Reading SB 241, the Civil Marriage Protection Act, and the
current press over it, the governor, first lady and the General
Asembly should be ashamed, even mortified, at how quickly and
ignorantly they would even consider squandering a birthright
that took me and other naturalized citizens many years, tears
and treasure to earn.

I lost my native country fleeing a communist-driven civil war in
1984. I will not quietly lose this one to the noisy, twisted
political will of homosexuals, nor will I tolerate being labeled
a “coward” for exercising my opposition.

As every naturalized citizen must pass a test on this nation’s
founding charters, so should our public officials. The
Declaration of Independence states the United States’ political
liberty, as explained to the world, is entitled upon the laws of
nature and nature’s God. From these alone flow the inalienable
rights ordained by the creator, subject neither to vote nor
executive or judicial decree.

Maryland signed on to this. It has worked since before Maryland
was its own political entity.

Only one man and one woman may marry. Homosexual activists care
nothing for this. Social instability results from such policy.
As the state must also sustain population to remain solvent,
what SB 241 seeks is by definition seditious.

So is the so-called DREAM Act, which affects both international
commerce and naturalization by extending citizens’ education
benefits to any foreigner, even those here illegally. Those
factors alone firmly place it under federal authority, under the
U.S. Constitution, Article 1 Section 8. As Maryland also
ratified that, Maryland’s General Assembly has no legitimate
authority to pass the DREAM Act either.

Whichever political group believes two men or two women may
marry or throws citizens’ taxes to those without a right to such
benefit misguidedly seeks to destroy American liberty.

Gov. Martin O’Malley and his ilk bring a tyranny to our families
with SB 241 and invasion with the DREAM Act. Strong opposition
is necessary.

Note how cleverly the troll confuses the issues of nationality and gay
rights.

And yet, you are meant to assume that at least some people get suckered in.
That at least some people are so stupid that they can't see it.

But, ya know, I wonder about that. I think that most of this right-wing
nonsense is obviously nonsense even to those who expound it. I.e., since it
fits their agenda, they just don't care that it is nonsense.

• Groupies and nonsence seem to go hand in hand.

Why are people trying to make marriage a federal issue? Isn't this a
states' rights issue?

Only if the right-wing agree with it.
If they don't, it's a federal issue.
IOW, they support forcing their values on the rest of us.

Either way, the clown is losing. He's just too religious to know it
yet.
