vast conspiracy quashing any contradictions?".
2) Right Wing Loons are going to get all excited about this (because
they will not read or understand the whole thing).
3) Right Wing Loons will then ignore the important principle
demonstrated---that systems can't be characterized by generalities and
'averages'.

The high cost of health care has mainly due to the fact that doctors are
only in it for the money... Draft them into the military and make them work
for the government.
