Never be so dumb to follow a bike lane

We've got dozens of them, but none are connected. You may think it
would get you through and find out that you are stuck with no
particular place to go, a sidewalk perhaps if you are lucky. They are
the product of "evil idiocy," to quote someone who was describing
driver behavior. This type of idiocy though is the design of the... more »

Have there yet been any studies which have used modern
physics to demonstrate the existence of chi/ki/prana
(bioenergetics) and/or chakras, meridians and auras?

Is Wall Street evil?
|
| |
...
"Is Wall Street evil or what?"
It is said that the job of the philosopher is not to provide the
answers but to ask the right questions. And this is because "evil" is
sometimes in the eye of the beholder. I, for example, find Wall Street
evil, but doesn't mean they are. That's just my humble opinion. I... more »

dao chang wu wei
dao chang wu ming
Somewhere in the DDJ
those two phrases appear.
If wu wei means without intent
and if wu ming means without name

I give up on the four components including the popthroughs.
I'm not sure what I'll do next but I might devote some
time to improving the writing on my Salmon on the Thorns
web page (see below) and some time towards finding a job.

Wall Street doesn't want you on a bicycle
|
| |
All the more reason to ride one. It works like this: You won't take a
loan to buy a bicycle. You won't feed Big Oil. You won't feed the
Insurance Industry. You'll be healthier, so you won't feed the Medical
Industry. You'll be an elusive target for lawyers and police that aim
at drivers. They won't nail you for DUI as easily. In other words,... more »
