and Krakow Poland. The ambitions of the company are to revolutionize
the way consumers use their mobiles phones.
Is appointing QA Game Testers
PURPOSE OF JOB
Perform technical compliance testing on assigned software products
throughout the QA test phase. This includes reporting defects and
finding solutions to enable testing to be completed within specified
deadlines. Helping to ensure that all products meet the necessary
internal and 3rd party requirements before release.
Main Duties and responsibilities
Testing
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and thoroughly and within the
specified timeframe.
- To constantly and consistently test games to identify bugs.
- Write clear, accurate and concise descriptions of all issues found
and submit them to the QA Manager.
- Proactively seek to improve understanding of 3rd party technical
requirements; raise questions with the QA Manager.
- Work to achieve group targets relating to 3rd party software
approval.
QA
- Ensure that quality, accuracy and consistency is maintained
throughout game/manual/bug database/reports.
- Suggest ideas which may contribute to the overall improvement of a
game. Consider the impact of ideas/suggestions on the overall game.
- Work with QA Manager to ensure work is completed in accordance with
project deadlines.
- Where necessary, able to take initiative and offer solutions to
problems to maximise the efficiency and contribute to the overall
development of a game.
- Liaise with other appropriate team members conducting discussions in
a professional and diplomatic manner in relation to project tasks
ensuring a way forward has been agreed.

Skills, knowledge and experience
- Competent games player
- Good knowledge of computer games across multiple platforms
- Working knowledge of WORD, EXCEL and ACCESS
- You should be able to work effectively in a team, have excellent
verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail and
methodical working practices
- Educated to a degree standard or above would be advantageous, does
not have to be computing related.
