OT: Importing files to Blogspot.

Dear folks;
How do I import text files to Blogspot? I know how to do pictures but not
texts. I used to copy and paste but the techs have ruined things so my line
breaks disappear. How can I post so that the spaces between paragraphs show
up?
By the way, I posted about my departed Neutrino and how he got so excited
when I gave him the first dandelions of the season. Click on the link in my
signature file to read it.
