Android camera app for photog nerds?

I am seeking recommendations for an Android camera app which puts me in
control of all the functions like a pro camera with manual controls
would do. This is for a Samsung Infuse 4G if that matters.

I want convenient manual control of all functions. Yeah I know the
camera sucks but it's what I have time for these days and is very very
handy. The biggest failing is in extreme contrast highlights will blow,
so it's important to have exposure compensation, and contrast
adjustments! Raw would be great if possible. I do a lot of closeups so
manual focus would be great. These little things do macro very nicely
but with too many limitations on the controls.

I can do my post-processing in other programs, I just want to control
the capture.

My camera isn't supported though, so it doesn't show shutter speed and
manual focus is touch & go, or maybe just not working. There is a focus
lock but it's not always available... hmm.

The FAQ's for the above explain technical limitations and apparently if
I had the Ice Cream Sandwich OS, my odds would be better, and I think I
could load that... <googling> no, very unlikely. I'm probably stuck with
Android version 2 (Froyo), which according to that FAQ won't let any app
access manual focus:

Or bracketing for subsequent (or built in?) HDR

That is about as far as my knowledge base on Android Apps goes, as I
moved from my Motorola Android to an iPhone 4S.
