Tiny minority of extremists world map
From time to time people have asked me for a world map of all the
countries in which jihadist activity or a jihadist presence has been
reliably reported. This morning I had the bright idea to go to the
World66 Travel Guide site, which invites you to fill in countries
you've visited, and to use it instead to fill in (in red) all the
countries where jihadists are operating today.
So here it is. I did it rather quickly, with a few searches of the
Jihad Watch archives to verify that such activity had indeed been
reported in various places. It's amazing that this supposedly
discredited and marginalized twisting of Islam has spread around the
world, isn't it?
Now: where did I miss? Here are the countries I included. If you are
skeptical about any of them, search the Jihad Watch archives. You'll
find stories from AP, Reuters, etc.: Canada, USA, Mexico, Argentina,
Brazil, Paraguay, Algeria, Chad, Djibouti, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia,
Ivory Coast, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco,
Nigeria, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Albania, Austria,

UPDATE: After helpful input from many of you (thanks to all), I did
some research this morning and added the following countries: Chile,
Poland, New Zealand, Japan, Czech Republic, Tunisia, Hungary, Niger,
Oman, Congo (Kinshasa), Uganda, Switzerland, Serbia-Montenegro,
Ukraine, Georgia, Brunei, Myanmar, Ecuador, Uruguay.
The map is revised above.
This is still based on readily available and well-attested public
information. Any other places I missed?

Americans. It were Muslim radicals that later blew up London busses
and trains
killing people of all races and religions. Of course Americans support
Isreal.
Israel has been our loyal ally since 1948. Remember that Irael fought
a war
against five Arab amies intent on it's destruction, supported by
Soviet Armor,
Aircraft and technicians. The defeat of those 5 armies, destruction of
Soviet
bombers on the ground and the capture of 1,000 Soviet tanks led to the
humiliation of the Soviets and their retreat from the region. Who
should
we support? Syria? Iran? Hezbollah that killed hundreds of American
Marines
in Lebanon?

We've got 4,100 US troops dead..
And we've got apprx 120,000 Saddam troops dead.
We've got zero (0) US civilians dead.
And we've got 140,000 - 1.2 million Iraq civilians dead.
(And this is not counting Afghanistan)
Now.. using the above figures, make the necessary comparisons
regarding 'who is killing who'.

What truly pisses me off is how Iraqi muslims have destroyed the
Christian Church in Iraq with its bombings and murders of all things
Christian. They showed this on 60 minutes and tried to slant the
story as making it Bush's fault. It's not Bush's fault. It's radical
islam who bears the brunt of the criticism.

The lowest is 140,000 - the hisghest is 1.2 million.

The Christian church (Assyrian Church) has fallen on hard times since
