I have been reading the works of Brian Weiss and there is little doubt
hypnotic regression is an effective psychotherapy technique. But what
evidence is there that subjects are recalling actual individual lives
lived rather than fabricating memories eg from books/movies that seem
to fit with their present problems, or tapping into some group memory
of a particular time or place? Are there any instances of distinct
regressed personalities actually being verified after the event?
