A vibrant IT company, based in Zielona Gora, Poland is looking for an
upbeat individual with flair for IT to join our sales team. Due to our
expansion in Central Europe we are looking for customer-oriented
individuals with strong IT background and speaking English up to a
native level (preferably native speakers).
The profile:
- Good communicator and team player,
- Excellent telephone manner,
- Telesales experience and customer care experience,
- Preferably B2B sales experience in the UK and Ireland,
- Strong IT background, eager to learn.
The role:
You will be speaking to corporate customers, selling IT security
solutions and services relating to the software industry. Excellent
command of English is essential.
The role includes telemarketing & selling to prospective clients,
generating new leads, working to targets, preparing call lists, email
campaigns, research, following up payments for secured sales and
liaising with customers throughout sales process.
You should be target driven, be familiar with the complete sales cycle
and able to commute to Zielona Gora. The company's products are small to
medium sized - although very successful, and as such require a personal
and consultative approach that will forge strong relationships with
clients that in turn may lead to repeat business and referrals. You
shall be working within a growing, friendly team and you should be keen
to partner the growth of this department.
