Packaging peeve

How many times do consumers need to slice and dice their fingers and hands before that stinking "clam" packaging is eliminated? Twice this weekend I managed to slice and gouge my finger and hand trying to open items that were carefully packaged to keep me from getting to them. Bled all over the dam* things. Will it take constant complaints, a class action suit or are we sheep just going to sit here and take it? Baa

Interestingly, Amazon offers "low packaging" versions of some products
along with the "high packaging" ones. On at least one occasion, I found
the 'low packaging" one out of stock while the inaccessible one was
available.

That sort of packaging is a major Peeve of mine, too.

I find that poultry shears are pretty effective on it.
