Which part of "Dangerous Left-wing Radical Ideologue", didn't you like
or understand, drippping snot? Take a pick of any of those. They fit
you people just right. Afraid that the truth hurts? But of course you
people do not give a rats ass about the victims of 9-11 or their
families. Only gives a shit about "left-wing radical ideologies".
Nothing else. What has made you people so hateful, for America and
it's citizens?

He's an irrelevant pea brain. Just another one of the low brow
Conservatainers that rightists have come to rely on for their
ideas. The GOP is so out of touch that Joe the Plumber, Glenn Beck
and Limbaugh are the intellectual heirs to Edmund Burke, Barry
Goldwater and William F. Buckley. And for a laugh, notice how they
run to Limbaugh's defense once anyone attacks him. It never matters
that he's in the wrong.

Are you kidding? After a fair trial, lottery tickets could be sold to
get to see who puts a bullet through that mad dog traitor. In fact
ligning up all these Republinazi piles of shit war criminals in the
Bush regime and selling tickets to get to see who pulls the switch
would help repair this Republinazi economy.

I thought that part and parcel of being a "liberal" was opposition to
the death penalty. Was I mistaken?

So let me get this straight. The civil trials have convicted about 195
prisoners since 2001 compared to just 3 military tribunals. This civil
trial will more than likely result in the death penalty for these guys
and yet you would rather we just keep paying for them to sit in a
prison somewhere. How is the Right's solution going to bring closure
to the victims?

Your assumption that all "liberals" are alike is the mistake. Liberals are
not a like bunch of little cows who follow someone around. Liberals have a
tendency to make their own decisions about their belief system. I advocate
the death penalty for people like Ted Bundy, but also recognize that we have
executed innocent and retarded people, and the execution process is a
money-maker for the justice system, costing way more for the appeals process
than it does to house someone for their lifetime.

Most )that's over 50%) will result in minor charges and they will
attempt to release them in another country.

The problem, as I pointed out long ago is that once they are tried on
US soil the won't be accepted anywhere else. We will be stuck with
them. You'll see that that will come up and that will be the finding.

One more time..because they are being tried on US soil they can't be
forced into another country that isn't willing to take them. What
happens then?

So your solution is what? Hold them indefinately at Gitmo?

They are prisoners of war, that is what one does with POWs. What the war
is over, they can be released.

in the first place. Just another example of Obama cleaning up after

No they are NOT POWs you ignorant fucktard. They are detainees. Most,
as has been pointed out many times in the news AND by the US and Red
Cross were not captured in battle. Most were gathered in round ups and
SUSPECTED of being associated with the enemy.

Get the terms right you idiot.

Call them what you will, the reality is still the reality. The men at
Guantanmo Bay are prisoners of war. They are enemy soldiers, or
combatants captured in a combat theater.

As POWs they have no moral access to the US court system, and the
insistence of the Obama Maladministration on giving them this access is
yet another sign of just how incompetent they are.

1. The Obama administration is on track t be the worst in history.

2. Moving them to Guantanamo Bay was a stroke of genius, and to keep
them there is the proper thing to do.

Wrong again. They are following the law. I know after 8 years of bush
it's hard to get back on the "right" side of things...you'll just have
to get used to it for the next 7.
