Defeat Of Liberal-Republican Indiana Senator Dick Lugar By Tea Party Candidate Upsets Democrats

Luger who had been a senator since 1979 was a weak-kneed liberal. His defeat
by a real conservative Tea Party candidate really
upset Liberal-Democrat senator John Kerry who eulogized Lugar after the
election. Sean Hannity showed the lachrymose Kerry video on his TV program
last night.

Lugar's defeat was almost as embarrassing for the Democrats as the 40% of
West Virginia voters who preferred an incarcerated
felon over Mombama in a state Democrat primary vote.

still running then it would be a solidly Republican hold.
