If *you* want to make a different test, eg. re. singing, dancing and
ball-games competencies then you are entitled to call 'your' test what
ever *you* like; eg. 'EQ' or kwanzamuntu..

Yet, back in the village, they cant handle simple algebra. They think he
is retarded cause he cant remember all the biological data. So yes, who
getsta design the test. As it is now, its what the transnationals will
pay for. They have written records and computer databases to handle all
the minutia, and want people capable of more linear thinking. Europeans
have more CPU and faster math coprocesseors while other races have more
ROM and RAM, so naturally, it was Europeans who invented writing 7000
years ago.
