now so widely used as to be the default diversion tactic upon public
discovery of impropriety. All that means is: ah well, that was good while

pretty common in other countries. Officially 'denied', it's a fact that
dead bodies often have organs removed. After all, are the parents or
spouse of the deceased going to roll up their sleeves and perform a second
post mortem, to check that everything's present and correct?
