My question: would it be, in anyone's opinion, worth trying to sell
such a thing on eBay? Or is it destined for the landfill?
Thanx in advance for any input.
I sold a Konica T3 (1970s model) camera body on eBay. I think I got
about $20.
Offer on eBay with a starting price of $9.95. You'll be lucky to get
$20, but at least the camera will end up with someone who wants it.
Even at that price you should know what the problem is and state it in
the ad. Check the battery compartment and state whether or not that
is clear of corrosion. If the battery compartment is corroded, you
probably won't get offers.

As I recall, not many cameras made in 1952 had batteries.
