Experienced C# (or C++) programmer (Copenhagen, Denmark)

We seek a new member to join our small team of programmers. You will be
working on developing central components in our Merlinia OutBack
product.

You will have the responsibility for updating and developing one or
more modules in this product. This means that you must be willing and
able to work independently and well organized.

OutBack is a complex product using a client-server structure and
consisting of many inter-dependent modules. It is very important that
you are a team player who can focus both on your part of the system and
on the system as a whole.

We try to make it possible for our developers to concentrate on
individual projects. At the same time we use sparring so that we help
each other to become better.

We also try to emphasize understanding of how our end-users will
experience the system, and not just think about the technologies
involved.

We are a ten year old company that has specialized in the integration
of telephone systems and a company's back office systems such as
Microsoft Exchange/Outlook and Lotus Domino/Notes. We have an informal
working atmosphere and emphasize both the professional and social
aspects of company culture.

Salary will depend on qualifications.

Flexible working hours.

Our office is in Albertslund, a suburb of Copenhagen, Denmark. A
certain amount of at-home working may be possible.

Career development plans, involving courses, etc., are individual.

You must have at least three years professional experience programming
in C# or C++.

It will be an advantage if you have experience in:

Active Directory/LDAP
SQL/ODBC
Client/Server systems
Calendar systems; Exchange/Outlook, Domino/Notes, etc.
Telephone systems; TAPI, SIP, etc.
