on Germany.

The Zionists in London had sent cables to the United States, to
Justice Brandeis, saying "Go to work on President Wilson. We're
getting from England what we want. Now you go to work on President
Wilson and get the United States into the war." That's how the United
States got into the war. We had no more interest in it; we had no more
right to be in it than we have to be on the moon tonight instead of in
this room. There was absolutely no reason for World War I to be our
war. We were railroaded into -- if I can be vulgar, we were suckered
into -- that war merely so that the Zionists of the world could obtain
Palestine. That is something that the people of the United States have
never been told. They never knew why we went into World War I.
After we got into the war, the Zionists went to Great Britain and they
said: "Well, we performed our part of the agreement. Let's have
something in writing that shows that you are going to keep your
bargain and give us Palestine after you win the war." They didn't know
whether the war would last another year or another ten years. So they
started to work out a receipt. The receipt took the form of a letter,
which was worded in very cryptic language so that the world at large
wouldn't know what it was all about. And that was called the Balfour
Declaration.

The Balfour Declaration was merely Great Britain's promise to pay the
Zionists what they had agreed upon as a consideration for getting the
United States into the war. So this great Balfour Declaration, that
you hear so much about, is just as phony as a three dollar bill. I
don't think I could make it more emphatic than that.

That is where all the trouble started. The United States got in the
war. The United States crushed Germany. You know what happened. When
the war ended, and the Germans went to Paris for the Paris Peace
Conference in 1919 there were 117 Jews there, as a delegation
representing the Jews, headed by Bernard Baruch. I was there: I ought
to know. Now what happened? The Jews at that peace conference, when
they were cutting up Germany and parceling out Europe to all these
nations who claimed a right to a certain part of European territory,
said, "How about Palestine for us?" And they produced, for the first
time to the knowledge of the Germans, this Balfour Declaration. So the
Germans, for the first time realized, "Oh, so that was the game!
That's why the United States came into the war." The Germans for the
first time realized that they were defeated, they suffered the
terrific reparations that were slapped onto them, because the Zionists
wanted Palestine and were determined to get it at any cost.
That brings us to another very interesting point. When the Germans
realized this, they naturally resented it. Up to that time, the Jews
had never been better off in any country in the world than they had
been in Germany. You had Mr. Rathenau there, who was maybe 100 times
as important in industry and finance as is Bernard Baruch in this
country. You had Mr. Balin, who owned the two big steamship lines, the
North German Lloyd's and the Hamburg-American Lines. You had Mr.
Bleichroder, who was the banker for the Hohenzollern family. You had
the Warburgs in Hamburg, who were the big merchant bankers -- the
biggest in the world. The Jews were doing very well in Germany. No
question about that. The Germans felt: "Well, that was quite a
sellout."

It was a sellout that might be compared to this hypothetical
situation: Suppose the United States was at war with the Soviet Union.
And we were winning. And we told the Soviet Union: "Well, let's quit.
We offer you peace terms. Let's forget the whole thing." And all of a
sudden Red China came into the war as an ally of the Soviet Union. And
throwing them into the war brought about our defeat. A crushing
defeat, with reparations the likes of which man's imagination cannot
encompass. Imagine, then, after that defeat, if we found out that it
was the Chinese in this country, our Chinese citizens, who all the
time we had thought were loyal citizens working with us, were selling
us out to the Soviet Union and that it was through them that Red China
was brought into the war against us. How would we feel, then, in the
United States against Chinese? I don't think that one of them would
dare show his face on any street. There wouldn't be enough convenient
lampposts to take care of them. Imagine how we would feel.

Well, that's how the Germans felt towards these Jews. They'd been so
nice to them: from 1905 on, when the first Communist revolution in
Russia failed, and the Jews had to scramble out of Russia, they all
went to Germany. And Germany gave them refuge. And they were treated
very nicely. And here they had sold Germany down the river for no
reason at all other than the fact that they wanted Palestine as a
so-called "Jewish commonwealth."

Now Nahum Sokolow, and all the great leaders and great names that you
read about in connection with Zionism today, in 1919, 1920, 1921,
1922, and 1923 wrote in all their papers -- and the press was filled
with their statements -- that the feeling against the Jews in Germany
is due to the fact that they realized that this great defeat was
brought about by Jewish intercession in bringing the United States
into the war. The Jews themselves admitted that. It wasn't that the
Germans in 1919 discovered that a glass of Jewish blood tasted better
than Coca-Cola or Muenschner Beer. There was no religious feeling.
There was no sentiment against those people merely on account of their
religious belief. It was all political. It was economic. It was
anything but religious. Nobody cared in Germany whether a Jew went
home and pulled down the shades and said "Shema' Yisroel" or "Our
Father." Nobody cared in Germany any more than they do in the United
States. Now this feeling that developed later in Germany was due to
one thing: the Germans held the Jews responsible for their crushing
defeat.

And World War I had been started against Germany for no reason for
which Germany was responsible. They were guilty of nothing. Only of
being successful. They built up a big navy. They built up world trade.
You must remember that Germany at the time of the French Revolution
consisted of 300 small city-states, principalities, dukedoms, and so
forth. Three hundred separate little political entities. And between
that time, between the times of Napoleon and Bismarck, they were
consolidated into one state. And within 50 years they became one of
the world's great powers. Their navy was rivaling Great Britain's,
they were doing business all over the world, they could under sell
anybody, they could make better products. What happened as a result of
that?

There was a conspiracy between England, France, and Russia to slap
down Germany. There isn't one historian in the world who can find a
valid reason why those three countries decided to wipe Germany off the
map politically.

When Germany realized that the Jews were responsible for her defeat,
they naturally resented it. But not a hair on the head of any Jew was
harmed. Not a single hair. Professor Tansill, of Georgetown
University, who had access to all the secret papers of the State
Department, wrote in his book, and quoted from a State Department
document written by Hugo Schoenfelt, a Jew whom Cordell Hull sent to
Europe in 1933 to investigate the so-called camps of political
prisoners, who wrote back that he found them in very fine condition.
They were in excellent shape, with everybody treated well. And they
were filled with Communists. Well, a lot of them were Jews, because
the Jews happened to comprise about 98 per cent of the Communists in
Europe at that time. And there were some priests there, and ministers,
and labor leaders, and Masons, and others who had international
affiliations.

Some background is in order: In 1918-1919 the Communists took over
Bavaria for a few days. Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht and a group
of other Jews took over the government for three days. In fact, when
the Kaiser ended the war he fled to Holland because he thought the
Communists were going to take over Germany as they did Russia and that
he was going to meet the same fate as the Czar. So he fled to Holland
for safety, for security. After the Communist threat in Germany was
quashed, the Jews were still working, trying to get back into their
former status, and the Germans fought them in every way they could
without hurting a single hair on anyone's head. They fought them the
same way that, in this country, the Prohibitionists fought anyone who
was interested in liquor. They didn't fight one another with pistols.
Well, that's the way they were fighting the Jews in Germany. And at
that time, mind you, there were 80 to 90 million Germans, and there
were only 460,000 Jews. About one half of one per cent of the
population of Germany were Jews. And yet they controlled all the
press, and they controlled most of the economy because they had come
in with cheap money when the mark was devalued and bought up
practically everything.

The Jews tried to keep a lid on this fact. They didn't want the world
to really understand that they had sold out Germany, and that the
Germans resented that.

The Germans took appropriate action against the Jews. They, shall I
say, discriminated against them wherever they could. They shunned
them. The same way that we would shun the Chinese, or the Negroes, or
the Catholics, or anyone in this country who had sold us out to an
enemy and brought about our defeat.

After a while, the Jews of the world called a meeting in Amsterdam.
Jews from every country in the world attended this meeting in July
1933. And they said to Germany: "You fire Hitler, and you put every
Jew back into his former position, whether he was a Communist or no
matter what he was. You can't treat us that way. And we, the Jews of
the world, are serving an ultimatum upon you." You can imagine what
the Germans told them. So what did the Jews do?

In 1933, when Germany refused to surrender to the world conference of
Jews in Amsterdam, the conference broke up, and Mr. Samuel Untermyer,
who was the head of the American delegation and the president of the
whole conference, came to the United States and went from the steamer
to the studios of the Columbia Broadcasting System and made a radio
broadcast throughout the United States in which he in effect said,
"The Jews of the world now declare a Holy War against Germany. We are
now engaged in a sacred conflict against the Germans. And we are going
to starve them into surrender. We are going to use a world-wide
boycott against them. That will destroy them because they are
dependent upon their export business." And it is a fact that two
thirds of Germany's food supply had to be imported, and it could only
be imported with the proceeds of what they exported. So if Germany
could not export, two thirds of Germany's population would have to
starve. There was just not enough food for more than one third of the
population. Now in this declaration, which I have here, and which was
printed in the New York Times on August 7, 1933, Mr. Samuel Untermyer
boldly stated that "this economic boycott is our means of
self-defense. President Roosevelt has advocated its use in the
National Recovery Administration," which some of you may remember,
where everybody was to be boycotted unless he followed the rules laid
down by the New Deal, and which was declared unconstitutional by the
Supreme Court of that time. Nevertheless, the Jews of the world
declared a boycott against Germany, and it was so effective that you
couldn't find one thing in any store anywhere in the world with the
words "made in Germany" on it. In fact, an executive of the Woolworth
Company told me that they had to dump millions of dollars worth of
crockery and dishes into the river; that their stores were boycotted
if anyone came in and found a dish marked "made in Germany," they were
picketed with signs saying "Hitler," "murderer," and so forth,
something like these sit-ins that are taking place in the South. At a
store belonging to the R. H. Macy chain, which was controlled by a
family called Strauss who also happen to be Jews, a woman found
stockings there which came from Chemnitz, marked "made in Germany."
Well, they were cotton stockings and they may have been there 20
years, since I've been observing women's legs for many years and it's
been a long time since I've seen any cotton stockings on them. I saw
Macy's boycotted, with hundreds of people walking around with signs
saying "murderers," "Hitlerites," and so forth. Now up to that time,
not one hair on the head of any Jew had been hurt in Germany. There
was no suffering, there was no starvation, there was no murder, there
was nothing.

