Turn your photos into oil paintings

You must have at least one special photo that you cherish. Why not have it
enlarged into an oil painting so you can admire it every day, or a
personalised present for a loved one. The photos can be of any subject. The
prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. They come complete
with a frame of your choice. If anyones interested in having more details
please reply.

All I did was scan mine, decrease the colors used, printed it out full page
on some HP glossy and framed it. Same result, less money.

AS a lifelong and retired professional Photographer I must say that a good
oil painting is hard to beat for a pure artform. I had a snapshot done in
oils and Love looking at it, some 35 years later. My kids are already
bickering over which will inherit it.

Well, I'll tell you what I posted to the woman who posted an exact same post
as this. I like oil paintings also. But, if I want one of my photo's "oiled"
all I do is scan it, reduce the color depth to 256 and Bingo - instant oil
painting. It's a lot cheaper and I can get it printed to poster size.
