I've posted more pictures of animals and humanoids
on Mars cropped from the Pathfinder images in

alt.binaries.pictures.astro

Also see group alt.life-mars and http://www.netside.net/~tbeech .

Commentary:

Mars if packed with large animal life including some humanoids!

To many, that's a startling and probably unacceptable statement,
in fact it seems to be very uncomfortable to some. So much
so they get extremely hostile. In many cases the attitude
seems to be "Life on Mars is impossible, therefore I don't want
to see". To me, this is an extremely bizarre attitude which
is as mysterious as the planet itself.

"When the data and the belief system disagree, the beliefs win"

There is no doubt whatsoever that Mars is packed with
life. If there were just a few examples, one could
put that down to "possible tricks of light and shadow".

The facts are that there are a dozen or so different animal
types that I've identified, and once one learns what they look
like, one can find hundreds of examples of them scattered
over all the Pathfinder images, and of all sizes. The images
can be cross checked when there are two or more of the same
place. Often there's a color image and a 3D image of the
same place, or two images taken at different times and angles.

Motion can be observed.

I must thank Tim Beech (http://www.netside.net/~tbeech) for first
showing me some examples.

Even the Viking images from 1976 show numerous examples of
life and artifacts. I had never thought to look there before
as NASA had said there wasn't much interesting there. They lied.

Indeed, there is so much more than just life. Artifacts abound.
Pick just about any small area in any image, including the
Cydonia images, zoom in and out and you'll likely be astounded
at what's there. Look for the details, not necessarily
the big picture. Follow trails and pipelines etc.

I've seen pylon
bridges, pipelines, glyphs, tunnels, rectangular buildings, pyramids,
tetrahedrons, two elevators, a quarry, a possible archeological dig(!),
roads, housing developments (from the looks of the road patterns), what
amounts to an extensive water distribution system including pumping
stations at the bottoms of many craters with pipelines leading out to
the housing developments.

In the Pathfinder images, pick just about any little "rock",
perhaps way in the background. Chances are there are
anomalies in or around it. Often it's an animal. Most
life on Mars camouflages itself rather well, as on Earth.

There is so much to see that I can't possibly mention much of
it in this article.

As far as I'm concerned, it's proven that Mars once had
more than one advanced civilization whose populations were
so large as to cover most of the Planet, and that life
has adapted well and still probably covers the planet, although
the humanoid population appears rather primitive now.

One reason NASA may be hiding this is that life is so dense that
when a spacecraft bounces in there, it's almost certain to
create injury to some life, a politically incorrect thing to do.
(We don't want to piss off the Martians do we?)

Here is a list of some animals I and Tim Beech have identified:

1. Crabs-- look similar to earth crabs (Beech)

2. Lizards-- Similar to earth lizards (e.g. BigCrater_glyph.gif)

3. Turtles-- Much higher and peaked shells. (e.g BigCrater_glyph)

4. Snakes-- Similar to earth snakes (e.g. roverviews)

5. Grelbers (my name)-- No earth counterpart, sort of like hermit crabs,
tent like enclosures from which can be seen lobster
claws, tentacles. (e.g. PIA00364)

6. Mice-- not detailed enough to see the shape, but they can be seen
crawling on the Rover solar panel. (e.g. Tim Beech)

7. Martian Fractals (my name)-- look like giant jellyfish on land with 8 tentacles
(PIA00981).

8. Mycelia--The surface is laced with these long "pipelines"

9. Martian Basters (my name)-- Creepy things that look like pears with two hairy
legs/pincers sticking out from the small end.
(e.g. BigCrater_glyph, next to BigTurtle)

10. Anteaters (my name)-- mammalian creatures with a long snout that
punch it into the ground. (e.g. Beech's "4 holes")

11. Martian LandClams (my name)-- Bulbous to giant clam shaped creatures with a
probosis that punches into the ground. One can
be seen breathing in a rover movie.
(e.g. left edge of Zaphod_glyph.gif; also Beech rovermovie)

12. Homanids-- Several types, all relatively dark skinned, vary from
human face to monkey-like face.
I've found about 9. They eat something in
or on rocks and often carry rock chipping tools.

13. Live Rocks (my name)-- Many "rocks" aren't. They move, leave
trails of pebbles, in one case have a mouth and toungue.
A large percentage of "rocks" aren't rocks at all.
(e.g. new roverview)

14. Dragon (Tim Beech's name)-- The most bizarre of all to me,
a rock with a rabbit head sticking out and moving quickly.

15. Klingon Pterodactyl (my name)-- One can be seen in flight in a Viking II pan,
others on the ground (PIA00364). Looks like a Klingon spaceship.
(or was it Cardassian?)

16. Martian Sheep (my name)-- I've only found one, in a Viking II pan.
Looks like an earth sheep.

Also look for equilateral triangles indented near
the tops of many many rocks, including the one in 72037 and
one rover is sampling in Pan_Enhanced.gif. Perhaps these are
creatures, or they've been marked as "eaten" already.

Don't confuse that with bigger triangle shapes near the bottoms of
rocks, and don't stand near those. Tentacles come out.

Mars is so alien it rivals the best of the Grade B science fiction movies.

Some other anomalies:

Look at the beautiful and clear spiral design to the east of North
Knob.

All pipelines or cables or bridges that I have seen seem to be supported
by pylons spaced about, I'd guess, 100 feet apart. I'd like to see
someone with the software do an FFT of the images, amplify the 1/100'
frequency range (or wherever frequency peaks show up) and do the inverse
FFT to emphasize these regular structures (Bandpass filtering)

I'd he happy to send some image crops or point out anomalies.
Email to ho...@isus.wierius.com .

Sorry, I didn't find any flying saucers or triangles, Chupacabras,
greys or reptilians. I did find a couple of small hovering spheres.
