Maybe Someone Here Can Help Me Out With This

When I was taking a warm bath a tiny cap to a conditioner bottle that
was sitting on the back of the toilet seat suddenly flung straight up
into the air almost hitting the ceiling before it landed about a foot
away from the side of the bathtub. That cap could not do that on it's
own and I was alone, the only thing that could explain it is something
paranormal. If it makes any difference at all, I was having some
negative thoughts at the time.

I have long felt as if there were some kind of presence in my home. I
do not think that the presence is negative but I really have no idea.
Many weird signs like this occurred when I was younger but I
proclaimed myself an atheist since these things scared me and I did
not want to experience them.

Childhood occurrences include the radio suddenly switching stations in
the middle of the night, seeing things out of the corners of my eyes,
and just constantly feeling a presence at night.

In my teenage years I would have prophetic dreams, I felt the same
presence, I have had a glass container to a candle explode, seeing
things out of the corners of my eyes, and I have felt my deceased cat
rubbing against my legs and walking with me.

Of course now like I mentioned I have this cap deal, I have had
jewelry disappear, I see things out of the corners of my eyes, and I
sense that same presence from time to time.

It could've just been the heat in the room adding pressure to the bottle
& cap popped off!
