The ReTHUGlican Party is COUNTING in 2010
on Americans' Propensity for FORGETTING the Past

But HERE are some REMINDERS to voters:

-- The Republicans CAUSED the Recession. And
we are EMERGING *from* it under the Democrats.

-- The "BIG SWINDLE" in the fall of 2008 was perpet-
rated at the urging of ReTHUGlican President G.W.
Bush, at the hands of most of the Congressional Re-
THUGlicans. (And, unfortunately, some of the more
*stupid* of the Democrats.)

And... keep all of THIS in mind. It is just as applicable
this year, in 2010, as it was two years ago:

Not true. There's been a Democrat majority in Congress for 7 years.
Personally I don't blame any one party for the world-wide recession.
Recessions come and go. The economy can only expand for so long until
it retracts.

Health care will be the fall of democrats in 2010.

You either failed basic math or are a history revisionist.

The Republicans held the majority in both the house and senate until the
midterm election in 2006. That is when the balance switched to the
Democrats. The Democrats further padded their majority with a few extra
seats in the general election of 2008.

Now, how you get 7 years between 2006 and 2009, the year that just
ended, is beyond me. Of course, by the looks of things, you've
graduated from the Glenn Beck school of Wingnut History. I'd suggest
you read something other than Wing Nut Daily, or, resist watching Fucked
News for a while. Clearly, your brain has suffered a lapse in reasoning
abilities, which will of course take time to heal.

Because most Democratic voters are too stupid and lazy to study
political history and figure out who the real crooks are.

Democrats voted down all Republican attempts to regulate Fanny
and Freddie. Democrats padded every spending bill with pork
before they would vote yes. Democrats voted against every
measure to control Wall Street.

All Democrats are stupid and criminals. When will Charles
Rangel be called to task for tax evasion and lying to Congress?

How many of the presidents or board members who were in command of those
reckless companies which brought on the current world depression do you
suppose are Democrats? If even 1 out of a thousand of them are Democrats
I should be very much surprised.

Wrong! Republicans were the ones who opposed such regulation. The
Republican theory is that the market will police itself and it is the
duty of the government to let it do so.

Nope, Democrat majority didn't start until 2007, and the problems with
the finance companies has been going on for closer to ten years. You
do remember, don't you, that the Republcans took over in January 1995
after the so-called "republican revolution," right?

JERRY
only insomuch that they allowed the republicans and the blue dog
democrats to fritter away any chance of any real health care reform.
When 70% of the population believes we need real health care reform
and a public option to keep insurance companies honest, then the only
way you lose on health care reform is by not providing any.

Fannie and Freddie are not the largest purveyors of the worthless
financial instruments that were pushed. And as for Democrats voting
against every measure to control Wall street, there WEREN'T any
measures to control Wall Street under the republican congress. Kinda
hard to vote against something that isn't there.

NAFTA caused the recession you ignorant socialist butt pirate warehouse
boy. No society can survive without a basic form of manufacturing or
production of goods. Where is the American manufacturing base today?
It doesn't exist.

The FSC does not have the power to rewrite Florida election law, and
the SC rightly ruled to use the original "lawful" count.

You don't make up new rules on what a vote is (dimple chad, hanging
chad) during an election. If you can't punch a ballot properly, your
vote goes in the trash.

Democratic elections to ray are: keep counting, change the standard as
to what a vote is, challenge absentee ballots that originate within
the military, until you get the desired result.

The FSC simply stated that Gore couldn't recount only certain
counties, he had to recount the entire state. Then the rethugs went
to the US Supremes to stop the recounts again based upon a claim that
a certain date in the Constitution could not be slipped, despite the
fact that it had been slipped twice in the past.

Face it, the Rethugs stole the election in 2000 and Bush was an
illegitimate President to begin with, then showed himself to be
utterly incompetent on top of that.
