criminals. His authority supercedes local law enforcement agencies, and
he loves arresting illegal Mexicans, and deporting them.
The feds don't care what he does, and Napolitano the dyke, just
destroyed her own Sheriff candidate by taking cheap shots at Joe, and
showing that she is pro-crime. Maybe Joe can arrest her for interfering
with law enforcement.
