My wife and I have a hiking trail map which was printed on glossy paper. We are going to have it framed, to preserve our mountain hiking pursuits, and we want it to last.

Several photos with grain/noise

I had to shoot some pretty important shots on the max ISO for my camera
and quite a few came out with nasty grain & noise:

I'm using Photoshop 6 to try to fix them, but Filter>Noise>Median just
tends to melt the pixels into each other and turn sharp things a blob.... more »

exhibits.

Sony MS memory cards adapter

Are there any that will Memory Stick Pro cards can use to be able to use
them in other cameras??
I've looked but I don't think they've ever made any, have they??
I can put a SD memory card into a Compact Flash adapter and be able to
use it in a CF camera slot.
Same with a Micro card into a SD card adapter and use those in any SD... more »

Well, one, anyway! :) Phone rang, on Mother's Day evening, about a bear down the street! Hung
up and ran down to check it out.
All I got was this, but the whole town was there and some got real nice
ones!! (sigh) Even videos!
I live in the city, so it surprised everyone! The DNR didn't have... more »
