Google always does something with their logo for American holidays such
as Thanksgiving and Independence Day, but have yet to do anything for
Memorial Day.

Google News doesn't write the news, they just index the wire servies
and media that publish stories.

Don't blame me. I voted for Gore. Proudly then, even more so in hindsight.

OK, I'll bite on the ridiculousness of this one:

What graphics does anyone suggest?

A gun
A tank
A flag
A flag-covered coffin
An imploded body
A detached body part
A a row of crosses
* A stand of empty seats, one for each Republican who didn't serve*
A grieving family, in portrait

* My favorite

The last one would have been nice. I am actually disappointed that they
couldn't come up with something. Doonesbury had a nice layout:

here is one that would work well:

http://www.coxandforkum.com/archives/000853.html

another idea is something to do with a veteran's reunion group
portrait. Have an artist do a rendering of a group portrait of
survivors of the Bataan Death March.

a terrific book:

What a choice. Bush who admits global warming is real, but does
everything in his power to encourage it. Bush whose understanding of
science is less than the average grade 2 student. See

Gore who makes a movie to explain it to the general public to get them
off their asses.

Your Canadian and what does Memorial Day have to do with the global
warming farce? Anyway, since we are off topic, does Canada support the
Israeli occupation of the Palestinians? Why dont you people stand up
for a principal and support the cause of the occupied Palestinians?

Google also algorythemically indexes "google news" links to try
to offer some degree of fairness while catering to relevence.

He's right about Google being "leftist" -- Google fights for freedom,
Democracy, and everything else America holds dear, denying and
fighting against this fascist Bush regime's treason against America.

What should have done, showed the logo created like the Jello "wiggle
room" ad, but made of bloody children's bodies?

Were is the "global warming farce?". Just once I want one of you idiots to
cite a scientific publication. The fact is none of the global warming
critics can cite any science at all.

Well, you aren't afraid to lie.

This must be some new definition of the word "unjustified", something
along the lines of "the insane left don't like the reasons therefore
those reasons don't count". Keep it comin, idiot.

Who gives a shit?

--
George W. Bush has made the terrorists stronger, their influence wider,
their numbers larger, and their motivation to attack the U.S. and other
western interests greater. He has repeatedly abused his authority and
violated his Oath of Office by turning his back on the United States
Constitution; thereby surrendering to the terrorists by underming American
freedoms, values, and the very foundations of our system of government.
Supporting Bush is treason.

Google is a public corporation, meaning that, if you have a better idea
for their direction, you can buy influence. Yes, it may be beyond your
financial means to do it, but you aren't denied the option. By a
controlling interest in the company, and make it adhere to what YOU
think would be the best policy in the interest of shareholder value.
