Most human food is OK for mice (except junk food and candy -- if it's
bad for you it's probably bad for them too). Pasta, rice, and bread are
good. Many mice love peanut butter as a treat. I wouldn't feed mice
human food exclusively, but as a supplement it is fine.

I've discovered that there is no upper limit to the amount of
spaghetti with cheese sauce which my mouse will consume. She will sit
in my shirt pocket holding a strand with both paws while munching away
in total ecstasy. She gets this once a week.
