Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act is Canada's shameful internet
censorship provision.

Section 13 makes it an offence to "likely" "expose" privileged groups to
"hatred and/or contempt." There are NO defences under Section 13!  Even
truth and intent are considered irrelevant to a finding of discrimination.

The law was enacted in 1977 in order to silence a man named John Ross Taylor
for messages he recorded onto his telephone answering machine.  In the
intervening 32 years, not a single person who has been hauled up on Section
13 charges has ever been acquitted - a 100% conviction rate.

Mainstream media outlets, from Victoria to Halifax, have demanded a repeal
of Section 13 and denounced the human rights industry. Editorials commonly
refer to the Tribunal as a "kangaroo court," and highlight how 'human
rights' commissions  "threaten our liberty."

On September 2, 2009, the Human Rights Tribunal declared that Section 13 and
54 were unconstitutional.

[LONDON MAYOR] KEN LIVINGSTONE is the latest casualty of the unwritten
rule of our times that freedom of speech ends where Jews get offended
-- and easily offended they do get. I'm glad they've picked on someone
like Red Ken who doesn't get intimidated or gives in at the first time
of troubles and has vowed to fight this undemocratic censure of his
elected position by an unelected committee who must either have
thought that London does not need a mayor at all or that making the
business of running London fall behind by a whole month was a small
price to pay for appeasing the sensitivities of an arrogant Jewish
reporter from the Evening Standard.

The laws and processes underpinning present-day thought-control are
right out of the literary world of Kafka, a Jewish author whose dry
and witty style I love and admire. Maybe it takes one to know one, for
he was a member of the legal profession himself. With their shameless
impunity these upholders of the public order don't even seem to blush
at the ever more apparent contradictions in their position. It is a
cardinal sin to liken a pushy reporter to a Nazi concentration camp
guard, yet it is perfectly respectable to liken the whole body of
Islam regularly to Nazism as many editorials of the larger broadsheets
have done for many years, or to equate Muslims with terrorists and
caricature their beloved prophet with a bomb in his turban. Jews may
get offended at the slightest notch, but Muslims, you can kick them
while they're down.

Prince Harry had to apologise for wearing a Nazi outfit at a fancy
dress party. Nobody would have batted an eyelid had he dressed up as
Stalin instead. One cannot even point out that Stalin was personally
responsible for more deaths than Hitler, since this would potentially
undermine the sanctity of the Holocaust and make one fall foul of the
thought-crime laws which just landed David Irving in prison in Austria
and have put scores of people behind bars in Germany.

What's different now is that the persecution is no longer hushed as it
used to be. Jewish power has come out of the closet (I should really
say Zionist, because the real Jews despise this abominable behaviour
by those who have hijacked their name). One tenth of Londoners are
Muslim, yet their Mayor is suspended for offending the sensibilities
of Jews who number less than half a percent of its population.
Nationwide, Jews are half a percent of the British population whilst
Muslims, according to the latest census, are edging towards three
percent or six-fold their number. Yet there are Jews on the front
bench of every parliamentary party whilst Muslims only supply a
handful of Brown-Sahebs eagerly apologising for every anti-Islamic
measure the government implements. But if you believe the media,
amongst whose pundits Jews are equally notorious through their
presence as Muslims are through their absence, it is the Jews who are
the beleaguered and threatened minority .

review act; which is quite interesting. The United States state Department
list the following sets of beliefs as being anti-Semitic.

1. Any assertion that the Jewish community controls government, the media,
international business and the financial world is anti-Semitic.

2. Any strong anti-Israel sentiment is anti-Semitic.

3. Virulent criticism of Israel's leaders, past or present, is anti-Semitic.

4. Criticism of the Jewish religion or its religious leaders or literature,
especially the Talmud and the Kabala is anti-Semitic. [I wonder if that
includes the traditions of the elders that Jesus criticized. "And woe unto
the Pharisees" that Jesus said.]

5. Criticism of the US government and congress for being under influences of
the Jewish/Zionist community, including AIPEC, is anti-Semitic.