Naturally, the Germans said, "Who are these people to declare a
boycott against us and throw all our people out of work, and make our
industries come to a standstill? Who are they to do that to us?" They
naturally resented it. Certainly they painted swastikas on stores
owned by Jews. Why should a German go in and give his money to a
storekeeper who was part of a boycott that was going to starve Germany
into surrendering to the Jews of the world, who were going to dictate
who their premier or chancellor was to be? Well, it was ridiculous.
The boycott continued for some time, but it wasn't until 1938, when a
young Jew from Poland walked into the German embassy in Paris and shot
a German official, that the Germans really started to get rough with
the Jews in Germany. And you found them then breaking windows and
having street fights and so forth.

Now I don't like to use the word "anti-Semitism" because it's
meaningless, but it means something to you still, so I'll have to use
it. The only reason that there was any feeling in Germany against Jews
was that they were responsible for World War I and for this world-wide
boycott. Ultimately they were also responsible for World War II,
because after this thing got out of hand, it was absolutely necessary
for the Jews and Germany to lock horns in a war to see which one was
going to survive. In the meanwhile, I had lived in Germany, and I knew
that the Germans had decided that Europe is going to be Christian or
Communist: there is no in between. And the Germans decided they were
going to keep it Christian if possible. And they started to re-arm. In
November 1933 the United States recognized the Soviet Union. The
Soviet Union was becoming very powerful, and Germany realized that
"Our turn was going to come soon, unless we are strong." The same as
we in this country are saying today, "Our turn is going to come soon,
unless we are strong." Our government is spending 83 or 84 billion
dollars for defense. Defense against whom? Defense against 40,000
little Jews in Moscow that took over Russia, and then, in their
devious ways, took over control of many other countries of the world.
For this country now to be on the verge of a Third World War, from
which we cannot emerge a victor, is something that staggers my
imagination. I know that nuclear bombs are measured in terms of
megatons. A megaton is a term used to describe one million tons of
TNT. Our nuclear bombs had a capacity of 10 megatons, or 10 million
tons of TNT, when they were first developed. Now, the nuclear bombs
that are being developed have a capacity of 200 megatons, and God
knows how many megatons the nuclear bombs of the Soviet Union have.
What do we face now? If we trigger a world war that may develop into a
nuclear war, humanity is finished. Why might such a war take place? It
will take place as the curtain goes up on Act 3: Act 1 was World War
I, Act 2 was World War II, Act 3 is going to be World War III. The
Jews of the world, the Zionists and their co-religionists everywhere,
are determined that they are going to again use the United States to
help them permanently retain Palestine as their foothold for their
world government. That is just as true as I am standing here. Not
alone have I read it, but many here have also read it, and it is known
all over the world.

What are we going to do? The life you save may be your son's. Your
boys may be on their way to that war tonight; and you don't know it
any more than you knew that in 1916 in London the Zionists made a deal
with the British War Cabinet to send your sons to war in Europe. Did
you know it at that time? Not a person in the United States knew it.
You weren't permitted to know it. Who knew it? President Wilson knew
it. Colonel House knew it. Other insiders knew it.

Did I know it? I had a pretty good idea of what was going on: I was
liaison to Henry Morgenthau, Sr., in the 1912 campaign when President
Wilson was elected, and there was talk around the office there. I was
"confidential man" to Henry Morgenthau, Sr., who was chairman of the
finance committee, and I was liaison between him and Rollo Wells, the
treasurer. So I sat in these meetings with President Wilson at the
head of the table, and all the others, and I heard them drum into
President Wilson's brain the graduated income tax and what has become
the Federal Reserve, and I heard them indoctrinate him with the
Zionist movement. Justice Brandeis and President Wilson were just as
close as the two fingers on this hand. President Woodrow Wilson was
just as incompetent when it came to determining what was going on as a
newborn baby. That is how they got us into World War I, while we all
slept. They sent our boys over there to be slaughtered. For what? So
the Jews can have Palestine as their "commonwealth." They've fooled
you so much that you don't know whether you're coming or going.
Now any judge, when he charges a jury, says, "Gentlemen, any witness
who you find has told a single lie, you can disregard all his
testimony." I don't know what state you come from, but in New York
state that is the way a judge addresses a jury. If that witness told
one lie, disregard his testimony.

What are the facts about the Jews? (I call them Jews to you, because
they are known as Jews. I don't call them Jews myself. I refer to them
as so-called Jews, because I know what they are.) The eastern European
Jews, who form 92 per cent of the world's population of those people
who call themselves Jews, were originally Khazars. They were a warlike
tribe who lived deep in the heart of Asia. And they were so warlike
that even the Asiatics drove them out of Asia into eastern Europe.
They set up a large Khazar kingdom of 800,000 square miles. At the
time, Russia did not exist, nor did many other European countries. The
Khazar kingdom was the biggest country in all Europe -- so big and so
powerful that when the other monarchs wanted to go to war, the Khazars
would lend them 40,000 soldiers. That's how big and powerful they
were.

They were phallic worshippers, which is filthy and I do not want to go
into the details of that now. But that was their religion, as it was
also the religion of many other pagans and barbarians elsewhere in the
world. The Khazar king became so disgusted with the degeneracy of his
kingdom that he decided to adopt a so-called monotheistic faith --
either Christianity, Islam, or what is known today as Judaism, which
is really Talmudism. By spinning a top, and calling out "eeny, meeny,
miney, moe," he picked out so-called Judaism. And that became the
state religion. He sent down to the Talmudic schools of Pumbedita and
Sura and brought up thousands of rabbis, and opened up synagogues and
schools, and his people became what we call Jews. There wasn't one of
them who had an ancestor who ever put a toe in the Holy Land. Not only
in Old Testament history, but back to the beginning of time. Not one
of them! And yet they come to the Christians and ask us to support
their armed insurrections in Palestine by saying, "You want to help
repatriate God's Chosen People to their Promised Land, their ancestral
home, don't you? It's your Christian duty. We gave you one of our boys
as your Lord and Savior. You now go to church on Sunday, and you kneel
and you worship a Jew, and we're Jews." But they are pagan Khazars who
were converted just the same as the Irish were converted. It is as
ridiculous to call them "people of the Holy Land," as it would be to
call the 54 million Chinese Moslems "Arabs." Mohammed only died in 620
A.D., and since then 54 million Chinese have accepted Islam as their
religious belief. Now imagine, in China, 2,000 miles away from Arabia,
from Mecca and Mohammed's birthplace. Imagine if the 54 million
Chinese decided to call themselves "Arabs." You would say they were
lunatics. Anyone who believes that those 54 million Chinese are Arabs
must be crazy. All they did was adopt as a religious faith a belief
that had its origin in Mecca, in Arabia. The same as the Irish. When
the Irish became Christians, nobody dumped them in the ocean and
imported to the Holy Land a new crop of inhabitants. They hadn't
become a different people. They were the same people, but they had
accepted Christianity as a religious faith.

These Khazars, these pagans, these Asiatics, these Turko-Finns, were a
Mongoloid race who were forced out of Asia into eastern Europe.
Because their king took the Talmudic faith, they had no choice in the
matter. Just the same as in Spain: If the king was Catholic, everybody
had to be a Catholic. If not, you had to get out of Spain. So the
Khazars became what we call today Jews. Now imagine how silly it was
for the great Christian countries of the world to say, "We're going to
use our power and prestige to repatriate God's Chosen People to their
ancestral homeland, their Promised Land." Could there be a bigger lie
than that? Because they control the newspapers, the magazines, the
radio, the television, the book publishing business, and because they
have the ministers in the pulpit and the politicians on the soapboxes
talking the same language, it is not too surprising that you believe
that lie. You'd believe black is white if you heard it often enough.
You wouldn't call black black anymore -- you'd start to call black
white. And nobody could blame you.

That is one of the great lies of history. It is the foundation of all
the misery that has befallen the world.

Do you know what Jews do on the Day of Atonement, that you think is so
sacred to them? I was one of them. This is not hearsay. I'm not here
to be a rabble-rouser. I'm here to give you facts. When, on the Day of
Atonement, you walk into a synagogue, you stand up for the very first
prayer that you recite. It is the only prayer for which you stand. You
repeat three times a short prayer called the Kol Nidre. In that
prayer, you enter into an agreement with God Almighty that any oath,
vow, or pledge that you may make during the next twelve months shall
be null and void. The oath shall not be an oath; the vow shall not be
a vow; the pledge shall not be a pledge. They shall have no force or
effect. And further, the Talmud teaches that whenever you take an
oath, vow, or pledge, you are to remember the Kol Nidre prayer that
you recited on the Day of Atonement, and you are exempted from
fulfilling them. How much can you depend on their loyalty? You can
depend upon their loyalty as much as the Germans depended upon it in
1916. We are going to suffer the same fate as Germany suffered, and
for the same reason.

