I'm going to be writing and directing a low-budget film for my film
class about a fictional phreak named "encoder." The story is about a
20-something New York phone phreak who gains access to fictional
telephone company diagnostic devices called a "SATU" and then gets
busted by telco security for being a threat to the public.

I'm looking for any input. Opinions, suggestions; anything!

Yes a story about decoder would be leet. Make sure you mentioned its
based off a true story and you might as well use real names, like
decoder as example.
Unless this is bizzaro world I am posting in.
