Wittgenstein and realism vs. anti-realism

I've read somewhere (unfortunately I can't remember where) that the later
Wittgenstein actually gave birth to social constructivism. I'm not, however,
sure about this but it certainly leads to the classical discussion between
realism and anti-realism. I consider social constructivism in its basic
sense to be anti-realistic, but I'm not sure I'll say that about the later
Wittgenstein. Is the later Wittgenstein anti-realist or is it to easy to
assert?