Today let's talk about some of the things that have changed in America
since September 11. I'm not thinking about all of the new rigamarole
at airports. I'm more interested in the changes in the Politically
Correct party line laid down for the lemmings by the media. I'm
interested in changes in the way Americans view the world. And I'm
interested in the changed prospects for the future of America.

The most interesting thing about the new party line is its stupidity.
The Jews were caught by surprise last month, and they had to whip up
something in a hurry in order to deflect blame from Israel and from
the U.S. government's support for Israel. Apparently the best they
could do on a moment's notice is the explanation that Osama bin Laden
attacked us simply because he hates our freedom and democracy. Since
they first cooked up that explanation they've refined it quite a bit.

Both the Foreign Ministry in Israel and the American Israel Public
Affairs Committee, Israel's enormously powerful lobby in Washington,
have been circulating "talking papers" to their own people, to
politicians, and to everyone else who is likely to be making a public
statement about America's new war or about Washington's past policy in
the Middle East.

These "talking papers" tell people how to counter what the Jews call
Osama bin Laden's "lies" and also how to respond to anyone who
suggests that our government's support of Israel might have had
something to do with the September 11 attack. The papers warn people
never to raise this subject, but if someone else insists on talking
about it, it is to be countered with the explanation that support for
Israel had nothing at all to do with the attack, that we would have
been attacked even if we weren't supporting Israel, and that the only
reason for the attack is Osama bin Laden's irrational hatred of
America's freedom and democracy.

I believe that it's clear that many people actually believe this
nonsense, judging by the number of cars with red, white, and blue
ribbons tied to their antennas. But these are the people who believe
everything Tom Brokaw or their beloved Big Brother in the White House
tells them. If George Bush came on TV and told them with that
mock-solemn expression of his that a Martian invasion force had just
landed, that the Martians were demanding one million sacrificial
virgins as their price for not destroying Hollywood and Washington,
and that U.S. Army troops would be going door to door to collect
virgins, the folks with the ribbons on their antennas would believe
it, and they would prepare to hand over any virgins in their
households. They would consider it their patriotic duty. The party
line may change from time to time, but lemmings never change.

Well, the lemmings may believe that U.S. support for Israel had
nothing to do with the September 11 attack or with the anthrax-laden
letters now going around, but no one else believes it. Last week the
media bosses were kicking themselves because they had let the text of
a statement Osama bin Laden had made be published in the United
States. They said that they had made a mistake in putting this
statement before the American public. They wouldn't publish any
further Osama bin Laden statements, they said, because the statements
might contain secret instructions for his operatives.

Everyone I've spoken with laughed at that excuse. In his last
statement Osama bin Laden said that Americans would not be secure and
would have no peace of mind as long as Palestinians were not secure in
their own land. That's the sort of powerful and simple message that
even Sally Soccer Mom and Joe Sixpack might understand, and that's
what the Jewish media bosses don't want the public to hear. They're
not worried about secret instructions; they're worried about the
lemmings figuring out what's going on.

Actually, I think there's very little danger of that. And really, the
changes I'm more interested in are in the outlook of the minority of
the population able to think for itself: the minority that doesn't
believe whatever Tom Brokaw says. You know, I've been talking to this
minority for years-decades, actually-warning them about the
consequences of letting their government get out of control, warning
them of the consequences of permitting the Jews of Hollywood and New
York to run our country through their control of our mass media,
warning them of the consequences of continuing to sit on their hands
and keep their mouths shut from fear of being denounced by the media
as "anti-Semites" or "racists."

And I wasn't having as much success as I wanted at getting them to pay
attention and change their ways. Many of those who listened wouldn't
do anything because what I was warning them about didn't seem quite
real. Despite all the changes they could see around them-the
deterioration of our cities and our schools, the darkening of the
racial complexion of America, the trashing of our culture by the mass
media, the increasingly obvious efforts of the Jewish media bosses to
persuade our young women that they should bed down with
non-Whites-despite everything, they themselves managed to remain
comfortable and economically secure, so the things I was warning them
about didn't seem quite real. They had convinced themselves that they
were above it all, that they could continue to watch the destruction
of their country and their people all around them, and it would never
affect them personally: that they could remain secure and comfortable
while everything around them went to hell.

Osama bin Laden jolted some of them awake on September 11: some of
those whose attention I hadn't been able to catch with my own
warnings. He convinced some of them that what they had been observing
going on around them for years was in fact real: that continuing to
ignore the degenerative processes promoted by the media and the
government and hoping for the best really wasn't a good strategy for
personal survival. In particular, he convinced many members of the
thinking minority that losing control of our government really is a
serious matter, that permitting our government to be used by the Jews
against their neighbors in the Middle East- and also against the
genuine interests of the American people- could have real consequences
at home.

I have the feeling that many of these thinking people are paying at
least a little more attention now to the things we've been talking
about here every week. The fact that the number of people who download
these broadcasts from my Web site each Saturday has nearly doubled
since September 11 is a pretty good indication of this, I believe.
Just as I'm getting more hate mail from the red-white-and-blue-ribbon
types, I'm also getting more thoughtful responses from the people who
understand and care. Which is to say, I think I have an audience now
that not only is bigger but also is more attentive and responsive.
That is really important.

I'm not discouraged by the fact that the attentive and responsive
people still constitute only a minority of a minority. I'm encouraged
by the fact that the attentive people now make up a larger minority of
the thinking portion of the population than they did before September
11. Important things always are done by minorities. Majorities don't
make decisions; individuals do; small minorities do. History is made
by active minorities. Sometimes an active minority may use the passive
majority as a tool or a weapon, but the minority always acts in accord
with its own will.

What's important is which minority is making the decisions, which
minority is active at any particular moment. For at least the past 60
years it's been the wrong minority, an alien minority that is
implacably hostile to our people. If we are to survive, that must
change. Our minority must become active instead. Our minority must
grow to include more of the thinking portion of our population. And
that is happening now. That's been happening since September 11.
The people who understand and care have been forced to begin paying
attention. I have a very strong premonition that there will be other
things in the reasonably near future that will make them pay even
closer attention.

The Bush government, just like the Clinton government before it,
thinks that it can stop terrorism with cruise missiles and smart
bombs. But just think for a moment: whether Osama bin Laden survives
the Bush government's current war against Israel's enemies in the
Middle East or not, he already has become immortal. In the eyes of
Muslims he has been elevated to a status in heaven alongside Mohammed.
His name will be praised, and stories will be told about him around
campfires throughout the Muslim world for countless generations to
come, long after the Bush government has gone and been forgotten.

Cruise missiles can't take Osama bin Laden's immortality away from
him. There's nothing the Bush government can do to diminish his glory
in the Muslim world. In fact, the more cruise missiles and smart bombs
the United States unleashes on the Muslim world, the higher will Osama
bin Laden's esteem rise; the more will his strike against the United
States seem justified to his fellow Muslims.

Don't be fooled by the tame "house Muslims" the media bosses have been
trotting out to explain to the lemmings that violence is abhorrent to
"real Muslims." The real Muslims are the ones rioting against the
government in Pakistan now. The real Muslims are the ones singing
Osama bin Laden's praises now. And there will be no shortage of other
young Muslims lusting for a share in his glory, lusting to have their
praises sung around campfires too. Cruise missiles don't frighten
them. There are enough of them already in this country to keep things
jumping, thanks to the government's insane immigration policy of
recent decades.

At the University of California in Los Angeles a library worker,
53-year-old Jonnie Hargis, has been suspended without pay because he
sent out an e-mail letter criticizing U.S. support for Israel's
aggression. The university administration explained that it has a
policy against using university computers for political messages, but
Hargis, who has worked at the UCLA library for 22 years, pointed out
that no one who has been sending out pro-Israel and pro-war messages
has been punished.

There are similar situations at other universities around the country.
Jews and neo-conservatives post belligerent, bloodthirsty messages
calling for the annihilation of all of the Jews' enemies in the Middle
East, including Iraq and Iran as well as Afghanistan. Anyone who calls
instead for eliminating the cause of the September 11 attack- that is,
for stopping the blind support by the U.S. government of Israel's
aggression- is censured and threatened with expulsion or with being
fired.

There are still people around who can remember how it was at our
universities during the Vietnam war. That was when treason ruled on
campuses. Students burned their draft cards and put up Viet Cong flags
and posters of Ho Chi Minh in their dormitories. Jewish activists in
groups such as Students for a Democratic Society organized pro-Viet
Cong rallies on campuses. Professors encouraged this activity, and
administrators didn't interfere, citing free speech.

The switch to red, white, and blue ribbons and saluting the flag came
rather suddenly last month, and a lot of thinking people understand
why it came. They understand that it is when America is involved in a
war to promote Jewish interests that pledging allegiance to the flag
suddenly is declared fashionable. When Israel's welfare is threatened,
Jews, ordinarily noted for their cynicism and irreverence, suddenly
put their hands over their hearts and begin singing The Star-Spangled
Banner, and they glare at anyone who isn't singing loudly enough. And
people who make the mistake of asking why get fired or suspended. But
you know, firing people or suspending people who have dissenting
opinions doesn't go down well with the independent thinkers. And I'll
guarantee you:

there will be a lot more dissent before this war is over. And the
Jewish media won't be able to hide it all.

