I think I know why Obama wants to collect a billion phone numbers....

He's hiding his true targets, just to figure out which pone numbers
Obama is targeting would take a second NSA to evaluate all that
information and the only people on the planet that could figure out who
Obama is targeting are the Chinese.

Oddly enough the Chinese have stepped into the picture. I wonder why
suddenly the Chinese are so interested in Obama's collecting phone
numbers that they would get a hold of a NSA analyst who has a lot of
information on what Obama is up to?

I have a few guesses on the targets, like maybe Obama is tracking all
the Millionaires on the planet to find who and where they contact so
Obama can find all their possible duck and cover places they would try
to disappear to or where they might be keeping things hidden in case of
a giant economic melt down..... Or a total Coup. It was interesting
that Obama used the Banking melt down to extort the banks like Swiss
banks to share their depositors lists. This looks more invidious than
even I ever thought it could be.

I imagined it was as simple as just to track donors to Obama's enemy
"THE Republicans"

Now I think it runs much deeper. Obama is looking at extorting people
for 30 years with all the dirt he can dig.

There are only about 500 millionaires in a good sized State in the U.S.A.

Did you hear that a bunch of Italian millionaires were just charged with
hiding money from Italy's tax system..... It is very likely that Obama
has used this NSA snooping for extortion and when they don't pay Obama
turns them over to their own countries TAX system for prosecution.
