What Should Warren Do?

His estate is for the most part is apparently going to Gates'
charities

Warren Buffet should personally buy securities in companies selling
below book value

Funds would come from selling his T bonds (U.S. Treasury bonds)

These stocks' dividends could subsequently go to charities when it is
deemed propitious

He has already bargain hunted some (Citibank and GE for the closed
end mutual Berkshire fiduciary fund) , so I couldn't be too surprised
if it's altruistically expanded to his personal account (not
fiduciary)

Would I do it, if I were im his situation?

I'll let that question stand, because whatever i answer is bottomline
completely hypothetical

Buffet may be able to save the USA from Depression II and perhaps the
dynamics of helles on Earth (---> WW III)