What we are beginning to see now is a sharpening division between the
Jews, their bought politicians, and the "I pledge allegiance,"
authoritarian types on one side, and everyone else on the other side.
We also saw a division, along different lines, during the Vietnam war,
with the authoritarians and the Jews on opposite sides instead of the
same side. I believe that the division this time will develop faster
and become sharper.

I don't know how the war itself will develop. It was clear before it
began that the U.S. military machine is quite capable of flattening
Afghanistan or any other Third World country without suffering any
significant losses to its own personnel, simply because we can hit
them from a distance with a great deal of destructive power, and they
don't have the means to hit back-except through what we call
"terrorism." It is certain that there will be more terrorism,
although, of course, I cannot predict the form it will take or its
magnitude.

I can predict, however, that the media and the politicians will
denounce it as "cowardly" and will act as if America has been wronged:
that whatever form the next blow against America takes and wherever it
comes from, it will be declared "unprovoked." And I can predict that
the polls published by the media will continue to show nearly every
American wildly enthusiastic about the war, even as the opposition to
the war grows.

One interesting thing about the opposition this time is that it is
growing both among the Gentile Left and among genuine patriots. During
the Vietnam war the members of the Gentile Left all were on the Jewish
side. Despite the current agreement between leftists and patriots on
the single issue of ending support for Israel and limiting the war in
the Middle East, I don't see much chance of real collaboration between
these two elements.

The Gentile Left is still hopelessly confused on such essential
issues as race and feminism and homosexuality and permissiveness. But
the war is indeed driving a wedge between Jews and Gentile leftists-a
deeper wedge than that driven by the development of Jewish
neo-conservatism after the Vietnam war, and for that we should be
thankful.

There may be other hopeful developments as well. The assassination in
Jerusalem this week of one of Israel's most bloodthirsty Jewish
militants by the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine
certainly was a welcome move. Until now all of the assassins have been
Jews, and all of the victims have been Palestinians. It's too soon to
know whether or not this one act of retribution against the Israeli
leadership will be followed by other successful blows, but it may be
that the events of recent weeks have emboldened the Palestinians to
act with more imagination and enterprise than before.

Looking ahead a bit, there are several signs of hope here on our own
home front. The heightened sense of reality among non-lemmings, the
lessening of their sense of detachment, the stronger realization that
they cannot survive by continuing to sit on their hands and watch the
Jews destroy the world around them- this is the single most important
consequence of recent events. This, together with the growing
alienation between Gentile leftists and Jews, leaves the Jews in a
weaker position than they have been in a long time. They will crack
their whips more frantically than before, trying to keep everyone in
line, but the principal effect of that will be to generate even more
resentment against them.

Things are a bit brittle now. A few dozen more anthrax cases, another
truck bomb in a well chosen location, and substantial changes could
take place in a hurry: a stock market panic, martial law measures by
the Bush government, and a sharpening of the debate as to how we got
ourselves get into this mess in the first place. As the debate
sharpens, the Jews and their collaborators will pull out all of the
stops in an effort to stifle it, but I don't think that even a
declaration of martial law can stifle it now. Too many people already
smell the stink in Washington. Too many people already understand on
whose hands is the blood of 6,000 innocent Americans who died last
month. Too many people understand the true motivation behind the
current war against Israel's enemies in the Middle East. The genie is
out of the bottle now, and not even Mr. Bush's new anti-terrorism
agency-what does he call it? -- the Office of Homeland Security? --
not even this new Federal agency can put it back in the bottle.

It's a strange thing: in a novel I wrote more than 12 years ago - the
title is Hunter-I talked about the formation of a new anti-terrorism
agency, separate from the FBI. And I pointed out that the principal
aim of the new agency would not be to protect the public from
terrorism, but to protect the government from an increasingly restless
and disillusioned public: a sort of modern Praetorian Guard. I think
that we'll be seeing more developments in that direction in the next
few months, with the timing depending upon when the next surprise
comes and its magnitude.

Of course, I don't know what will happen next to shatter already
jangled nerves, but it is likely that something will happen. My advice
to responsible patriots now is this: Expect a surprise, and remain
calm when it comes. But don't wait for it to come to raise your voice.
Speak out now. Don't be intimidated by the mindless yahoos waving
their flags or by the government or by the media. If you point out
calmly and in a reasoned way who is responsible for what happened to
America last month you will have more people agreeing with you than
you might imagine. If you call for your fellow Americans to join you
in regaining control of their government, the response will be greater
than at any time in recent years.

It's interesting that the Bush administration withdrew its
delegates from the UN-sponsored 'World Conference Against Racism'
held in South Africa in 2001 when it was discovered that Jews
would be criticized for their treatment of Palestinians there.

It's clear that Rudy Giuliani's political ambitions are far from
over. His brown-nosing of the Jews has reached a fever pitch. We

assassinations since
the early 1990s. Recently, Sheikh Mubarak ali Gilani issued
statements

in America to exercise caution, to wait, and to trust in Allah.
Nonetheless, as an
extremist terrorist organization perfectly positioned to provide
support to a foreign
operation, Jamaat al-Fuqra cannot be discounted as a viable threat in
the United States.
As the State Department indicates, Jamaat al-Fuqra is “an Islamic
sect
that seeks to purify
Islam through violence…Fuqra members have attacked a variety of
targets that they view
as enemies of Islam, including Muslims they regard as heretics and
Hindus. Attacks
during the 1980s included assassinations and firebombings across the
United States.
Fuqra members in the United States have been convicted of criminal
violations, including
murder and fraud.”

dangerous domestic threat.
Members of al-Fuqra were recipients of munitions, explosives,
guerilla, communications,
and related terrorist training in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the
Middle East. Members
have fought for Islamic causes around the world. Others, under the
guise of studying
Islam, have joined the international Islamist movement. The Royal
Canadian Mounted
Police report “Members of the Fuqra are taught there is a Satanist-
Zionist conspiracy to
destroy Islam and that the Fuqra is God’s chosen instrument to defeat
the enemies of
Islam.”

In practical and spiritual matters, Jamaat al-Fuqra is well versed to
coordinate
an assault against the United States. Their prolonged spell of
silence
has confounded
intelligence experts. Perhaps al-Fuqra waits for another terrorist
organization to assist in
a domestic plot.
But on the surface, Jamaat al-Fuqra’s connection to other terrorist
organizations is
tenuous. Rodney Hampton-El, convicted in the New York City landmark
bomb plot
shortly after the first world trade center bombings, was a member of
Jamaat al-Fuqra. In
the plot, Hampton-El associated with a number of other terrorists,
including the
prominent Egyptian Islamic Jihad leader Omar Abdel-Rahman. His
association with the
Abdel-Rahman suggests Fuqra members are not only in touch with other
terrorist
organizations, but also willing to work with them. Additionally, in
the 1989 murder of an
Arizona imam, Fuqra members were assisted in their reconnaissance by
a
member of al-
Qaeda, Wadih el-Hage.

Jamaat al-Fuqra’s leadership, based in Pakistan, is well placed
ideologically and
strategically to enter into an association with another major
terrorist group. Jamaat al-
Fuqra’s physical capital, located throughout the United States and at
sensitive national
security locations, is just as well placed to put a plan in action.
Jamaat al-Fuqra’s attacks traditionally consist of:

• Fire and pipe bombings at temples or places of religious worship
anathema to al-
Fuqra, such as Hindu or Jewish temples.
• The assassination of clerics preaching religious interpretations
unacceptable to al-
Fuqra, like Tucson, Arizona, cleric Rashid Khalifa.

With another terrorist organization involved, the level of
destruction
increases. A Fuqra
member, working in concert with foreign elements, plotted an attack
to:
• Destroy several New York City landmarks with simultaneous,
coordinated
explosions.

Prosecutors unearthed chilling documents in a trial of Fuqra members
caught plotting to
bomb a Hindu temple in Toronto. The documents described a plot to
kill
as many people,
Hindu or otherwise, as possible. There is no question multiple al-
Fuqra members would
consider participating in a large scale terrorist assault, whether
domestically or
internationally. Given the religious bias and mores of the group, al-
Fuqra members
would have little pause about using indiscriminate violence to
accomplish what they
consider the cleansing of their religion.

Did you ever wonder why America is declining in popularity around
the world, and especially in Europe?

Perhaps it might have something to do with America's increasingly
common image as a puppet-state of International Jewry. Perhaps it
might also have something to do with growing European resentment
toward being bossed around by U.S. Congressmen who are first and
foremost lackeys of the Jewish power structure. Yes, that's right
-- United States Congressmen are spending more and more of their
time instructing European nations about what steps they should
take to control the growing awareness of destructive Jewish
behaviors throughout Europe. Not only has entrance into NATO for
some nations been predicated upon approval by the American Jewish
Committee, but there exists a little known official U.S.
Government agency called "The Commission on Security and
Cooperation in Europe", also known as "The Helsinki Commission,"
which consists of nine members from the United States Senate,
nine members from the House of Representatives, and one member
each from the Departments of State, Defense and Commerce. A
professional staff assists the Commissioners in their work -- and
a glance at their website at <http://www.csce.gov> will readily
confirm that their work has recently focused on squelching
justifiable criticism of Jewish involvement in the national and
international affairs of European nations -- or what they refer
to as "combating anti-Semitism." Our American tax dollars are not
only being spent to support an illegitimate Jewish theocracy
(Israel), but we are also funding American intervention in
European affairs on behalf of International Jewry.

