Producer / Project Manager (Gdansk)

is looking for a talented producer/project manager for its office
branch in Gdansk.
Playsoft has been working with among the best names of the Game
industry like EA Mobiles (SimCity), MForma (Spiderman, Hulk, X-men,
Call of Duty), Gameloft (Prince of Persia, Splinter Cell) and is still
willing to expand its activities.
Our future Producer will be responsible of one of our project. He will
in charge of:
Managing a team of 15 programmers/testers in France and Poland.
Optimizing production, sales and QA teams flows
Respecting the constraints of deadline, quality and budget.
Reporting to customer and upper management the project progress
Analyzing and reporting all the customer needs.
Your profile
You have experience in managing persons
You show capability to manage in cross cultural environment
You have good analysis and synthesis skills as well as capability to
make decisions
You are a creative, problem solving oriented person
You like to optimize process and you are efficiency oriented
You are able to meet challenges and work under time constraint
Skills:
You speak fluently English
Your are graduated from university
You are fluent in MS Office
Knowledge and personal interest in video/mobile phone games is a plus
You are graduated and have already a significant experience in a
project management oriented job/internship.
