These are really old ideas, which were lived through speculation,
since Star Trek type episodes to today's "youth" playing violent/power
computer games.
These ideas are currently being implemented in the para/military
GI/G3 pfcs, which is why they get that $40k per annum.
We all know how the Diencephalon is mapped out, in a normal person,
so the application of electrodes to...say...the hypothalamic experts
cognition of the perifornical (Lunacy?) area is as old as the SS Nazi