Led by Congressman Christopher Smith of New Jersey, "our"
congress is working feverishly to coerce European leaders to
further suppress any criticism of Jewish activities, no matter
how mild that criticism may be. In the April 30, 2003 edition of
the Congressional Record you will find examples of Smith's
shameless application of political pressure on sovereign European
nations:

April 30, 2003], we read Smith's own words as he says

"The U.S. Helsinki Commission, which I co-chair, has worked with
the Museum on several occasions, from pushing for the release of
documents from the Romani concentration camp in Lety, Czech
Republic, to urging Romania to give greater meaning to its stated
commitment of rejecting anti-Semitism by removing Antonescu
statues from public lands. In response to the alarming spike of
anti-Semitic incidents found last summer in Europe, myself and
other Members of the Commission have been very active in urging
governments and elected officials to denounce the violence and
ensure their laws are enabled to prosecute the perpetrators. In
support of this effort, I have introduced H. Con. Res. 49,
urging, among other things, European states to 'promote the
creation of educational efforts throughout the region
encompassing the participating States of the OSCE to counter
anti-Semitic stereotypes and attitudes among younger people,
increase Holocaust awareness programs, and help identify the
necessary resources to accomplish this goal.' It is my hope that
other countries will copy the unique and effective model of the

Smith is not alone in his demands. Congressman Joseph Crowley of
New York wants to suppress any critical discussion of Jewish

MEMBER, U.S. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES]

"Mr. Chairman, thank you for the opportunity to address this
distinguished forum. I am greatly concerned by the rise of
anti-Semitism throughout the OSCE region....In the 21st century,
countries in Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia should not
witness attacks against Jews... Nor should these countries
tolerate the hatred spewed by skinheads and other radical groups
throughout the region. Such hatred has brought catastrophe to the
region in our lifetimes already, and we must ensure that the
fields of Europe and Asia are not sown with the seeds of
intolerance ever again. It is the responsibility of the OSCE
governments to set a zero tolerance policy for anti-Semitic
speech and acts. In their OSCE commitments, all governments
pledged to condemn anti-Semitism unequivocally and take effective
measures to... prosecute those who commit such hate crimes..."

The OSCE site also features the speech of one Juliane
Danker-Wetze, who bewails the fact that some European thinkers
are starting to connect the dots and find that they form a Star
of David:

"Jews are imagined [sic] to be a national and international
influential group who allegedly exert a bad influence on or even
steer politics, the economy and the media, which is a way of
expressing the old anti-Semitic prejudice of hidden Jewish
power."

And the so-called Helsinki Commission, which was founded in 1976
supposedly to further human rights under Soviet Communism,
recently heard from one of the main opponents of the right of
free speech, none other than the Jewish ADL. [

sugar-coat the language, what the ADL is really "pushing" (their
word) the supine Congressmen to do is to make criticism of our
'superhuman' self-chosen masters illegal. The Jewish Telegraphic
Agency informs us:

"Jewish leaders are pushing the White House and Congress to take
a firmer stance against European anti-Semitism. A group of German
and American lawmakers heard Tuesday from Jewish leaders who
expressed concern about the rise of anti-Semitism in Europe. The
Jewish leaders also suggested ways to combat anti-Semitism in
states that participate in the Organization for Security and
Cooperation in Europe. 'Many European Jews today feel more
vulnerable, disillusioned and frightened than at any time since
the Holocaust,' said Ambassador Alfred Moses, past president of
the American Jewish Committee and a former U.S. ambassador to
Romania. 'I know from my personal experience that anti-Semitism
is never far below the surface in Central and Eastern Europe.'
The Anti-Defamation League presented a series of recommendations
on combating the problem, including urging political leaders to
speak out against bigotry, strengthening administrative, legal
and monitoring instruments and using educational initiatives.
'While the last century witnessed the most heinous results of
bigotry unchecked, fortunately we also have witnessed in our
lifetime powerful examples of how strong U.S. and German
leadership have brought about dramatic change,' said Kenneth
Jacobson, ADL's associate national director. 'America and
Germany, each having learned painful lessons from their
respective past experiences with the danger of bigotry, are
uniquely positioned to lead the OSCE' ...The visit to Washington
by members of the German Bundestag was a follow-up to a July
session in Berlin on anti-Semitism. Moses noted that incidents of
anti-Semitism have risen in Europe because of the
Israeli-Palestinian conflict, Israel's ties to the United States
and the momentum that right-wing groups have been gaining in some
European countries. U.S. and German lawmakers signed a letter of
intent to strengthen their work against anti-Semitism, use
educational initiatives and urge other parliaments to follow
their lead."

As Robert Faurisson once said at a meeting in Washington, D.C.
"by 'human rights' is usually meant 'Jewish rights'" -- which
follows the notion, enshrined in the Jewish 'holy book,' the
Talmud, that only Jews are human and that non-Jews are equivalent
to beasts. And isn't that what the Helsinki Commission is
currently all about? -- keeping the European cattle from getting
too uppity and questioning their keepers and questioning why they
are kept in economic and political pens?

The Helsinki Commission isn't the only group under the thumb of
organized Jews, manipulating governments behind the scenes. A
secretive group with the Orwellian-sounding name of the 'Office
of Special Plans' also deserves our attention.

The 'Office of Special Plans' is nominally within the Pentagon
and is headed by a Jew named Abram Shulsky. It is of very recent
incarnation, having been created by several Jewish handlers of
George Bush with the explicit purpose of expanding the U.S.-led
war for Israel in the Mideast.

The Jews who came to power under Bush, or rather over Bush, saw
9/11 as an almost heaven-sent opportunity to get the despised
Americans crying tears for their dead countrymen (the deaths of
whom the Israeli Mossad, who had been following Mohammed Atta for
months, probably condoned to create that very opportunity), and
to get the same stupid American goyim fired up for having
themselves and Moslem goyim slaughtered in the Middle East for
Holy Israel's sake. Afghanistan was their first and easy target,
but Iraq was a harder nut to crack.

The neoconservative Jews' thirst for Iraqi blood began years
before 9-11, of course, as did their determination to find a
justification for spilling it. As early as March 2001, Richard
Perle, then Bush's new chairman of the Defense Policy Board, made
the claim that Iraq almost certainly had nuclear weapons. [

Jewish triplespeak I have ever heard, Perle actually argued
before Congress that Saddam had to have these weapons
specifically because our intelligence indicated that he did not:
"Does Saddam now have weapons of mass destruction? Sure he does.
How far he's gone on the nuclear-weapon side I don't think we
really know. My guess is it's further than we think. It's always
further than we think, because we limit ourselves, as we think
about this, to what we're able to prove and demonstrate." Now,
limiting yourself to what you can prove and demonstrate is
certainly dangerous. At least it is dangerous to Jews, as with
their fantastic tales of World War II persecution that are as
profitable as they are fictitious. Instead of limiting ourselves
to facts, far better for us to believe whatever tales the Jews
want us to believe and launch another world war. Now that's safe!

The Jews wanted to destroy Iraq because Iraq's secular Arab
government was a bulwark against Israeli expansionism and
aggression in the region. But that reason wasn't enough to
convince the American people. Since the hated-by-Jews Americans
were still somewhat exercised over the deaths of Americans on
9-11, the Jews decided that a case had to be made that Iraq was
somehow involved in international terrorism and possessed
so-called Weapons of Mass Destruction which could, conceivably,
threaten Americans.

The problem was that there was no evidence for this claim.

Neither the Central Intelligence Agency nor the Defense
Intelligence Agency could discover any credible evidence showing
that Iraq supported al-Qaeda -- in fact, the opposite was true.
And the CIA and the DIA also could find no evidence whatever that
Iraq possessed any of the dreaded 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'
that could threaten America. Bush's Jewish handlers found this
situation intolerable. They wanted their war and they were going
to get their war, by hook or by crook.

In the same way that they 'know' that 'God is the Jewish people'
they also 'knew' that Saddam must have nuclear, chemical, and
biological weapons capable of harming or at least frightening
Americans. It would serve their purposes if that were true, so it
must be true. The trouble was that the CIA and the DIA weren't
buying it. The facts that their extensive intelligence networks
turned up all indicated the opposite.

The frustration of Bush's Jewish handlers was profound. What to
do? Create their own intelligence-agency-lite. And so the Office
of Special Plans was born. The small group of influential Jews
who run this secretive outfit even call it -- in typically Jewish
mockery of those who expose Jewish conspiracy -- "the Cabal." [

Starting with just two staff people and never having more than
five (compared to the CIA and DIA with their thousands of agents
and analysts worldwide) and led by the Jew Abram Shulsky, the
Office of Special Plans was designed at the outset to feed
Rumsfeld and Bush, via Wolfowitz and Feith, a series of lies
which would cause them to question the intelligence agencies'
reports.

Jewish writer Robert Dreyfuss describes the procedure:

"Rumsfeld noted that a primary purpose of the unit was to provide
him with ammunition that he could use to harass the CIA staffer
who briefs him every morning. 'In comes the briefer, and she
walks through the daily brief and I ask questions,' said
Rumsfeld. 'What I could do is say, Gee, what about this? Or what
about that? Has somebody thought of this?' Using powerful
computers and having access to reams of intelligence factoids,
Feith's team could create a steady stream of data bits that
Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz and Feith himself could use to pick apart the
CIA's conclusions, sending the CIA's collectors and analysts back
to rewrite their reports." And, of course, preventing the real
intelligence reports from being believed and from giving the
President any second thoughts about obeying any of the orders of
the neoconservative Jews who surround him.

