Hello,

I have filed and served (on 13 parties in New Zealand) a Notice of
Proceeding and Statement of Claim, as well as two interlocutory
documents.
What has not yet been decided is whether some parties outside New
Zealand
will also be served.

Because I do not want to be in contempt of court, I will say nothing
about
the content of the claim, but those who know what I have been on about
for
the past 22 years will be able to make an educated guess as to what it
is
about.

I give the case number in the subject line so that, when it is
finished,
people can look it up -- even if the case is unpublished.
