Looks like the dam didn't even cost that much.

Kinda makes me wonder
when the trend will reverse.

Reversal is said to be motion of dao.

Eventually every place will be so similar
there will be no need to go any where.

Goods and services are another matter.
There too however, technology might provide
ways to instantaneously manufacture products
from energy conversion to material manifestation.

Yes,
The SanXian Huge Dam will not cost that much indeed.
The SanXian Huge Dam will finish at next year-2009 , It lasts 17
years(1993-2009)

according to the evaluation and budget, the last cost will under 190 billion
yuan .
