I assume you mean Bush Sr... or else there are a lot of people who
don't think the Constitution applies to the Presidency.

Clearly the Constitution does not apply to the Obama presidency.

If it was me, I'd mean anybody but that blackmailing black man in the White
House now.

You are correct.
According to the bipartisan, fair and balanced CATO Institute, The
Constitution prohibits negros from being President because they were
property, not people, when it was written.

Palin is the real president.

We win again!!!

Bush had respect for the Constitution, that's why everybody loved him.

Wiretapping our telephones without a judicial warrant and The Patriot Act were
only there to protect us from ourselves. Which is why us Republicans never
said nothing about it, but endlessly bitch and whine about being victims of
Obama every day!

No, it meant Bush Jr., the man that said the Constitution is only a
piece of paper, and that's why he never followed it. Some say they
want him back. Do we have that many mentally sick people in the
country?

In what respect?

An end run around Congress with all 30+ of his commie czars for starters.
His EPA announcing they plan to regulate Co2, bypassing Congressional
legislation. Reparations/redistribution of weath by giving TARP money to his
homies at ACORN/SEIU.

I believe what he meant was it's just a piece of paper to people who think
the Constitution is flawed because redistribution of wealth wasn't figured
in by the USSC when they had an opportunity to do dat.
