Construction Firm Won't Bow To Homosexual Benefits Package

Businesses in the United States are now being forced to comply with the
homosexual power push or fight homosexuals in the courts. It's come to that.
Instead of spending time and money furthering a business, company executives
are now sidelined to combat the homosexual block that seeks to remake
American culture. And it's for the bad, not the good.
One of the most forceful moves from the homosexual camp is necessitating
same-gender benefits. Homosexuals are determined to make that item a given
in American business existence. They claim they will not stop until they
have blanketed the country. Those executives then who do not agree with the
practicing homosexual lifestyle are in for one long fight. Further, it will
rob their pockets of what should be a company success line upward on their
financial charts.
Obviously, Titus Construction in Minneapolis believes that homosexual
partners should be not be accorded "family status" when it comes to
receiving benefits. It's not fair. It's not moral. It's not going to be.
Therefore, Alliance Defense Fund will go to bat for Titus in the courts,
according to WorldNetDaily. The firm has set up suit against the City of
Minneapolis as of Wednesday. Titus executives refuse to bow to the
politically correct / morally incorrect power structure that says a company
has to come up with the same benefits package as is provided married
couples.
Obviously, Titus holds to a higher power with a higher ethic than the power
plays of temporal politics and the unethical ploys from the pit. Evidently,
Titus is in line with the strictures of Scriptures:
Leviticus 18:22: "You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female;
it is an abomination."
Leviticus 20:13: "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie
with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall
surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them."
Romans 1:18-32: "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all
ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in
unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within
them; for God made it evident to them. . .For even though they knew God,
they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks, but they became futile in
their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing to be
wise, they became fools. . .
"Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, that
their bodies might be dishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of
God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the
Creator, who is blessed forever.
"For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions; for their women
exchanged the natural function for that which is unnatural, and in the same
way also the men abandoned the natural function of the woman and burned in
their desire towards one another, men with men committed indecent acts and
receiving in their own persons the due penalty of their error.

proper, being filled with all unrighteousness, wickedness, greed, malice;
full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malice. . .without understanding. . .
and, although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such
things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty
approval to those who practice them."
I Corinthians 6:9: "Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit
the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived, neither fornicators, nor idolaters,
nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the
covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the
kingdom of God."
So it is that the "law of Minneapolis" will succumb to the "law of God" if
Titus has anything to say about it. With the headlines reading: "Firm Sues
City Over Same-Sex Benefits," that construction company will go on record as
bucking the system. The release goes on to state: "Policy shuts out
contractors who don't cater to homosexuals."
Media reports: "A construction company sued the city of Minneapolis
yesterday for requiring certain contractors to provide unmarried employees
with 'partners' the same benefits as married couples.
"The city's ordinance prohibits any company that won't provide the benefits
from bidding for municipal contracts of over $100,000.
"'The incredibly unfair ordinance uses economic power to implement a
coercive social agenda to redefine family,' said Jordan Lorence, senior
counsel with the legal group, in a statement. 'The ordinance is a classic
example of political correctness run amuck and must be stopped by the
courts.'"
Therefore, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota
has in its files the suit that seeks to bring biblical moral sanity back on
center. "'The ordinance is anti-business and will discourage companies from
doing business with Minneapolis. Worse, it purports to govern business
decisions for companies that are not even located in Minneapolis,' added
Lorence."
