Hi Guys & Gals,

What's the latest on the D600 dust on sensor issue?

Has Nikon fixed this at all with upgrade or whatever?

What dust issue?
If you are referring to the material of dubious source, plastic, oil,
or metal from the camera its self, that is not dust as usually found on
any DSLR sensor.

That issue was addressed in February with a bulletin from Nikon.

As with any other Nikon DSLR of recent vintage, turn on the sensor dust
removal system With my D300S I have it set to run when I turn the
camera on. If you have ever experienced the D70 "dust magnet" you would
know there is little to complain about with regard to dust on the
cameras with the sensor dust removal system.
As far as persistent dust goes, learn how to clean a DSLR sensor with
the many tools available for both wet and/or dry methods. It is a
useful skill to have.