6. Criticism of the Jewish/Zionist community for promoting Globalism, [the
New World Order] is anti-Semitic.

7. Blaming Jewish leaders and their followers for inciting the Roman
crucifixion of Christ is anti-Semitic.

The charge that criticism of Israel is implicitly anti-Semitic -- is

been played more insistently and aggressively in recent years, that is

the bankruptcy auction. As soon as it passed into Jewish hands, advertising

the Jews ran an advertising boycott of Colonel Robert McCormick's
Times-Herald, which they detested because of its support for anti-Communist
Sen. Joseph McCarthy. Unable to sell retail-advertising space, the newspaper
shrunk dramatically and began losing about a million dollars a year and was
finally sold to Meyer in 1954 at a bargain price. The Washington Post is now
run by Meyer's daughter, Katherine Meyer Graham, the principal stockholder
and chairman of the board. Her son Donald is president and CEO.

The third leading influential newspaper in America, especially in the
business realm, is The Wall Street Journal, published - along with Barron's
and 24 other daily newspapers - by Dow Jones & Company. The Wall Street
Journal has a circulation of more than two million, making it America's
largest business daily and a tremendous influence on business, banking,
trade, and economic issues. The CEO of Dow Jones and chairman and publisher
of The Wall Street Journal is Peter R. Kann, a Jew.

Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News and World Report are the three major weekly
newsmagazines published in the United States. The largest and most respected

As a German agrarian expert, Christophersen was stationed at Auschwitz in
the critical period 1943-44. As a German expert, he had access to the entire
camp. He took valuable photographs at the time. He was the first Revisionist

An American electrical engineer and university professor, Butz wrote the
"Bible" of modern Revisionism titled "The Hoax of the 20th Century". This

to "Jewish soap" and "gassing" claims, more than any other influenced Ernst
Zundel in his Revisionist research.

"The Confessions of Kurt Gerstein."

Henri Rocques is a French author and researcher who exposed the Myth of Pope
Pius XII's complicity in the Holocaust. His doctoral thesis made world-wide
headlines in 1986 when, for the first time in the nearly eight-century
history of French universities, a duly awarded doctorate was quickly revoked
on French government's orders, after an outry by the Leftist-Jewish media in
France. In a tightly argued dissertation, Rocques came to the stunning
conclusion that the allegations of mass gassings of Jews made by SS officer
Kurt Gerstein were groundless, and that the supposed Roman-Catholic coverup
of this "slaughter" are false. He further concluded that postwar academics
deliberately falsified key parts of the already tortured Gerstein testimony.
His dissertation was eventually published by the Institute for Historical

Fred Leuchter  (The only real expewrt on construction of gas chambers.)

An American execution expert, Leuchter designed and maintained gas chambers
for several US penal institutions. He was sent by Ernst Z¸ndel to
investigate Auschwitz, Majdanek, Dachau, Hartheim and other alleged "Nazi
Death Camps" and "gassing facilities." Author of the devastating series of
Leuchter Reports. (I, II, III, IV) and many articles and videotaped
presentations that resulted from these investigations, Leuchter was
blacklisted in the US and hounded by the Holocaust Promotion Lobby and the
world's lapdog media. He was arrested and jailed in Germany for giving an
anti-Holocaust lecture for G¸nther Deckert, a well-known political party
leader. Allowed out on bail, Leuchter returned to the US. and chose not to
go back to Germany to stand trial. Nonetheless, he lost his livelihood as a
result. Sensational Z¸ndel witness in the Great Holocaust Trial in 1988.
Leuchter, although present in the courtroom in Munich, was not allowed to
testify about his research findings in Auschwitz for Ernst Z¸ndel in the
German (Munich) Trial in 1991.

Dr. Faurisson first discovered the technical and architectural drawings of
the Auschwitz morgues, the crematories and other installations. He was also
the first to insist that only a U.S. gas chamber expert could unravel the
technical impossibility of the Auschwitz homicidal gassing story - as
falsely told to the public for over half a century.

He ultimately won his case in the European Court of Human Rights. Austria
must pay him compensation but hasn't done yet