W. Patrick Lang, former chief of Middle East intelligence at the
D.I.A., admitted that this group has pulled a real coup and has
"...banded together to dominate the government's foreign policy,
and they've pulled it off. They're running Chalabi. The D.I.A.
has been intimidated and beaten to a pulp. And there's no guts at
all in the C.I.A.."

Jewish writer Seymour Hersh, writing in The New Yorker, quotes an
unnamed Pentagon advisor who worked with the Office of Special
Plans as crowing about Wolfowitz, Shulsky, and their coup: "I'd
love to be the historian who writes the story of how this small
group of eight or nine people made the case and won," defeating
the combined might of the CIA and DIA.

Shulsky has had a long relationship with the Jewish power
structure, and is described as the intellectual heir of Jewish
philosopher Leo Strauss of the University of Chicago, a person
who, for some unknown reason, decided to flee Europe in 1937.
Shulsky and Wolfowitz both received their doctorates under
Strauss in 1972. It is most revealing, I think, to consider
Wolfowitz and Shulsky as students of Strauss when one of
Strauss's major themes as a philosopher, according to Stephen
Holmes, a law professor at New York University, was the idea that
"philosophers need to tell noble lies not only to the people at
large but also to powerful politicians." I'll say that again -- a
guiding principle of this small Jewish cabal that even calls
itself "the Cabal" that tells our government what to do is that
"philosophers need to tell noble lies not only to the people at
large but also to powerful politicians." "Noble lies," of course,
are lies which advance the interests of the Jews.

Vincent Cannistraro, the former head of anti-terrorism operations
and analysis at the C.I.A., stated of this Jewish group: "...they
all work together. This has been going on since the
nineteen-eighties, but they've never been able to coalesce as
they have now. September 11th gave them the opportunity, and now
they're in heaven. They believe the intelligence is there. They
want to believe it. It has to be there."

The Office of Special Plans also had a very cozy relationship
with the criminal and con-man Ahmed Chalabi of the so-called
Iraqi National Congress, who is very eager to become the Jews'
front man in Iraq, and who "cooperated" by making up stories
which could then be attributed to "Iraqi defectors" when recited
for the President. Experienced intelligence analysts dismiss the
tales told by Chalabi as totally worthless fictions.

Columnist Harold Meyerson calls what the Office of Special Plans
did "faith-based intelligence." I call it Shilling for Sharon.
The short name of course, is simply lying. And these liars not
only influenced our not-so-bright leaders, but fed their false
stories to the mainly Jewish-controlled media who used them
influence the public to support the Jews' new war.

The Jews' plan worked quite well. They got the ear of the
President, his superstitious heart, and his easily-befuddled
brain. They got their war. But it was all based on lies. It has
been many weeks since the fall of Iraq, and no evidence of Iraqi
"Weapons of Mass Destruction" have been found. Even Task Force
75, the armed services team specifically created to root out
Saddam's supposedly hidden and supposedly illegal arsenal has
found nothing and is actually closing up shop.

The Office of Special Plans is nothing but an odious Jewish lie
factory.

It is this Jewish lie factory that will soon attempt to start
another war, this time for 'regime change' in Iran. [

Powell told the UN about Iraq's purchase of nuclear material from
Nigeria. It is from this Jewish lie factory that the story of a
"ring" of chemical weapons around Baghdad originated. It is from

innocent children and blew off their heads and arms and legs. It

Tiptoeing around Our Problems

"We've been talking about the very dangerous situation in the Middle
East recently, just because so much is happening there, and
undoubtedly we'll be talking about it much more in the future. For
that reason I want to make very clear what my motives and sympathies
are, lest I lead anyone astray and be thought a hypocrite for doing
so. First, regarding Palestine: although my sympathies definitely lie
with the Palestinians rather than with the Jews, it is not horror at
what the Jews are doing to the Palestinians that motivates me. What
motivates me is horror that my country is being used by the Jews in
their war against the Palestinians. If America were not involved at
all in the Middle East I still would sympathize with the Palestinians
and I would wish that they could be successful in driving the Jews
into the sea and annihilating the abomination that is Israel, but that
conflict between Jews and Palestinians would not be a major concern
for me. At least, my
concern there would be dwarfed by my concern for problems more
directly involving my own people in America and in Europe and in
southern Africa.

Even now, with money and weapons being supplied by America and used to
slaughter Palestinians, my concern is much less with monsters like
Ariel Sharon who are doing the slaughtering than it is with the filthy
creatures among my own people in America who are collaborating with
Jews here to keep the weapons and money flowing to Sharon -- and are
ready to do whatever else the Jews require of them here or abroad.

So when I tell you about Jews in occupied Palestine shooting
Palestinian children, and disapproval and anger are evident in my
voice, what I really am angry about is that the American people, my
people, are being used for this murderous activity. I am angry that
America's whole foreign policy has been perverted to serve Jewish
interests at the expense of American interests. I am angry that
America's political system has been perverted to ensure that we always
have so-called "leaders," whether Democrat or Republican, who are
dependent on the Jewish media or Jewish money or both for their
election and consequently will do the bidding of the Jews. I am angry
that our whole government is riddled with Jews -- Jews in our Defense
Department, Jews in our State
Department, Jews in our Immigration and Naturalization Service, Jews
in our Justice Department, Jews in the President's speech-writing
staff - who really set the policies of our government behind the
scenes, while the politicians are out front in the spotlight making

Did you know that it was a Jewish speechwriter, David Frum, who put
the phrase "axis of evil" in George Bush's mouth to justify America's
ongoing war against Israel's enemies? Did you know that a clique of
Jews in the Defense Department and among George Bush's foreign policy
advisers are the people actually running the so-called "war on terror"
in Afghanistan: a war that they intend to expand to Iraq and any other
Middle Eastern country that gets uppity, in order to make that part of
the world safe for Israel at American expense? Secretary of Defense
Donald Rumsfeld is a front man for his nominal subordinates, Deputy
Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz and Deputy Undersecretary of
Defense for Policy Douglas Feith; and George Bush's official foreign
policy adviser, Condoleezza Rice, helps him meet his Black quota for
the Cabinet, but it is the Jew Richard Perle, chairman of Bush's
Defense Policy Board, who gives him his foreign policy directives.

As I've said on more than one occasion, George Bush is a feckless
nincompoop who couldn't come up with a defense policy or a foreign
policy on his own if he had to -- which is why he's President. The
real policymakers behind the scenes certainly don't want a man in the
White House who has ideas of his own, because those ideas might
conflict with theirs.

And it is nothing but empty sophistry to make a distinction between
Jews in Israel, such as Ariel Sharon and Simon Peres, and the Jews in
Mr. Bush's administration formulating his policies or the Jews
controlling our mass media. They all are Jews, and that's what really
matters.

There are many knowledgeable Americans besides me who think that it's
not a good thing to have Jews using America to advance Israel's
interests at the expense of America's interests. They know how the
system works: how the Jews exert their control through money and media
and a well-entrenched network of Jewish operatives, such as Wolfowitz
and Feith and Perle. And many of these knowledgeable Americans also
understand how Jewish subterfuge and deceit work: they understand that
the Jews throw up a lot of smoke to conceal their control and make it
appear that they have much less influence than they actually do.

Despite this degree of understanding that many knowledgeable Americans
have, there seem to be very few who are willing or able to draw the
necessary conclusions. What I keep seeing are comments about the need
to get the so-called "peace process" going again in the Middle East,
and how there are hardline supporters of Israel who are obstructing
the "peace process" because they think that it will give too much to
the Palestinians or will compromise Israel's security, or whatever.
These knowledgeable Americans seem to believe that if we could just
get around the Jewish hardliners somehow -- if we could just
neutralize Jews such as Wolfowitz and Feith and Perle; if Ariel Sharon
could be replaced by a "moderate" Jewish prime minister -- then the
"peace process" could proceed, America could gradually reduce its
involvement in helping the Jews keep the Palestinians repressed, and
eventually Israel no longer would be using America, and everything
would be rosy. And so these knowledgeable Americans expend all of
their wit and energy in these trivial pursuits.

Listen! Do you know what the most hopeful aspect of the conflict
between Jews and Palestinians is now? It is the ongoing radicalization
of the Muslim masses throughout the whole Middle East. The
collaborator governments in Pakistan, in Egypt, in Saudi Arabia are
terrified of the reaction they see among their own people to what
Ariel Sharon is doing to the Palestinians. When Sharon's Jewish troops
shoot Palestinian children, Muslim mobs riot, and governments that now
collaborate with the United States quake. Ariel Sharon is the best
thing that has happened in the Middle East in the last 54 years.

The Palestinian tactic of suicide bombing is being denounced by every
politician and every media spokesman over here now. It's nothing but
terrorism, they all say. There's no justification at all for suicide
bombing, they tell us. Of course, whenever you hear that sort of
unanimity from the politicians and the media people you should be
suspicious. In fact, suicide bombing is the best tactic for the
Palestinians to use now, because it provokes the Jews to step up
reprisals. And the reprisals radicalize the masses in every country in
the Middle East. If just one of the collaborator governments falls,
the spines of all the rest will be stiffened, and the Bush government
will be far less likely to find collaborators for building its
so-called "coalition" to do the will of the Jews in the Middle East.

