Responsibilities:
. Managing a team of developers, with the support of project leaders.
. Coordinating the team leaders and developers in delivering quality assured
and accurate work.
. Proactively reviewing work from staff under your management to provide
feedback and support in improving their skills.
. Reporting progress on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to the Directors.
. Compiling and releasing test versions of software.
. Analyzing output and performance indicators to better improve software
performance and scalability.
. Day to day management of staff, including holiday/sickness.
