Form Designer Problem

Hi All

I have Pastel Payroll and am trying to design the payslip form called
PSLPSRE.ENG that is an existing form for the pastel default folding
envelope (payslip) purchased from pastel. It always comes with the message
"Out of Memory". It loads most of the form except for the lines before the
message and then the form designer crashes and closes.

Have tried the folowing

1. Disable all memory resident programs on Windows 98. All virus programs ,
Schedulers , Special drivers I disabled.
2. I Disabled the Backgroud pattern and Screen Saver.
3. I tried all the different screen settings from 16 colours 640x480 to
16bit 1280x1240.

I have a Pentuim II with 192Mb of Memory and still 500Mb free hard drive
space. All the other forms supplied with pastel payroll open fine and am
able to modify except the above mentioned one. The above form is the biggest
in physicall size 13K , but this size is still very small.

I also tried different Page layout and font setting before trying to open
the file but had not luck.

Any Ideas Please????