Suicide bombers now hardly put a dent in the population of five
million Jews in occupied Palestine, and Sharon's bloody reprisals
hardly put a dent in the overall Palestinian population. But if
conflict of this sort continues until just one collaborator government
is overthrown, that ultimately will be worth more than ten thousand
successful suicide
bombings in which only 20 or so Jews are killed each time. In the long
run there can be no real peace in the Middle East and no end to
America's shameful role there -- and no future for the Palestinian
people -- as long as there is an Israel. There seems to be a better
understanding of these things among knowledgeable Palestinians than
among knowledgeable Americans.

Shallow thinking and the pursuit of trivial goals is even worse among
knowledgeable Americans when it comes to domestic problems. They
really do not want to grasp these problems with both hands and deal
with them in a forthright way. Look, for example, at what uncontrolled
immigration has done and is doing to America. And what do
knowledgeable Americans propose to do about that? Very little, really.
They make much of the fact that several of the al-Qaeda hijackers who
carried out the September 11 attack were in the United States only
because of very lax immigration policies, and so that's a good reason
for tightening up the policies.

How about simply rounding up all illegal aliens immediately -- all 12
million of them -- and booting them and all of their offspring out of
the country without further ado?

Oh, no, no, no! We can't do that! Why not? Well, the media never would
stand for it. The media would be all over anyone who even proposed a
mass expulsion of illegal aliens. They would denounce any political
leader who tried to do that as a "racist" and a "neo-Nazi." And so
knowledgeable Americans, who understand the immigration disaster quite
well, continue tiptoeing around it, afraid to do or even say anything
really significant about it: terrified even to think about really
radical solutions that might actually end the problem. And it's the
same with the rest of our domestic problems. Lots of people understand
these problems and are worried about them, but they won't tackle them
in any
significant way. They let the Jews -- the Jewish media and Jewish
money and the entrenched Jewish network -- have their way, for all
practical purposes.

Why? Why are the Jews permitted to get away with all of their
destructive policies and activities without being challenged or
opposed in any significant way? Part of the reason is that the Jews
are very powerful, and therefore many people are afraid to cross them.
They're afraid of the sort of media reaction I just mentioned in
connection with immigration. Everyone understands that the Jews stick
together and will viciously attack anyone who opposes them. It's the
old story, so aptly expressed by the late-16th-century writer, Sir
John Harington. Harington wrote: "Treason doth never prosper: what's
the reason? For if it prosper, none dare call it treason." Today the
Jewish power structure is
prospering, and none dare oppose it or even call it what it is. Well,
that's only part of the reason Jews are permitted to get away with so
much. There's more to it than that. There's a mystique the Jews have
built very carefully around themselves and nurtured diligently. It is
a mystique of piety and injured innocence. It is a mystique that says
to the Gentile world: "We are a gentle and inoffensive race, and
because of this everyone hates us. We're smart and we work hard and
achieve success, and because of this everyone hates us. We are a
highly moral and ethical race, and because of this everyone hates us.
We are a very talented race, with many gifted members, many geniuses,
and because of this everyone hates us. We are a very altruistic race,
a race of philanthropists who only want to make a better world for
everyone, and because of this everyone hates us."

Many simpletons among the lemmings simply accept these claims at face
value. Many knowledgeable people, however, who can see through these
claims to the real Jews hiding behind them, still hesitate to
challenge them. Part of the Jewish mystique is the so-called
"Holocaust." In its most simpleminded form the "Holocaust" story is
the claim that the
Germans hated the Jews for the reasons I just mentioned -- for their
gentleness and their success and their morality and their talent and
their altruism -- and because of this hatred roasted six million of
them during the Second World War in "gas ovens," to use one of the
Jews' favorite "Holocaust" phrases.

Actually, the "Holocaust" is a very powerful part of the Jewish
mystique. The Jews crafted the "Holocaust" story with great care and
great effort -- well, actually not with as much care as they might
have used: it's as full of holes as a Swiss cheese, but still it is
sufficient to make most people, even those who understand what Jews
are really like, hesitate to attack them. People don't want to be seen
as bullies. They don't want to be seen as so insensitive that they
would criticize the Jews, who already have suffered so much, poor
dears, at the hands of anti-Semites.

In several past broadcasts we've looked at a number of the lies and
exaggerations and distortions that make up the "Holocaust" story.
There are a number of good books available on the subject from the
sponsor of this broadcast, National Vanguard Books, including Norman
Finklestein's excellent book The Holocaust Industry, which I discussed
in an earlier broadcast. The point is that despite the lies, despite
the fact that many knowledgeable Americans are aware of the lies, the
"Holocaust" still serves its purpose for the Jews. People are afraid
of the image conjured up by the "Holocaust."

Perhaps it's that American life is too soft... Whatever the reason,
many otherwise knowledgeable and hardheaded Americans just can't
entertain the idea of rounding up the Jews and getting rid of them,
even when the situation is as urgent as it is in America today. And
really, in the long run that is the only way to solve the Jewish
problem.

The Germans understood that, back in the 1930s, and they had the
courage and the foresight to act on their understanding. Unlike
Americans today, they had an honest government concerned above all
with the survival, welfare, and progress of the German people, and
they began doing what was necessary, forcing the Jews to emigrate
wholesale from Germany beginning in 1933. And because of that the
Jewish propaganda machine has attacked the Germans so viciously, has
so blackened and demonized their image, that today even knowledgeable
people are afraid to be associated with that image. They are afraid to
say that the Germans were right, that the Germans were justified, and
that we need to do the same if we are to survive. So, as I said, the
"Holocaust" story, despite its
glaring discrepancies and lies, still serves as a shield for the Jews;
it still protects them from criticism.

Well, mostly. In parts of Europe not quite as poisoned by Jewish
propaganda as America is, the shield has slipped a bit. A large
British department store chain, Selfridges, has yielded to demands
from anti-Israel demonstrators and has removed from its shelves
products marked "Made in Israel." Last week the second largest
supermarket chain in Norway, Coop Norge -- which is to say, Norway
Coop, announced its decision to boycott all Israeli imports. That
decision was not the result of pressure from anti-Israel demonstrators
but was based on the feeling by Coop Norge management that it would be
immoral to continue supporting the Israeli economy by selling Israeli
imports under the
present circumstances. That is a step forward, though it is a long way
from what is needed.

The Jews, of course, immediately began waving their "Holocaust" story
around, and now, as the boycott movement catches hold in Scandinavia,
they are trying to portray themselves as injured innocents being
attacked once more by "anti-Semites." They are comparing the growing
Scandinavian boycott of Israeli products to the German boycott of
Jewish merchants in the late 1930s. Certainly, a boycott of Israeli
products is a good thing, and the fact that such a boycott is even
thinkable by big businessmen today is a sign that the Jewish mystique
-- and in particular the Jewish "Holocaust" story -- is becoming a bit
shopworn. It no longer has the hypnotic power that it once had -- at
least, in some parts of the world. And I suppose that we should be
happy about that. The unfortunate fact remains, however, that in
America the Jews still have their money and
their media and their entrenched network of bureaucrats, and even if
the "Holocaust" story has lost some of its charm in Europe, it still
keeps most knowledgeable Americans intimidated.

Knowledge isn't enough. Courage and boldness also are necessary.
Honesty and forthrightness are necessary also. Tiptoeing around the
critical issues of our time isn't enough. Tiny reforms in our
disastrous foreign policy and in our disastrous immigration policy and
in a dozen other disastrous policies aren't enough. We need to stop
apologizing to the people who are destroying us and go full bore at
destroying them instead.

Instead of being hypnotized by the "Holocaust" story we need to look
with clear eyes at why there was a need for action against the Jews in
Germany in the 1930s and 1940s. The Jews' claim today that the Germans
were suffering from collective insanity and had no reason for trying
to get the Jews off their backs is as phony as George Bush's claim
that
Osama bin Laden had no reason for attacking America on September 11.

Wherever Jews go they corrupt and destroy. That is their nature,
always and everywhere. Let us be thankful to the Palestinians who now
are making such terrible sacrifices to help the world see what the
Jews are like. And I suppose we also should be thankful to Ariel
Sharon for demonstrating so forthrightly to the world what Jews are
like.

Let us hope that the conflict between Jews and Palestinians
intensifies and lasts long enough to wake up many more of our people
around the world and fill them with disgust at America's continuing
support for the Jews. Let us hope that it lasts long enough to bring
about the overthrow of every collaborationist regime in the Muslim
world. Let us hope that it brings about an airtight oil embargo
against the United States and shuts off the lights in every shopping
mall and every sports stadium in America long enough for the lemmings
to become restless and begin asking questions. Let us hope that it
makes the efforts of every fool and every traitor who is striving for
a resumption of the so-called "peace process" so obviously futile that
these efforts no longer have the power to deceive anyone.

Ultimately, of course, we must not depend on the Palestinian suicide
bombers or on Ariel Sharon's murder squads to do for us what we should
be doing for ourselves. Ultimately we must stop tiptoeing and begin
marching boldly and forthrightly toward solving our own problems."

