reference request for article or book on vibrational dynamics, experience/state research

i'm wondering if anybody here has a mental footnote, or can redirect me
to where to look for a reference i once noticed on the physical
experience of the "vibrations"?

these are typically referred to by ob-ers and conscious projectors, and
i think lucid dreamers

i know it is not any of the familiars such as bruce, buhlman, monroe,
fox, crookall, etc.
