RabbitEARS rescued a teeny, tiny baby hooded rat from the Berkeley
shelter early this morning that was found at a local schoolyard. He is
so young that he's being fed every two hours round the clock. He's
with a vet tech this weekend but on Monday morning, the tech must hand
him over to someone who can continue the two-hour feeding schedule
until he's a little bigger and a little stronger.

If anybody out there can help get this little guy up on his feet and
eating on his own, RabbitEARS will take him in and find him a good
home. If you are able to even foster him half time (during the day
only or during the night only), we'll find him another half time
foster. The vet tech has offered to take him back next weekend.

Please contact me, phone numbers below (cell might be best), if you
can help. Please, please post this to all of your rat lists.

Thank you.

Did you manage to find a home for it? If not, There's somebody I know in
San Jose who might be talked into an adoption.