American Israel Public Affairs Committee (or AIPAC for short) in
Washington, DC... AIPAC is the most influential lobby in Washington,
and is totally focused on maintaining and increasing American taxpayer
support for Israel, both financial and military, and in destroying all
critics of Israel or of Jewish supremacism...

When Bush ascended to the AIPAC podium, flanked by leading Jewish
supremacists on both sides, behind him was a huge new flag design,
probably 50 feet long, consisting of American stars and stripes
interspersed with huge Stars of David. Bush, interrupted by wild
applause and several standing ovations from the Zionist audience which
included Ariel Sharon, referred to the leading Jewish supremacists on
the platform by their first names:

"I'm honored to be here at AIPAC, thank you for such a warm welcome.
It's good to be with so many friends-friends of mine and friends of
Israel. ...I want to thank Amy for her leadership. I appreciate you
taking time to serve a cause that-in which you believe deeply. I want
to thank Bernice for her willingness to serve, as well. I've known
Howard for a long time. He's effective. I want to thank the AIPAC
board-AIPAC board members for their friendship and leadership. I'm
honored to be in the presence of my friend, the Ambassador from

How cozy. The president went on in this vein for about forty minutes,
acting more like an Israeli cabinet minister than an American
president. He congratulated himself for his unwavering support for
Zionism, justified the horrible terror-war being waged on Israel's
behalf in Iraq, and engaged in some saber-rattling against other
Muslim states that don't want to have a government supervised by Jews.
Bush also repeated the catch-phrase that has a hidden meaning to
Jewish supremacists, the phrase I've spoken about before on American
Dissident Voices-"committed to the security of Israel as a Jewish
state," which is repeated almost word-for-word again and again by
Israel's sycophants and Capitol Hill puppets. and which means much

The words 'as a Jewish state' are crucial: they mean support for
Israel as a racial state for one people alone, something that the
Jewish power structure denies to every White nation-yet White
politicians must express their "commitment" to Israel. Bush stated:
"The United States is strongly committed, and I am strongly committed,
to the security of Israel as a vibrant Jewish state." Identical to the
catch-phrase, with only the addition of the word 'vibrant.' Bush is
not committed to America as an American state -- in fact, he supports
amnesty for illegal invaders.

All that is to be expected from Bush, considering his dependence on
Jewish favor, Jewish money, and Jewish media for his election. But
what I found most chilling about Bush's groveling speech before his
masters was this section, in which he makes reference to a recent
meeting of the so-called Organization for Security and Cooperation in
Europe (OSCE), which is working with American and European governments
to outlaw free speech by "monitoring" and outlawing criticism of Jews

You'll notice two things here: 1) Bush is conflating negative feelings
about Jews, and 'rhetoric,' with actual violent acts and a supposed
'atmosphere' that 'creates' them, thus setting the stage for the
legally-required 'monitoring' of all critics of Jewish power and the
criminalization of the free speech of these critics, and 2) the
redefinition of criticism of Israel or Zionism, making them into just
another form of so-called "anti-Semitism," so they, too, can be
'monitored' and eventually criminalized. Both of these are something
that Jewish pressure groups worldwide have been pushing hard for
recently, and Bush promised to give them exactly what they want.
Meanwhile, at yet another meeting, John Kerry, who is actually of
Jewish ancestry himself, tried to out-promise Bush with his
protestations of love for Zionism and hatred of any who would
criticize Jewish supremacism. At a meeting last month of the
crime-linked Jewish spying operation and pressure group, the
'Anti-Defamation League' (ADL) in Washington, Kerry said the
following:

"...what ADL stands for is what I would like to fight for. ...And
after last week's [OSCE] conference in Berlin, we celebrate 55
countries that came together who have pledged to intensify their
efforts to combat anti-Semitism and to spread tolerance. ...And we
still know that anti-Semitism, notwithstanding the meeting of 55
countries, has been growing, and demands global leadership in order to
stand up against it. ...Across the Atlantic we've seen a new wave of
anti-Semitism, masking as anti-Israel sentiment, and it's creeping its
way across Europe and the Middle East. ...The people of Israel should
also know that for the entire 20 years that I have been in the United
States Senate, I'm proud that my commitment to a secure Jewish state
has been unwavering; not even by one vote or one letter or one
resolution has it wavered. And as president, I can guarantee you that
that support and that effort for our ally, a vibrant democracy, will
continue. ...The security of Israel is paramount."

Ladies and gentlemen, you cannot have more than one paramount value.
If a certain thing is your highest value, that means that all other
things are of lesser or no value. Kerry says "The security of Israel
is paramount." Not the security of the United States. Not the security
of our children's future. Not the security of Western civilization or
its founding race. None of these are paramount to Kerry, or for that
matter Bush or any of the bought politicians. The Jewish state alone
is paramount. (In one of those coincidences that is simply too funny
to have been made up, I note that Kerry's 'liaison with the Jewish
community' is a person named Jay Footlik.)
As for Ralph Nader, he himself, like Kerry, is not entirely White
(though he's not Jewish) and he cannot be expected to articulate the
interests of White Americans. He has approached Middle Eastern issues
with more objectivity than Kerry or Bush-he recently referred to Kerry
as "part of the Washington puppet show on the Israeli/Palestinian
matter"-and he would restrict some of the worst abuses of the
open-border maniacs for rational economic reasons...

And what of that OSCE conference on 'anti-Semitism' to which both
Kerry and Bush referred in such glowing terms? Attended by
representatives of 55 nations, many of them dependent on US/Zionist
favor for their economic survival, it marked the agreement of those
governments to 'root out' all criticism of Jews, continue their
efforts to criminalize such criticism, and begin the most extensive
internal surveillance and spying operation ever known, to be directed
against their own citizens suspected of being aware of the issue of
Jewish supremacism.

According to the New Jersey Jewish News, at the conference "European
governments acknowledged that much of the current anti-Semitism
revival hides behind criticism of Israel. ...Several congressional
participants praised the work of the conference, but warned that the
meeting is only the first step in combating a problem that continues
to grow."

One of those US Congressmen attending the event was New Jersey's
Republican Representative Chris Smith, who said "When national leaders
fail to denounce anti-Semitic violence and slurs, the void is not only
demoralizing to the victims, but silence actually enables the
wrongdoing. Silence by elected officials in particular conveys
approval - or at least acquiescence - and can contribute to a climate
of fear and a sense of vulnerability. ...we hope the results of this
conference will serve as a blueprint for serious and hopefully bold
action. Our words here in Berlin, however, must be repeated at home
with frequency, passion, and tenacity and matched - and even exceeded
- by deeds."

Laszlo Kovacs, the foreign minister of Hungary, told the OSCE meeting
"There can be no tolerance of extremist hate speech. We will not
tolerate it in parliament, in meetings, on the streets, squares or
football stadiums." By "extremist hate speech" they now mean criticism
of Israel, Zionism, or Jewish power. They do not mean and will not
punish Jewish supremacists when they declare their hatred of White
people or others, nor will they punish the Jewish funding and
promotion of policies which are leading directly to genocide of the
European race.

Another attendee was Democratic Congressman from Maryland Ben Cardin,
who declared "We ended up with a document that acknowledges the
importance of national leadership in fighting anti-Semitism, and which
commits nations not just to gather information about the problem but
to take action based on that."

The article continues: "As a result, OSCE members will share
information on the spread of anti-Semitism and 'best practices' for
combating it. Member nations agreed to invest in educational and law
enforcement programs aimed at reducing hate crimes and to appoint a
roving OSCE envoy to help members 'develop specific strategies.'"
Jewish spokesman Mark Levin said of the OSCE meeting "The bottom line
is that members states of the OSCE are now committed to monitoring and
hopefully implementing programs to counter increasing
anti-Semitism..." Levin also said that America must also monitor and
'combat' critics of Jewish power: "It was clear we have a lot to look
at in our own backyard, including using education, law enforcement,
and the Internet to combat new forms of hatred." With every questioner
of Jewish policy now put in the 'anti-Semite' category if Jewish
groups so declare, Levin and Foxman are going to be very very busy in
the near future.

Senate, Senator Ernest Hollings is about to retire-and from

President takes office-I don't care whether it is a Republican or a

apologize to me for talking about anti-Semitism. They are not getting
by with it. ...Now we have killed almost 800, maimed for life

US Congress: H.R.4230 is a bill to "To authorize the establishment
within the Department of State of an Office to Monitor and Combat
Anti-Semitism, to require inclusion in annual Department of State
reports of information concerning acts of anti-Semitism around the
world, and for other purposes."
The bill states that "It is the sense of Congress that-- (1) the
United States should continue to vigorously support efforts to combat
anti-Semitism worldwide through bilateral relationships and
interaction with international organizations such as the Organization
of Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE); (2) the United States
delegation to the OSCE conference in Berlin should advocate for the
appointment of a High Commissioner on anti-Semitism; (3) the President
should direct the United States Ambassador to the United Nations to
introduce in the most appropriate forum in the United Nations a
measure condemning anti-Semitism; (4) the Secretary of State should
establish a permanent office in the Department of State to monitor and
combat anti-Semitism; and (5) the Department of State should
thoroughly document acts of anti-Semitism and anti-Semitic incitement
that occur around the world."

It does indeed seem that there are meetings, meetings everywhere -- in
Berlin, in Washington, in the halls of Congress itself. For the most
part, these are meetings of liars and faceless bureaucrats eager to
accept Jewish money and keep their jobs by doing what they are told.
